Amazing customer service. I had an engine light come on in my 12C, a car I did not buy from this dealership. I had a planned drive coming up on the weekend. Chris, the service manager, arranged for the car to be picked up from where it is garaged and brought to the service center. They ran diagnostics on it, discussed with me the different faults and what they meant. They ran a software update and explained that the car was safe to drive this weekend. They washed it and returned it to the house, keeping me informed all along the way. Incredible.Ive been working with this dealership and their service department for a few years now and continue to be impressed with the level of service and professionalism.
I really appreciate working with everyone here in both Sales and Service. It is refreshing to know everyone on a first name basis, and to know that you are cared and advocated for when it comes to aftersale support and service.Also special call out to the folks in the service center: Chris and Tom that keep me entertained and happy, and are a joy to work with. Joshua taking the time to drive me way out of his way to get me home, and James in the back who I have yet to meet, but clearly is working really hard to make things right. The service crew clearly cares a lot about doing everything right.
Biggest mistake of my life - trusting a car dealer for his word. After purchasing a 720s and Bentley GTC from them, and they still managed to break my girlfriend’s heart and made her cry. Good job Jeremy
One the best experience I have had at a dealership. I went into Openroad Northwest to see if I can film some of their cars for my YouTube channel and Bradley was very polite and respectful. He gave me his precious and valuable time like he would to a potential customer. All the other staff around were very nice to and I have since returned to film. Because of their positive attitude, I am more inspired to work hard and buy some of my dream car. Thank you very much OpenRoad Northwest for treating me with respect even though I am not a customer. Your positive attitude is driving me to work harder to achieve my future goal of owning some amazing luxury cars. Your team is amazing.
Just bought a 570S from Shane C. It was great, being from Portland we did most of it via text message. I drove up the next day and had a quick turnaround back to Portland so i could make afternoon meetings. What a great experience.
Emily Owen is such a wonderful sales person on to work with. She really cares about building the relationship with her clients and making sure they’re buying the right car for them. On top of that, she knows her stuff to top bottom on McLaren so she is a huge help during the buying process but also after when you have questions that of course come up. I’d recommend any of my friends and family to buy a car from her.
Visited a year ago and staffs, especially Emily, were helpful and polite. It seems that this place has changed its sales manager since January this year, and the drama begins. Recently I made a appointment for a car via phone two days ahead. However, the new sales manager, Jason Lee, directly disappeared without any notification in advance on the day of visit. “Just take a look at the car in the lot and we are not open until May.” The funny part is, 3 days later, the car is marked as sold. I guess this is how you treat your customer because you are such a noble dealer? Fine, good luck with your business. You are not the only one selling high end cars anyway.
This place is awesome, Ive bought two cars so far there and considering a third. They are very helpful and knowledgeable and great to work with. In particular, I have really enjoyed working with Emily Owen and Adam Robertson. They have my long term business.
I want to commend Jason Lee the manager. My husband has been looking at getting a McLaren for a few years and Jason made working with the dealership incredible easy. Honest, genuine, and just the facts-was a pleasure working with him.

I bought a McLaren 570GT from Jason and Emily, they hooked me up!! They were great through the process and answered all my questions superbly. McLaren Seattle is more than just a dealership, it’s a family.
I went into the dealership to research a new toy. The staff was more then helpful and went out of their way to make sure I had the right information for what I wanted. They are not like most deanships that try to sell you the car they need to sell. They want you to have the car you want and need.
I just bought a new McLaren 570S Spider, and the entire buying process was perfect. This is the latest McLaren dealership in the country, which fits perfectly among their other exotic car brands. Absolutely incredible performance and styling. . . . . they have a large inventory of colors, coupes, convertibles, new, and used (They can also order the car you want). They have also added a McLaren service department, which was very important to my buying checklist. Adam, Shahin, Graeme, and Mark all delivered elite and personalized customer service. I will definitely buy here again and would highly recommend them to everyone I know.

This place is terrible. As a serious buyer I would never give my business to McLaren Seattle just due to the alcohol breath of the sales manager Jason Lee and his absolute unprofressionalism. Newport Beach will get my business.
