Our buying experience could not have been better. We purchased our 911 T sight unseen from Portland, OR. The professionalism of our sales person, Mike Bowers, and the rest of their staff, including Jeff in finance and Jamie Reed, could not have been more helpful. During my recent purchase of a 718 Cayman S, I had an excellent car buying experience. Ian Smythe, the salesman, was super every step of the way. He answered an endless list of questions and always responded quickly. This was an out of state purchase so a lot of details were handled by phone/ text, Ian had all the paperwork in order when we arrived for pick up and made my car buying experience outstanding.

Although I have not yet purchased through Kendall Porsche of Bend yet, I have dealt with 1 sales professional Mike Bowers. He has been extremely professional, helpful, and has kept in great communication with me on current inventory. I would definitely recommend him as a sales professional to my friends and family.

This place has gone downhill since Kendall took over. There used to be events. There used to be coffee. There used to be snacks. I understand covid made this more difficult to provide but other dealerships are offering snacks, coffee, and water. Why are there more amenities at other brands? I expect more from a premium dealership. Seems like upper management is just trying to save a buck...

Worked with Jamie over email and phone for a ‘18 911. They initially didn’t have an allocation but Jamie worked to trade a 911 T allocation they did have. I didn’t ask for a trade but Jamie proactively followed up on it. I had 2 other dealerships prior promising a trade but never followed through.Picked up my car last week after a long anticipated wait :) all ready in a private delivery room when I arrived at dealership.Incredible communication and transparency. DISHONEST PORSCHE OF BEND. This dealership exists only to sell Cayennes to soccer moms. They will not have the car youre looking for, just go to Portland. When I called to buy a car, Rob the liar told me to come in the next day knowing the car I was interested in would be gone by then. When I showed up for my appointment he lied, saying I sent you an email. Emails dont disappear or arrive late... he lied, plain and simple.

I had to get my Panamera 4S towed to here when a check coolant level warning suddenly came up one morning after about 2 weeks of roadtripping (i was going from Klamath Falls towards Bend)Justin, the service advisor was super helpful and accommodating throughout, promptly got me a loaner, and ended up staying beyond 6pm to facilitate my case on both the day I towed it in as well as the next day when I picked it up after repair.There was a coolant leak in the lines.Mike (in the service dept) also gave me good lowdown on the common points of failure in the cooling systems.Overall, a prompt n highly helpful & responsive bunch of people.Thanks guys!

I bought a new Cayman S from Jamie Reed in Tysons Corner. I learned that he is now at Porsche Bend. Jamie was always helpful and courteous throughout the purchase process.When I decided to buy the car, I drove to the dealership from North Carolina, about a four or five hour drive. I looked forward to the drive home through the Virginia countryside. Only an hour or so away from the dealership, I stopped for a quick break and when I returned to the car and I had lost all interior electronics, gauge cluster, wipers, etc. I was very disappointed because I had never had any problems with the Cayman I just traded.I called Jamie, my sales professional, and he very calmly discussed the problem with me and after a short while advised me to call Porsche Roadside Assistance. Roadside Assistance was also very helpful. After about an hour of waiting, the car came back to life with an engine code stating that the car was able to be driven but that I should visit the dealership for service. When I returned home, I arranged for service. When they told me the car was fixed, I picked it up for what I thought would be my first great drive in the car, and the same problem resurfaced.I called Jamie once again. We discussed the issue again and I told him which dealership the car would be going to this time. Jamie told me that he would be in touch with Porsche and that Porsche would be assisting with the problem. The thing that really impressed me, is that when I got the car out of the shop the second time, successfully repaired, I saw written on my paperwork that Porsche had already been in touch with their service technicians before they even began working on the car.You hear people say that a problem is not part of their job description. I dont think what Jamie did was part of the normal duties of his job. His help and reassurance throughout the process meant a lot to me. If Jamie had told me that it wasnt his job to assist me when I was stranded on the side of the road, I dont think I could have argued with him. But he did help and I really appreciated having a concerned person on the phone with me. Im very thankful he helped me with the problem and got Porsche involved. I know my local dealer would have worked on the car anyway, but I believe the fact that Porsche had already been in touch with them before the car even arrived motivated them to do a great job on the car.If you want to get great service during your purchase and have someone in your corner for anything that might come up after the purchase, buy your new Porsche from Jamie and youll have that kind of guy on your side. I cant express how much it meant to me knowing that Jamie was looking out for me while navigating Roadside Assistance, Porsche and Service. I truly feel like he went above and beyond what he was required to do.

The general manager, service manager and there associates are the most incompetent individuals I have experienced at a Porsche dealership. Porsche should be ashamed!

My review of my purchase is that the folks at Porsche of Bend provided an excellent experience overall. Thorough explanation of the cars many options was explained and the dealership experience was short taking only 2.5 hrs and very pleasant. I did encounter a significant delay receiving the car I ordered but this was a government / import issue which caused a very long delay but that was out of the hands of the dealership. The new car is a technical marvel and Im very happy.

Talk about 1st class service-I drove my 2009 911 Carrera S out to Sunriver from Portland on Tuesday & was 93 degrees outside. I stopped at Trader Joe’s in Bend & when I restarted my car the air conditioner stopped working & my computer showed a PASM indicator fault. I left a message for Porsche service department in Bend at 4 pm that day to please call me back since wanted to try to get them look at right away since was planning to drive to Crater Lake on Thursday (my birthday). Justin Sutton called me back at 5 pm & said to bring her in the next day (Wednesday) at noon & they would check out. I did that & they found a faulty fuse replaced & fixed the problem & would not accept any $ for their work. I can’t thank them enough. So thankful for Justin & his service team fixing my problem with no notice-incredible service!!

Stopped by unplanned on 5/21/20 to see if they could figure out a strange PCM problem that occurred during the drive to Sunriver, OR. Their service department got me right in and filled me in on the strange PCM issue that had happened all over N. America on 5/21. While they tried to diagnose the PCM issue, they also performed a few minor recall/warranty items I was unaware of. No resolution on PCM issue in the AM but Justin called me later that afternoon to walk me through a PCM reset -- issue resolved. Kudos to Kendall Porsche and Justin. A great experience in how they assisted an out-of-area owner.

For the first time in our 40 years of buying cars my wife and I decided to purchase a luxury vehicle. We visited Kendall Porsche of Bend and were not disappointed. Our salesman, Jamie, was top notch. Extremely knowledgable and helpful and best of all there was no pressure or rush to make a decision. Even though we live five (5) miles from a Porsche dealer, Jim and Rob make the four (4) hour one-way drive worth it. Their customer skills are excellent!We always feel right at home stopping in to check out the great Porsches for sale. The last trip, we stopped in to have the Boxster S get its annual service and detail only to end up driving out with a new Porsche 911 Black Edition!Porsche of Bend service department is top notch, also. We drive over to Porsche of Bend annually to get our Porsche serviced. It is a great time to test drive the next Porsche while our current Porsche is being serviced. The Service Advisor (Stephen S) is always on time, has never lost an appointment and makes sure we are absolutely pleased with the service.When it comes time to add another Porsche to our garage, we will definitely drive the 360+ miles round trip to the Porsche of Bend dealership!I highly recommend Porsche of Bend!

Porsche sales associate Rob Weston assisted me in obtaining the build sheet on my classic 911. This took some serious digging on his part as its a 1986 car. I had a great experience. I stopped to make an appointment to get my 2012 911S serviced. Steve, met me in front of the office, he asked if he could help me. I said I need oil service. He said we can take care of that now. He offered to have me driven home, but I declined, I had called my wife to pick me up. Steve called the next day, told me that my car was done. The oil service and Porsche service requirements we done. My car was clean and ready to go. Great job, I was very happy and satisfied.

My husband, 2 boys and I went in to Kendall Porsche of Bend to check out a 2007 Ford Explorer. The car itself, although used, was in almost perfect condition and both my husband and I fell in love with it straight away. On top of that, the people working there were so kind-hearted and warm that we felt like we were with family. We werent expecting to buy a car there, but between the quality of the car itself, the quality of care and the high standard of this dealership, it was so easy to make this purchase with confidence and absolute joy.

Just took delivery of a GT4, the initial configuration & delivery process were superb! The Porsche was prepped exactly as requested (clear shield applied). With the snowy & icy roads it will be trucked to my garage where it will wait for clear & dry roads. The overall experience was fantastic!

The Tech folks, Brian and Alex are excellently trained Porsche Mechanics. Brian has been there the longest and is one of the best Porsche mechanics in the NW.They can work on my 1986930, and my 2007 Turbo with easy knowledge of all cars. The Sales Team is equally talented.

Yikes.Similar to other posters. I bought a car out of state, the negotiation process and getting information on the vehicle in question was okay, but not great. The sales team wanted to be helpful with some unusual aspects of the car (aftermarket parts, service history, warranty) - but it took me wrangling them to get useful information. We agreed on a price and I booked a plane ticket.The real disaster started when I flew in to buy the car, first things first - I required 3 sets of paperwork due to typos. I was in a timeline crunch - and I provided _all_ information ahead of time to the dealer. One set of paperwork had my name incorrect (I caught this), the second had the odometer correct (they caught this). What a waste of time unnecessarily - annoying, but whatever, it happens. I took delivery of the car and drove home.Turns out the 3rd set of paperwork also had the wrong odometer reading. The ensuing 8 weeks have involved me trying to get a straight answer from the dealer and guidance in how to get the car licensed in my home state. This resulted in 3 sets of new odometer paperwork, several calls of escalation to Porsche Cars North America, the Better Business Bureau, and to the General Manager of the dealership in attempting to get the car licensed.This has been an ordeal not worth the price of entry. For a transaction of this amount, I would expect professionalism, follow up, and attention to detail in dealing with these bureaucratic matters, of which the dealer should be an expert, not me. None of these basic necessities were provided by Kendall Automotive or Porsche Bend staff.I am out time (lots), money (a bit), and frustration (in spades) in purchasing my Porsche from Porsche Bend. Kendall Auto is now on my never again list. I wish I would of seen the other reviews of similar issues before purchasing my car from them.Let this serve as your warning. Take your money elsewhere when considering your next Porsche purchase, I know I will.

Excellent and fast service. The car was actually ready before I expected it and the repairs were done right the first time. Perhaps just as important as the quality of the work my service advisor (Nicole who is excellent!) suggested that I NOT have certain work done that could have been sold to me as being necessary, but was not. It is nice to be able to trust the shop you take your car to to not charge you for things that you do not need! I will definately be taking my car back to them in the future...

Nicole at Porsche service was able to schedule my Cayenne for a next day appointment. The issue, the hatch was not working properly, had been difficult to detect. The new part was installed and the vehicle returned washed and cleaned within a couple of hours. The hatch is now working prefectly. Just bought my wife her first Porsche. It is a 2018 Cayenne. She absolutely loves it. The service was performed quickly, the tech and service advisor both made positive comments to me as related to my Targa roof track operation, and I was on my way. I can easily recommend if Porsche of Bend is convenient to you and your car, go in and see them for your service work.

Everything was handled in the most professional way by all concerned. My 993 was having its 80000 mile check up and, not surprising, needed some extra attention and different parts...Nicole and Brian took care of everything and all was accomplished to everyones satisfaction! And my loaner was a 2017 Macan which was fun to drive!

Nice people and overall a very good experience in buying a 2013 911. I flew in from out of state to look at the car and it was as represented with no discrepancies from the advertised information and photos. I was met at the airport by Mark Brookhill and taken to the dealership where I met Rob Weston. Within three hours I had test driven the car, signed the documents with Steve Helleck and was back at the airport for my return flight. Knowledgeable Porsche people with a great selection of cars.

Went in for recall. As the replacement part was installed, waited in comfortable, clean waiting room with free coffee and wifi. Easy.

Early December I stopped by the Porsche dealership to visit the salesman that sold my Macan GTS last year. Sad to hear he did not work there any longer. I met Charlie in the process and would describe her as a very intelligent, svelte professional. On the way into the dealership I had spotted a Cayman S that beckoned for a test drive. Charlie made that happen and during the test drive her love and knowledge of Porsche vehicles became evident. She has a very good way about her and genuinely tries to understand your needs and wants with Porsche vehicles as potential client.I left to go back home and to do some research. When I called Charlie her responses where immediate and well researched and through the month she built on the sale. Her devotion to the dealership and clients was unquestionable. I decided to go back to Bend and in the process she also identified that I would be unhappy with trading in my Macan GTS, a option I had not considered.
