We just picked up our 2021 BMW X3. It is beautiful. It is fast. With crisp handling, it defines the ultimate driving machine. This is the seventh vehicle we have purchased from this location.We ordered this vehicle with a specific color combination and list of options. It took approximately eight weeks from date or order.Chris was helpful and kept us informed throughout the process while waiting for the car to be built and delivered.Pricing was competitive, environment was low pressure and everyone at the dealership delivered kind and attentive service.

They accelerated the service of a newly arrived car. It only has 52K on it but they installed new tires and new brakes.The two reps that we dealt with, Tyson and Max, were very cordial and very professional. This is a long overdue review. I bought a Mini Cooper from this place because they had the color I wanted and the best price. However I was buying from out of state so I was extremely worried about the whole process but dealing with Max made the whole thing very easy and reassuring. Communication was expedient and clear. I had a very positive experience with Kendall BMW of Bend. I am an out of state buyer. This was a first time experience for me as I was a bit nervous buying a used vehicle without actually test driving. But the concerted efforts of Elizabeth, Chris and Max made the experience much better than I had anticipated. Car was delivered to my driveway, Max provided helpful videos and texts and Elizabeth provided me with the vehicle inspection report.Great communication and follow through.I have had a couple of follow up calls from Max to confirm everything went well as well as a call from Shaun in finance. These folks go through hoops to make sure you’re taken care of. And I was buying a 9 year old Lexus so you get great service for any vehicle you buy from them. New or used. Highly recommend!!

Edited and updated to 3 stars:The General Manager reached out with an apology and a willingness to review their process and correct the issue in the future. I’m satisfied with the outcome.Original Issue:Dishonest and misleading use of credit application.Ian presented numbers to us on a vehicle we submitted a credit application on and implied the numbers were from the bank. After a day of negotiating we discovered our credit application hand’t been submitted to the bank as requested. Instead, the “numbers” were based on the dealership’s own projections rather than from the bank.Kendall BMW was not transparent about the process or how our credit application was used.

I just bought my 2nd new car from BMW of Bend and both times it was easy and hassle free. Everyone there was super helpful and very knowledgeable. We spoke to Ian a couple of weeks ago and he spent a lot of time with us showing us the options and narrowing down our choices. When I went back I spoke with Max, who was very helpful and answered many of my questions about the new X5 hybrid. Chris, the manager, got all the paperwork done, and Dawson, the BMW genius who gave us a tutorial on all the wonderful features of our new car was especially helpful. There is a reason they call him genius... he knows everything!

Last week I had a great experience purchasing a CPO hybrid X5 from BMW of Bend. I worked with Tyson and his manager Chris and both were awesome - very responsive and honest. I have bought a lot of cars over the years and this is certainly not always the case, even from BMW dealerships... in fact everyone I met there was super friendly!I was buying from out-of-state, so it was crucial that I felt I could fully trust what they were describing / showing me regarding the cars condition, before flying in to pick it up. They went above and beyond and the car was beautifully detailed when I collected it. They even had a small seat tear repaired to my pleasant surprise (was expecting a battle with BMW over unreasonable wear/tear...).Overall a really positive experience and I feel I bought a great pre-owned car, that isnt already half-destroyed by Michigans horrendous roads and road salt!

When I went to pick up the car, Rick Mosley was awesome. Took a lot of time to walk me around the car and show me all the different things the vehicle could do. Rick definitely knew his product. He also was kind enough to make several recommendations for dinner, which turned out to be amazing. Rick also had the unenviable task of keeping me entertained while we had to wait (way too long, the only sore point or the process) for the finance guy to come and complete the paperwork process, but we found a lot to talk about actually. I searched all over for the perfect used car for me after almost 10 years and 275,000 miles in a Toyota Camry. I never thought I would be the type of person to own a BMW, but the 2016 X4 I found on their website was the perfect vehicle for me in terms of options, size, price, and the fact that I work in the mountains of Colorado. I worked with Ian and Max both long distance and in person. When I say there was no BS in this sales process, I mean it with every ounce of integrity I have.I was unfortunately involved (not directly), in an accident while traveling from Portland to Bend and was about 5 hours late for my appointment, these guys did everything they could to accommodate me and rolled out the red carpet when I arrived.This was one of the greatest experiences for me and the X4 seemed brand new on my arrival. I had an excellent experience getting my new BWM 330i xDrive from Kendall BMW of Bend. The staff were very professional from the hour I made my first call inquiring information about the vehicle to the final hour of signing all the paperwork. Because of the ongoing wildfires that hit CA, OR, and WA, my flight was canceled.Kendall BMW of Bend reached out and offered to pay for my air ticked and accommodation as a compensation for my inconvenience. Although my flight to Bend was a late evening flight, the staff extended their hours beyond the working hours to accommodate my needs. I was also picked up from the airport upon my arrival by Max who has been extremely helpful and responsive throughout the whole process. All the paperwork was ready upon arrival for execution. The process took less than 20 min, which was amazing. The Vehicle was in the show room ready to for its new owner :) I highly recommend the BMW of Bend to any customer. The dealer also matched my rate from Bank of America to smooth the process. However, I wish they could have provided a better rate as i had an excellent credit score. That was the only one thing that was missed, but i do not think it is a big deal.

They gave me a great deal. It was so good I almost felt guilty! I had a stringent guideline for what I wanted in a Pre-Owned model. Rick would let me know as soon as possible if something came in that I might like. Buying a car can be a pain but not at BMW Bend.

I had my X1 serviced last month for its 80,000 mile check up. Was standard servicing and they said everything looked good following a bill for over $500. We have two cars so I didnt use it for a few days and the next time I started it (around 48-72 hours later) there was white smoke coming out the tail when I turned the car on and also a whiff of a burning smell. I thought maybe they didnt do a good job cleaning the used oil or maybe it was the smell of the wildfires (which had just started in Oregon), so I kept using for a week or two. I dont drive long-distances much but finally after driving 15 miles from Awbrey Butte to Skyliner about 10 days later, I actually could see a slight bit of smoke from the engine when I raised the hood, so I brought BMW the care BACK to them (2 weeks after the initial servicing) and they said it was a Valve Cover Gasket and quoted me $1100. So I basically took the car in and was WORSE off then I was before the servicing. Wouldnt they have checked this during the multi-point inspection? Dont you think they would have run the car after servicing it to see if there were issues following the oil change? Besides being a waste of time going back in, it makes the multi-point inspection come off as a total sham. Then the ridiculous quote. Not even an apology for making me come in 2x in 2-3 weeks. I ended up going elsewhere and got a quote for like $580 for the gasket replacement itself. Not only was this so disappointing for their servicing team at Kendall BMW but it actually makes me not want to get a BMW from them on the sales side either. Should really think twice about price gouging when you failed in your initial car inspection to begin with! I expected much more from them.

It would be super awesome if your service team wasnt waking everyone up at 6am every day with their music blasting and bass bumping. It is 6am and some of us just literally went to bed from being at work.Multiple people from the apartment complex next door have call to complain and it is still happening!!!It would be wonderful if you would at least wait till a decent hour to blast your music.Maybe try to be mindful of the people round your business.

I needed to unload my sneaky sleeper fast car because it wasnt compatible with the Bend Lifestyle (i.e., a low clearance luxury sports sedan is hard to navigate on rutted fire roads). I was actually planning on getting a Mazda CX5, but a) Mazda didnt have the model I wanted in stock and b) I thought itd be smart to at least look at the X3s before deciding anything. Boy am I glad I decided to take a look at BMW of Bend. I was warmly greeted by Ian who promptly showed me a gorgeous 1 year-old X3 in the beautiful color of charcoal, with low miles to boot! I took a test ride and was instantly in love because it felt like my 440 Gran Coupe M-sport, only higher off the ground. Sold! I was out the door in 2 hours folks. Ian and his expertise and great personality made the whole experience painless as can be. Seriously, all car buying experiences should be like this, ZERO hassle. I live in Boise but couldnt find a new 750i in town. I found a vehicle I was interested in at this dealership. They worked with me to negotiate the terms on the vehicle via phone and email. I flew into town and they had someone ready to pick me up at the airport. We arrived at the dealership and we were in and out of financing in less then 10 minutes. Buying a quality used Toyota Land Cruiser is not easy (availability is always low). Buying one during a pandemic, with wildfires raging, from out-of-state? Surprisingly easy thanks to BMW Bend and Rick Mosley.While I was not able to make it to Bend, Rick FaceTime’d with me while the vehicle was in the detail shop. He showed me everything I wanted to see and asked the detail guy his opinion. He was upfront about any blemishes (it’s a used SUV after all) to make sure I understood what I was buying.As we transacted the sale remotely, Rick also protected my interest in the vehicle as another buyer came to the lot. I was surprised to learn that our salesman David Miller was fairly new to BMW of Bend and car sales in general. Given his young age, he acted like a seasoned pro, giving us the right amount of space when we needed it but being instantly available when we had a question or voiced a concern. When we finally decided to move ahead with a purchase, he navigated the process like he had done it a thousand times before. His behavior is indicative of the tone and professionalism that the management sets for everyone there. This is not our first purchase at BMW of Bend and it wont be our last. An all around positive experience that weve come to expect from everyone on the team there.
