We just had an awesome experience at this dealership. My 15-year old daughter was shopping for her first used car. They had 5 that were within her price point. After looking at all of them she narrowed it down to one. We worked with Brian Bower in sales who came highly recommended by several friends. Brian was professional, personable, knowledgeable and down to earth. He was extremely easy to work with and everything you could ask for in a sales person. Because it was a cash purchase it was extremely streamlined and quick. Their facility is modern and was clean. All-in-all it was a great experience and we would recommend this dealership and specifically Brian Bower. Keep up the good work, Brian!

Our experiences have been less than stellar at Bend Chevrolet. Posting a negative review is not the way that I like to spend my time. Whenever the DEF is topped off somehow it ends up all over the side of the vehicle. Not sure if this is a poor cap design or if the cap is not tightened properly, maybe someone from Chevy can let me know. Am I the only customer that has this issue? If it is a known issue is anyone working on a solution? Does DEF damage the paint? I would love nothing more than to feel good about our decision to purchase the Oil for Life program but as of right now it is a major regret and has convinced me to never participate in a program like this in the future. Let me know if there is something that I can do to help prevent this from happening. I would love any suggestions that you might have. Having been in the customer service industry for almost 30 years myself the last that thing I want to be is that guy but I feel that anyone in my position would feel the same way.

First time I got a vehicle from Lithia was amazing second time getting a vehicle from them. It took over 5 days to get my paperwork emailed to me after several text, voice messages and email. Then took them 2weeks to activate my extended warranty. I got a vehicle over $20,000 and now it needs a transmission before I even make my first payment. What happened to Lithia selling quality and customer service.10/31/21 I tried to talk to you when I called asking for help I asked for you and girl answering phone would not let me talk to you.

When i purchase the vehicle i also paid extra $1000 for oil change/lube job .i had to call make an appointment 3 weeks out other wise its call and let them know your going to drop it off the next day before 8am and in my case have someone pick me up giveme a ride to work then git a ride to dealer after work to pick it up. then after the oil change/lube they did not lube any grease fittings very disappointed

Overall our experience was positive. Dustin, our salesperson was courteous and did not over sell. He showed us the variety of vehicles in the range we were looking for even though the stock was extremely thin. The process of completing the purchase was smooth and again not over selling us. The finance process was simple (probably because we did not finance the vehicle) and information provided to us was clear.

Pathetic. Can’t schedule an oil change. First come first serve. Arrive at 7:30 in the morning and and told they can’t do anymore. Glad I bought a 100K luxury vehicle with lifetime oil changes and you can never get in. No shuttles. Find your own ride. What a dump. Never again will I buy from Lithia, Chevy or Cadillac.

Very disappointed!! They sold us a certified used car that never got the full inspection before we got it. We were told it makes that noise because its off road tires. We got it checked out before we left were told there were no history codes in the system. Come to find out after we started heading across country the tires were feathered and in severely bad shape. We stopped because the check engine light came back on. they told us when we called the service that there was a history, but straight to our face when we picked it up that there was no history. We rotated the tires for the time being and the noise went away. They were supposed to be taking care of us and trying to get us new tires. We were told by the GM Phil that he had called this dealership in Florida to make sure tires were there and to show up Monday. Well here we are in Florida in the heat and nobody knows anything about it. We now cant get ahold of him for the dealership to be able to do anything. We are severely upset with how this situation has been handled and we do not recommend buying any vehicles from them or doing your service here.

I dropped off my vehicle in the morning without an appointment for an oil change knowing that it could be there all day. By noon Ben had called to let me know that the service was done and indicated that they had found a rear reverse light that was out. I gave him the thumbs up to fix the light as well and 15 minutes later Ben called again to let me know I could grab the pickup and be on my way. Great service, wonderful customer interfacing, and prompt despite not having been on the dealerships schedule. Thanks Ben and Lithia for always doing a wonderful job :)

Still waiting for my new 2021 Chevy Truck to be repaired at the body shop. Damage found during the prep for me to pick it up. Sooooo, I cant complete the survey until things are made right. I could not be more pleased with the quality of service I have received a bend Chevrolet. I dropped my car off for an oil change and a diagnosis for another issue. It turned out I had a much bigger problem than I thought, and they completely guided me through how to file an insurance claim and they handled everything with the insurance company. Steven was especially helpful and called me regularly with updates. Will definitely continue coming here for my maintenance and repairs.

Overall I was happy with the customer service and the prompt work getting my 90,000 mile service done. However the lack of communication and even the common sense after replacing my drivers side torn cv boot they didnt clean all the greese off my wheel and components underneath the truck. One would think that would be just a courtesy thing to do. Especially since I asked.

They sold a used Tacoma with a rusted damaged frame. Then charged over $4,000 for replacement parts. I think the used cars dont seem to go through a proper inspection process. Not like Bob Thomas days...

When I am purchasing a vehicle for business I dont have the time or the patience to make the car buying process a convoluted exercise. First off I was pleased that the dealer was able to locate a vehicle in transit to another Lithia dealer as opposed to doing a factory order. Working out the cost of the new vehicle, the trade in, and the financing was smooth and efficient. I felt that I came away with a fair deal. The combination of a fair deal, smooth transaction, and the attentiveness of the people at the dealership is why I have been buying Chevy pickups continuously from Chevrolet of Bend (formerly Bob Thomas) for the last 26 years.

He helped us order our Tahoe when none were available and provided clear and timely communication as we waited for it to arrive over almost 4 months. Since the service took so long because of all of the things wrong with it, the rental car was given to me free of charge. This was a huge savings and peace of mind for me. Called and spoke to a Ben in service. Smug, arrogant and overall lacks basic knowledge on repairs (granted his job is to book appointments and is not a trained mechanic). If you live in Bend and your GM is under warranty then you dont have many options but do know that a few hour drive you will get better service. If your GM vehicle is NOT under warranty then definitely take it to a local independent shop. I was planning on ordering a 3500HD and an Escalade for my wife today but we will definitely go to Portland for this.

Once again, I was not disappointed in insisting to myself that I should always bring my GMC Sierra work truck in for service to a/this dealership. They always know exactly what is going on, no guess work like some independent repair shops, even when I call before bringing it in, they seem to already know the problem and half the time already know the rate it will cost. Recently I have made two separate inquiries via the chat to receive notification when a Corvette arrives at the dealership. I have yet to hear from the dealership.About a week ago I saw there was a 2020 Corvette that the web page showed in transit. I requested to be notified when the vehicle arrived. I checked today, the vehicle is gone from the web page, so I can only assume that it has arrived. It does not show up in the dealership inventory, so I can only assume it has been sold.Nothing like followup in customer service, Great Job !

I was blown away by the sales team and process. I had started looking at trucks a few months back and got overwhelmed and frustrated with the Toyota dealer in town. During that process, I reached out to Chevrolet of Bend to see about any offers and trucks. They contacted me every few days to let me know the inventory and arrivals. After a couple of weeks, a truck arrived.Test drove it twice that day, filled out the paperwork, and was gone in about 3 hours.I jokingly told my wife it was myself and three grandmothers in the dealership; there were two. Calling their parts department is a joke. It just rings through, there is no option to leave a message, and if you ring through multiple times they will answer then hang up on you without saying anything. As a business owner with an account through this dealer, I despise having to call and will be calling other dealers from now on to source my parts.Update- I appreciate the response and wanted to let you know things have been better since. I also wanted to let you know that Jesse does take care of us when we get him on the phone, but it seems like he is the only one that takes calls and could use some help with the phone call intake. Or maybe update your phone system to allow customers to leave voicemails when an parts associate is unavailable instead of sending the call back to the main menu.

They might be ok when buying new but dont waste your time trying to buy a used vehicle from them. My son finally just got his trade in back because they wouldnt fix the truck he got. Bought it about 3 weeks ago and it has been in the shop for two of those weeks and this week they sent it to ford to try and get it fixed. Frustrating because my son has been trying hard to get something he likes and to end up with a ding on his credit for the check and then to not try to make it right. Unexceptable to do that to anyone.
