I drove up from Arizona to pick up a used truck and I really had to rely on my salesman David Heath to be my eyes and ears on this truck. The deal was simple and straight forward and he recommended a couple of items to replace so I wouldnt have issues on the way home. Abraham in the service department really went above and beyond to fix some paperwork for the repairs so they could honor the service price agreed to. It was a great experience, very professional and great service. Truck was ready to go when I arrived and it ran perfect all the way home. Awesome place to buy your next vehicle.
I had a great experience at this location. Jeremy B had been helping me for weeks trying to find the right car. He understood what we were looking for and our budget. He was always showing us great options up until we found the car that was the right fit. Everyone was great. Super laid back environment. Would recommend this place and would go back to Jeremy for any future purchases.
We are clients of AutoNation-Bellevue for a long time now and just bought our third car here! Our sales advisor Ivan Burazer is awesome! If we had to deal with anyone, it would be him only. So much positive energy. Willingness to meet client’s needs. We would definitely recommend asking for him when buying or leasing a vehicle. Huge shout out to Paula and James for making the process so easy and convenient. The Team of Autonation-Bellevue Jeep exceeded all expectations. Thank you!
So far so good! My experience with AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM of Bellevue and their team was wonderful. My Salesman Ramon was easy to work with and made this a very painless process. I went over to parts to get some addons for my Jeep and I had another amazing experience with Graham in Parts. I am hoping Grahams manager gets this feedback because it is rare to come upon employees these days that care and treat you with utmost respect as well as adding some personality in it. Graham and Ramon I hit the jackpot with the duo in my customers service opinion. I have been in high level Executive positions and let me tell you it takes a lot to impress me with CS skills. But, I am telling you these two were organic and really GOOD at their jobs@ I NEVER write reviews unless it is beyond a 5 star and I left feeling like this is an employee I would want someone to make stand out so I know I have quality staff under me. If there is anything within your company to provide acknowledgement to them I would certainly hope these two get recognized. As far as the dealership I really liked the way you dont feel preyed against while trying to look at the inventory on the lot. This is a rare scenario in my opinion when dealing with car dealerships.5 stars all around for this dealership!!
Had a great and unique experience. We worked with David Heath and he was awesome from the first call to helping after we received the car. We bought the car using FaceTime and communication via email and phone with David. We live in the EST and were looking for a fun used car and found it in WA. Had the car delivered which we organized and wasnt too complicated. David and Starr, the sales manager, were both great and accommodating every step of the way. Would highly recommend David to help you with your vehicle search. Also found pricing was really great and not market inflated.
I cant tell you how much I appreciate the generosity of this organization. They gave me a whole truckload of Christmas decorations so I can donate them to a womens shelter. They even loaded them so I didnt have to do a thing.I used to have my Jeeps serviced here in the past when I worked in Bellevue. I go to Kirkland now since they are closer to where I live. I like the Bellevue service better than Kirkland. I think they are friendlier, more honest and do a better job.
After having a very poor experience at another local Jeep dealer, AutoNation Jeep Bellevue was truly 5 star. The staff went above and beyond to help me turn in my leased vehicle, especially Christine. Everyone was friendly and the entire place is much more organized and professional than other local dealers. You are actually treated as a valued customer and not as just someone to extract money from, dont waste your time elsewhere. Also, if you come for service, the waiting areas are vastly superior to the other dealers in the area.
Took my 2008 challenger in for a side airbag recall. It was easy to make an appointment and got in quickly. Rodney Moore, the service manager was friendly and professional. The dealership arranged for transportation from and to the dealership. The repairs were completed on time and they also checked the fluid levels, oil and brakes (no cost). Great experience. I would highly recommend AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Bellevue (10 out of 10).
Expensive I thought. Received a very nice response from GM. Funny thing is I just ended up buying a Wrangler from them today **** -------Just bought 2nd car!! ***** -------. Excellent service, would be an understatement. After my last new car buying experience Ive been very hesitant because it was an 8 hour day from hell. They let me borrow the car with such ease I was amazed, no pressure from the salesperson, price was set, and a really good price actually from places like KBB and others on my particular car. Financing office was absolutely great, very clear, very accommodating, and even had some fruit snacks. Thanks for the great Jeep! We look forward to enjoying it. I would definitely recommend buying a car from this dealership as its been my best experience ever in buying a car in my 12+ car buying experiencs.
Generally very pushy experience. They’re so desperate to sell the car and don’t really care about how customer feels. The communication narrative was all around pushing you to buy. Sales person Ramon is alright. The manager is pretty ridiculous. They asked me to use their credit application instead of mine because “this car will ship to another city tomorrow” on my appointment purchase day. How ** you gonna ship a car listed on website for two months right after someone made a purchase appointment and gave the sales opportunity to another dealership. Lol.
Recently bought a used car from here, and had a good experience. Ramon was friendly, helpful, not pushy, and, most important, very responsive to text questions. We took the car to our mechanic for a check up, and discovered some issues. We contacted Ramon, who talked to his manager, and was able to set up an appointment with an associated dealer to diagnose and fix the issues. All told, it was a good used-car buying experience---lets hope the car keeps working well! The only aspect we did not like was that, when about to buy the car, an offer of an extended warranty was made by the financial person out of the blue, with some pressure sales tactics. I do not like surprises like this. On the flip side, upon asking, we were told that we had a few days to think about the warranty. We chose not to take it after reading reviews of the insurance company and the recommendation from Consumer Reports.
My wife and I had a unusual car purchase. We were purchasing 2 Wranglers. Yes thats right 2! Having had many vehicles before and experienced the good and bad of buying a car, all I can say is WOW! The entire team at AutoNation was the best of the best. Ivan was our salesman who was on a scale of 1-10, at least a 20. Trent was our finance rep and was also great. Never once did we feel it was a hidden agenda, everything was made clear, honest and never felt like you were waiting for a surprise number to show up. If you have doubts about buying a car or have had that experience that has made you not want to do it again, put that aside and go see Ivan and the team at AutoNation, you will not be sorry!
Ive had MANY sleazy experiences with dealerships but thankfully, this was not the case With AutoNation Bellevue. Thats also the reason why I took the time to write this review. Ramon was the greatest ever so be sure to reach out to him to show you vehicles. He will definitely take care of you, AND, check back with you to make sure all is well after purchase. Hes the real deal.
Like other reviews this is not the first time Ive been let down by the service department. The sales team was great, so when selling the dealership was awesome, but when it comes to service, it is beyond horrible. This time my engine light is on and when I asked to speak with a service team member, I was told they would call me; that never happened that was 5 days ago on Monday. When I called Tuesday I was told they werent available. I was then told I could make an appointment and leave my truck there, I could not wait for the diagnostic to find out what it was and how long they would need it. Now, because Im 13 miles away versus 10 they will not provide me shuttle service either. So I cant wait, I cant get home and cant speak with a service team member. So I asked for the service manager. FYI, I spoke with him when he first started working there and complained then about this same lack of service and his response was thats why he was there, to fix it...doesnt seem like much has changed. He too was not available to speak with me and was told he would call me back on Tuesday or Wednesday. So engine light on, cant make an appointment because I have no way to get home and back, cant wait there for a little to see whats wrong, cant speak to a team member, cant speak to the manager and have nowhere else to take the vehicle thats under factory warranty all while my engine light is on. Happy to sell you a vehicle, but dont expect us to then service you. And as an update now that Im posting this on Saturday even though I was told the service manager would call me back that was 4 days ago and never happened.2 weeks ago you can see the dealers reply, did I hear from anyone, nope. So there it is!
From the first text message, to looking at cars to finally purchase everyone at AutoNation was helpful, professional and kind. Best auto buying experience I have had. 100% recommend and would return again.
I called three times in advance of a planned repair to make sure the parts for the repairs would be ready. The person on the phone promised the repair specialist would either handle it or call me back. I never got a callback. On the day of the repair, some of the parts were not ready. In lieu of an apology the repair specialist offered: You have to have more realistic expectation, I handling 50 cars today, you are free to have your car repaired elsewhere. When I got my car back, I was overcharged $200. I discussed the charge with the manager who texted the repair specialist, concluded it was a mistake and voided the extra charge. In lieu of an apology, he offered:I handled it. Everyone is happy now ?Not quite the smoothest process. On the positive side, the Lyft ride home and the car wash voucher are appreciated.
I have worked with AutoNation in both Florida and Bellevue. Most recently I worked with their Sales Manager, Trent. He was able to provide me with what our trade in would be, financing, and the exact Jeep I wanted all through email, so when I arrived my new Jeep was already being detailed for me. Once arrived, Sales Associate, Robert took over making sure I knew the new features the model I had and helped with initial programming. Their Financing Manager was also efficient. All had great customer service and were transparent. I highly recommend working with Robert and Trent for your next Jeep!
The whole process from start to finish was so - dare I say - pleasant! Really, who knew the car buying process could be stress free? My only critique is that the initial request to hold the vehicle online generated many emails, a phone call (voicemail) and a text which was a bit excessive but after that it was nice and calm. Our agent, Jake, came out promptly at 9 and got the car ready for us to test drive. By 11:30 we were done with everything and on our way home! They gave us fair value for our trade based on the pre-approval we did the evening before and there was no stress, haggling or negotiation. Just a fair price for everything. This is my second time using Auto Nation but first at this dealership and this time was even better than the last. I would not hesitate to reach out to them again.
I was made to wait for over 30 days for my appointment and when I showed up my service appointment was incorrectly documented by the service rep who had taken my appointment request on the phone.I had clearly specified to the service agent that the appointment was for a regular 1 yr service PLUS two issues with my jeep (1. rattling noise from the trunk and screen freezing & 2.not turning on at times). She also told me that as it was a longer appointment, I would have to wait for 30 days. When I showed up I was told my the service agent and the service manager that the appointment was made for only an oil change and that they would not be able to look at the other two issues and that I would have to come back in two weeks.I took time out of work for this (3 hrs) and was very disappointed with the overall service and how my situation was handled, esp. when I was made to wait for over 30 days in the first place. This was my worst experience at a service center, having owned cars for the past 25 years!!
I loved the professional and quickness of the oil change service on my new Ram.Painless in a word. Kaylee helped me out that day. Great customer service.I was bummed no car wash but Kaylee gave me a couple car washes at the bear that is brown.Thanks. I’ll be back.
Fast and easy purchase from the test drive to driving my new truck off the lot. The sales person, Ramon Rodriguez, was very helpful in getting answers to questions I had, including going to the service department and obtaining quotes on major maintenance items, like breaks. Great follow-up to fix the one, minor item called out in an independent inspection by my mechanic. I appreciate the 5 day trial period that allowed me to get used to the truck and have it inspected. This is the second vehicle purchased from this dealer and will be my first stop if I need another vehicle.
It really sucks playing round robyn with a computer until someone picks up thr phone. You get hung up on several time and cant default to an actual operator.Once you get a human, the experience is great.Hire a receptionist and get rid of the computer.
Dont waste your time with this AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM of Bellevue if you care about how you will be treated AFTER the purchase of your vehicle. Dont believe me? Try and call their service department and see if you can EVER get anyone to answer. They wont call you back when they say, even though they promise to. Your vehicle wont ever be done when they say it will be, and they wont call to let you know that. I would also make sure they actually test drive your vehicle prior to giving it back. When we finally went to pickup our Durango, they had to make us wait while they hurried and cleared the codes. Now tell me, why would my car be done and ready for pickup if it is still throwing codes? The answer is, its not ready. Check engine light immediately on the way home, only for them to not answer the phone,,,,, again and again. Only to find out there was a KNOWN issue they couldnt fix, but failed to let us know about. Dont waste your time with this place, I certainly will never give them my money again.
Sold my car here and everything was super easy and straightforward. They were able to offer me a better price on my car than all the other competitors as well. I highly recommend AutoNation. I worked with Andrew Brunson and he was very polite and the sale was very laid back with no hassle. Also gave me a lyft ride home after I sold the vehicle.
I had taken my 2013 ram 1500 in for service and saw a new 1500 on the lot just like mine. The next day we went back and happened to meet Mike P. Who was a sales person at the dealership. Mike was great, he wasnt pushy, just kind and happy to answer question. With about an hour we were signing for our new truck. Mike was great as was the whole team. They made it easy, comfortable and at no point did we free any pressure. I am now out trailering and just love the truck and the whole buying experience. If Mike or anyone was pushy, we would have put up our guard up but nope, more like our family and I cant say enough. Go down and talk to Mike, youll quickly find a trusted friend even if you dont buy!
My truck had a recall when I arrived I was treated with the utmost courtesy as well as efficiently. The only issue that I have is not with a human being but with the telephone answering system the A.I. which in my mind is not Artificial Intelligence but Artificial Insanity should be sent to a lunatic asylum. I must say though when a human did answer the phone it was with very professional attitude as the person dealt with my reaction to the Phone A.I. which I apologized for when I brought my truck in as the A.I. was not their doing. On that note I again would like to commend all the service people at this dealership for the excellent service that they provide.
Our sales person was excellent ( Dave Heath ). I called him early in the morning and he responded very quickly. and help us with all our needs and it was a Dave Heath, I will be back for my next purchase. I would have to say all the people I dealt with were very good I would even call them my friends!.
Drove 230 miles to purchase a vehicle and halfway home the check engine light turns on. Tells me to take it to our local GM. Costs me $167 dollars. I email a copy of the invoice and doesnt respond back. Get an automated email from him about a review of the car. Send another email a copy of the invoice and still no response. We like the car and service was great at first but not happy we traveled a good distance just to have check engine light turn on and pay out of pocket the first day
Quick and Easy Same Day Oil Change - They also hooked us up with a free car wash
Took a look at a few cars here. David Heath took care of all my needs and was really nice in general. Would highly recommend this dealership and definitely ask for David if youre looking for a great experience.
Came down from Alaska to sell my Ram 3500 and Andrew B helped me out tremendously! Super easy process and simple, took great care of me
Great Buying Experience! I am not one to post reviews but working with Shawn specifically at AutoNation in Bellevue was one of the easiest transactions I have done when it comes to buying a car. Shawn was super helpful from the start and was not over aggressive or pushy when it comes to making a sale and that alone made the experience much more enjoyable after visiting multiple dealerships in the past month. Also, he knew the Jeep inside and out and highlighted some key features I wasnt aware of that just added to me being sold on getting the new Grand Cherokee. Highly recommend visiting this dealership and ask for Shawn but either way they will treat you right!
I purchased a 2014 Accord Coupe. Christine Imper primarily helped me, along with Sandra and Trent. I was coming from 3 hours away and this team couldnt have been more honest, patient, and welcoming. And Christine went out of her way to make sure the vehicle was ready when I arrived. She even mailed the extra key and some other extras to me as they were not ready yet. Great experience, great dealer to buy a car from. Highly recommend.
Got exactly the car I wanted and price. My first time buying a car was a lot faster and easier then I thought thanks to Ivan Burazer. Will definitely recommend auto nation to anyone. Fair prices and great and helpful sales team
I bring my 2017 Wrangler here for service and maintenance. I dropped in yesterday on December 30th to confirm my appointment for the following week. While I was there, I asked if they could get me in last minute to install a Mopar part and do an oil change. They quickly accommodated my ask and were very helpful in completing the requested services despite not having an appointment that day. I initially worked with Jim but another gentleman handled the appointment, although I cant recall his name. Overall great experience and I plan to continue coming here for maintenance on my Jeep Wrangler.
Great staff, speedy and attentive. Helped me out in purchasing a car over the phone and transferring from far away.Great overall.
Sale was alright. Price seemed fair. The star rating is for before through purchase. Once the ink dried, different story.Strange that they sent the plates to dealership. Had to drive 30 minutes to pick them up, then back home to put them on.Anything with Service (emails & phone calls - over 45 minute hold times, no VM responses) not worth it. I was hoping to use them for service needs, but not sure now.Prior car was serviced at Car Pros in Renton and they were fantastic and set the bar high for dealerships.
This was definitely one of the BEST dealerships that I’ve ever went to. Everyone was so friendly and it was just such a nice environment to be in. Going to other car dealerships, I always felt pressured to buy a car, not even considering what other choices may be best for me but.. Christine did an amazing job. 🙌🏼 She was very knowledgeable, delivered GREAT customer service skills, very patient, made things run very smoothly, AND I was definitely not pressured. Huge PLUS for me.I definitely got more than what I bargained for and I thank Christine for being able to help me purchase my FIRST brand new car. Thank YOU! ☺️
I highly recommend everyone to check out AutoNation-Bellevue. They are all extremely helpful and shows an amazing effort to make their client happy!I’ve been through many dealerships for the past two months and I wish I had known about this location first. They took care of me like no other. Everyone are consistent with check ins and they truly have tons of options to make you feel comfortable purchasing a car.Huge shout out to Trenton and Starr for not giving up on me with buying. And huge thanks to Mike for making the process so easy and convenient. He even took the time and effort to make sure that I am happy with my new jeep.AutoNation-Bellevue, you are awesome! What a great team you all have.
It was great dealing with the staff at AutoNation Jeep in Bellevue, WA. The two sales people, mostly Ivan (and also Jake at the beginning), were professional and very low pressure. Starr, Ivan and James all drive Jeeps, therefore there was no lack of product knowledge. The transaction was very fluid and were very happy with our buying experience.
We bought a Jeep Wrangler Rubicon from AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Bellevue. By far the best customer experience and after care I have experienced in car buying. Ramon Ramirez, our patient and very thorough sales rep, was just a joy to work with. Not only did Ramon give us all the time, we needed to make a decision - he accommodated our ask to change to a different color after we made the decision to buy. Without hesitation. Good staff, who care for their customers. I will go back to them when I need my next car.
Excellent experience with a recent oil change and tire rotation! Didn’t have an appointment but was in the area and dropped by just to see if they might be able to handle a walk in and could service my Wrangler while I waited. Taylor B. provided excellent customer service by getting us in and out of there in less time than the estimate with status phone calls and additional service suggestions. I can’t say enough good things!!
I give AutoNation 5 stars for there sales department, they worked hard got me into the jeep of my dreams at a low price and APR. Starr is amazing she replied fast and was Honest with me and my wife. As for the service department that’s another story. There very new and don’t know much my truck sat there all day no one looked at it and did nothing didn’t even look at the problem what’s the point of an appointment if you don’t look at the vehicle. I showed my adviser the problems and she was like that’s not right and then sees there’s no problem. So for the service department I give them one star they need to step up there game in a big way.
We purchased an electric Jeep Wrangler and had a wonderful experience. My husband and I have been to other dealerships trying to find a Wrangler in the South sound, and this was the first place that felt welcoming and understood what we were looking for in a car. The staff was knowledgeable, respectful, and easy to work with! We appreciated the service.
Its great to enjoy your on-site service, the technian is professional and thoughtful to clients questions and concerns.
I have to thank few different people who genuinely help me through the process of getting my vehicle. These are: Robert sales associate, Trent manager, Paula FM and Nick GM. Thank to all of you I’m now driving my Jeep Wrangler which I love It!!!! Highly Recommend this dealership because of many reasons but the main ones to me are, they put your interest first and listen to your needs!Best to Jeep of Bellevue,Yamil E
This was absolutely horrible experience, and I WOULD NOT, AND WILL NOT, recommend this place for service, or to purchase anything there! This appointment was for a prepaid oil and service package we bought with the car.We have taken it to other auto nation dealership, in the past, and worth the money. So, I know how good quality work, and customer service is.Appointment was booked IN ADVANCE, they knew year, make, model, vin # etc, of the car, could have correct filter, oil whatever there for the appointment. We verified when making the appointment that they would have the correct oil and filter for the necessary work. I get there 10 minutes early, give them my keys, have a seat in the waiting area. Taylor comes out, short time later to sign for all the work, doesnt say at the time, sorry, we dont have a oil filter for your car, well have to send someone out for it. In the beginning of the appointment, even though we were guaranteed it would be. Taylor comes out of the shop, over 2 hours into the dang appointment, and tells me, the car is on the hoist and being worked on. Close to 3 hours later after arriving, I get in the car, not washed, not vacuumed out, it SMELLS like pot!! What heck did they do for 3 HOURS!!!! It was an oil change for crying out loud! Last time auto nation in Spokane did service on it, the car oil and filter changed, vacuumed, tires rotated, washed, looked like a brand new car!If I was the only one there struggling to understand the hold up, but there were several others wondering about why they didnt have correct oil for there truck, and filter as well.I suggest you guys go visit other auto nation service centers, and see how your supposed to service cars, and learn customer service!
I worked with Mike Paulsen and he was great. No pressure and he was very patient with me. He answered all my questions and sent me updates each week on the status of the Jeep I ordered from the factory. Would definitely recommend this dealer.
We recently purchased a new vehicle here and could not have asked for a better experience! Our saleswoman, Christine, was the best we have ever had! Not only did we get a great price on the new vehicle, but they gave us a fair offer on our trade as well. I had done all the analysis on values for both our trade as well as the new purchase prior to arriving at the dealership, and their offer up front was so fair that we didnt even have to haggle to get what we wanted. To top it off, it was the fastest overall car buying experience we have ever had as well. Both my wife and I kept waiting for the other shoe to drop, but it was smooth sailing from beginning to end. It was truly a surreal experience at a car dealership! Would highly recommend both the dealership and Christine (as well as the CS Manager Starr) to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle!
These guys are super great! I had my steering wheel scratched when doing oil change, though it’s unknown how it came and no evidence that they did it, they simply help me fix it perfectly and to make sure I am satisfied with their service. I appreciate this customer obsession!!
My first experience with the Service department was a big success. Taylor at the service desk was awesome! He was able to explain what was going on and what I needed to do to make everything happen that I needed to happen. 10/10 would highly recommend. Go Taylor!
Great service. The team did a great job patching my tire and getting my oil changed. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Everything is working great with my Jeep now. Lots of things to do around the area so you don’t get bored while waiting! Huge plus 😎
The staff at automation were friendly, efficient and really made my experience great. They treated us like we really mattered, instead of like we were just be sold something. The sales rep Sandra was wonderful. Would definitely go here again to buy a car.
Surprised were extremely fast. Came in one day ordered the part and scheduled to have it installed the day. Came in the next day and had the part installed just as advertised. Thanks to Rodney and the parts man (didn’t catch his name). It was all really fast I was from out of state Arizona.Once again thanks for a great job!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Awesome service from Taylor. Went in for a pre-paid oil change we had bought when we purchased our minivan from the dealership. Taylor took care of getting the oil change done, informed us how many were left, provided a quick estimate on an item we needed fixed providing a short term solution for it and went over everything in our final bill with us in detail. Overall, very impressed. This has not always been the case in the past but this time around it was a great experience!
Easy drop off and pick up. Work was done very quickly and well.
I am sorry to say, but I had a terrible experience at Bellevue Jeep, AutoNation. The Service Manager is well aware of my concerns. I called and emailed the Service Manager a number of times with the hope we could connect in person. But after numerous messages, I have given up. I had my two year old Jeep Grand Cherokee in for an oil change, multi-point inspection and to discover the source of an odd rattling in the undercarriage. When I picked up my Jeep I was helped by the Service Manager. After paying he handing me the keys. I was not told or directed where my car was located. I eventually found my Jeep, in the back of the lot in a very tight space. After driving off the lot I noticed two tire pressure lights on the dash. I turned around and drove back to the dealership. I reviewed my paperwork from the multi-point inspection it noted my tire tread was 10/32. Turns out my tire tread was very very low, so much so it needed new tires. The Service Manager said the paperwork from my multi-point inspection must be from another car (although, there was no effort to find my Jeep information and to this day I have no idea if the multi-point inspection was even done). Of course he was quick to print out paperwork and try to sell me new tires.I declined the offer to have them put new tires on my Jeep. Upon getting home, I noticed the oil life was showing 34% and that the old oil change sticker was still in the upper left corner and there was not a new sticker. So, was the oil even changed? They did discover the source of the rattling (the Jeep was rear-ended last year, Bellevue Jeep recommend Bellevue AutoNation Collision Center) My service advisor said the ‘plastic under cover is flapping around and banging on bumper due to no bolts, tightened down bolts, test drove all okay at this time’. It cost us an additional $170 + tax due to the fact AutoNation Collision Center failed to install the bolts. In total, we paid about $300 and I doubt the oil was changed or multi-point inspection done.If this is the level of service at Bellevue AutoNation Jeep for service we will not be returning. For service or a new car purchase.
Easiest car buying experience Ive ever had. Also, very quick! Worked with Shawn B. and he was amazing.
Mike Paulsen has provided a great service in the process of me buying the Pacifica. I have had a true experience of the no hassle car shopping. He sincere and amicable. He explained in details for everything I need to know for this car. They are transparent in prices both for selling their new car and buying trade in. I do not have to negotiate for a better deal.I like Mike and this dealership.
This was literally our best car buying experience ever! Bought a hybrid Pacifica and it was the least pressure, most helpful, fastest car dealership weve experienced. (This was our 7th car purchase, and by far the best)
This was the best new car purchase experience I have had yet. The advertised price / dealer discount of the vehicle was far better than anything else within hundreds of miles. There were no games, tricks, or surprises. All the quotes were honest, straightforward, and consistent with website and manufacturer prices, rebates, and financing. Many other dealers in the area are still using decades-old sales methods which will disgust experienced buyers and could cost inexperienced buyers thousands (possibly even tens of thousands!) of dollars extra.
Sales: 5*I had amazing experience with Sales. The price negotiations were pleasant and quick. There was very little back and forth and they accommodated my request to deal out doors given the Covid Pandemic. The sales man was super friendly to work with and even gave us a ride home! After Sales: 2*After sales rep who is in-charge of processing loan and completing the paperwork was very deceptive. There were lot of lies trying to sell service. The rep mentioned that my Pacifica Hybrid needs maintenance every 5000 miles and sold me to buy the maintenance package. After returning home, I read that factory recommends maintenance every 10,000 miles. Given that fact and fact that my miles will be mostly electric, I might not need an oil change for a long time. The rep was also in a closed room wearing a small mouth shield. Given the pandemic, I felt very unsafe to deal in a closed room with no mask.
Warranty not honoured . Did even take a good look at my vehicle. I bought brand new at this dealership has less then 15k miles on itI was treated very badly like it was all my fault didnt listen to anything I had to say.So after me leaving this review the GM responded with the message below with a number that I did call the number is is just a main number of the dealership but still left a message expecting a call back 2 week later nothing Never want to make a big deal out for this I even change the part my self on a brand new truck and it is the second new ram within 5 years not used new Just want some answers but it seems like they dont really care I want to leave it alone but dosent feel right
Purchased a car from automation dodge. Was a very smooth deal. They gave me a really great price. Service was unbelievable. Janice Campbell (sales)and Starr (sales manager) made the purchase easy, no pressure and great pricing... the finance department was outstanding also.. if your looking for value and no pressure, Give them a shot!!
This was hands down the best auto purchasing experience I’ve had in my 30 years of driving and buying vehicles. I’m so glad Christine answered the phone when we inquired about a specific vehicle. She was prompt, transparent, professional, and clearly cared about customer service and our experience. She did what she said she would do( amazing how often that doesn’t happen), she knew her products and was a wonderful teacher in how to navigate through the all the new Pacifica’s features. She also set it all up for us ahead of time which what over and above. I will certainly seek her out again when I’m in the market for another vehicle. Paula the finance person rocketed us through the process and we were in and out of there in no time. They were both a pleasure to work with.
The car came with a seal defect which I already let the sales manager know on the 2nd day of delivery. After 4 months the problem is still unsolved. I will give a 1 star every day until the problem is fully solved.
So unfortunate. The one-star is because as far as I know the repair was done correctly. The auto tech assigned, Jim, gave me a description of what was needed. I carefully made notes. I asked Jim to email me an itemized estimate separating out the labor and parts. He agreed to do that right away. I never received this. Called my son, who knows my car and most things mechanically, and he went by and spoke to Jim and the price came down about $300 once my son asked Jim to go back to the tech who was working on the car and get certain information. My son clearly asked Jim to save the used/removed parts for him, which a shop is required to do by lay, upon a customers request. Two days later when my son went in to pick up the car, Jim was not working. Another person helped my son and they had not saved the parts and the bill went up about $170 more than Jim had told him it would be. My son tried to get an adjustment based on the quote he was given and the repairs he authorized. He was unable to get it and paid the asking price. This was my second experience with this shop and I wont be back.As an aside, I had a much worse experience with Chrysler AutoNation on Aurora in Seattle ($4,000 repair and 5 trips to the shop to get it correctly done and an admitted overcharge that they wouldnt refund because I had not brought it to their attention in a timely way) I will never use either of these shops again, nor will I buy a car from either places.
This particular dealership has been my go-to destination for service since 2013. In the beginning, that was largely due to its proximity to where I lived. Over time I have moved further and further away, but I have kept coming to this location for service. It speaks to having the job(s) done right the first time. Marcello was the service rep I dealt with most recently. I told him what I wanted and he delivered on every request. He even managed to anticipate one of my requests, making the transaction that much smoother.
Sales agent didnt know a ton about electric vehicles or the Jeep Wrangler 4XE specifically. The parts department couldnt even help me learn or locate a level two charger. I will have to teach myself everything about the care and use of my new electric vehicle and I wish I learned more from the sales agent. Sales rushed to get me into finance and didnt spend much time showing me the actual vehicle—by the time I was done with finance and paperwork it was dark outside and the sales agent couldnt see anything. Other than that, friendly and fast communication which I appreciate.
We had a great car buying experience here. The team was friendly, chill, and well informed. Jeremy was patient with our totally out of date car knowledge, and none of it felt high pressure or over the top.
Wonderful experience with Autonation in Bellevue. From the salesperson, Christine to the managers, Starr and Trent. They were super helpful and listened to my needs and situation. This was a great auto buying and by far the best experience I have had purchasing a vehicle. And I LOVE my new Ram Rebel truck!!
They did me a real solid, checking out a faulty signal I was getting.Really appreciate the professionalism
Chris was amazing handling my Jeep for a service recall. The drop up and pick up was seamless and great customer service. My car was ready super quick and Chris promptly reached out as soon as it was ready. Will only have my car serviced here!
It was an absolute pleasure dealing with an AutoNation own dealership. I have had poor experiences in the past with other dealerships and came in with my guard up, not knowing much about how AutoNation operates. I was pleasantly surprised with the low pressure and accommodating customer service they provided. I will likely only shop with AutoNation in my future. I dealt with three individuals throughout the process. All three who were especially kind and helpful! I want to personally thank Janice (sales representative), Starr (sales manager), and Christine (finance manager), for all their help and patience throughout the process! They all were amazing! Thank you again! Im looking forward to continuing a relationship with Jeep for years to come. -Chris
Very good experience friendly staff. Christine was wonderful, she made it easy for me to do paperwork, and was very informative about my vehicle. I am happy with my purchase!!
3 stars I believe is suitable. My pickup was making a squealing noise, like a loose belt (I knew it wasnt). I was told they had a Thursday or Friday appt at 8am for a diagnosis, I chose Thursday. I explained my situation to them (heading out of town on Friday with family). I drop the pickup off Wednesday afternoon. Thursday comes and my work shift is over, I hadnt heard from them yet, so I call around 3pm, my pickup hadnt been looked at!! The reason I was told, both lifts for that size of pickup were busy. So very irratated, I explain, you dont need a lift for a diagnosis. Friday I receive a call stating I have a manifold leak, with a quote to fix it. Good thing I was sitting down!!! Expensive!!! I told them not to fix it and Ill pick it up on Monday. When I went in on Monday they go to the shop to get my pickup and the guy gets out not knowing the reason why its in there says man you have an exhaust manifold leak. I do feel better when it came to pay for the diagnosis, I explained my experience and the manager split me the bill. So we ended on a better note. But I will probably be looking for another shop for repairs.
Awesome experiencing buying my first Jeep Wrangler at AutoNation !The guy who helped me was Ramone and he did exceptional at educating me on the Jeep I had to leave with the vehicle same day!
They had the car we wanted. We walked in, talked to the first sales person we saw and drove off a couple of hours later in our new car. No pressure, in fact, no sales people walking the lot at all. We looked at cars in peace, decided what we wanted then bought it.
Excellent experience. One of the best Ive had buying a vehicle. Was out in under a very reasonable time. Will be buying our next care from here, which will be my teenage sons.Thank the crew from Jeremy in sales to Jim in financing.Great advice, stellar service.
You guys are awesome 👍 thank you, Fast and respectful!🤗🤗
The car came with a seal defect which I already let the sales manager know on the 2nd day of delivery and I went in for service a few days later. There was no parts and they said they will order and let me know. After more than 1 month I checked with them and they have ordered nothing and told me that I must come in again and then they can order! not saying that I had to wait for more than 1 hour for the technicians to take a 5 second look on the seals. I tried to contact the service expert who handled me as well as the sales and they are extremely difficult to reach - after trying to call many times and after 3 days theres no reply. Im surprised that for such a small problem they simply neglect and what will happen if some large problems happen.Update: After almost 3 months, the issue hasnt been fixed yet. Worst dealer ever!
*This review is only in regards to the service department, not sales. My experience with service department was the worst I have ever had to deal with. Lack of communication, not meeting dates, not organized, and understaffed are the main points.I came here for a few warranty items that turned into a total waste of my time. First, I dropped my truck off and was given a rental car, not sure why they think a minivan is comparable to a RAM 3500, but I take it. They have my truck for over a week, in that time frame almost nothing was done and was told parts needed to be ordered. I understand with Covid there have been delays with shipping, etc. so I picked the truck back up, not fixed mind you. Then I had to stop in again because they couldnt order the part without checking the part number on my truck due to Ram having multiple parts that are similar. Service wasnt able to get the part number from my quick stop by, so I had to drop it off again! Finally, got the part number and ordered. Was told it was in stock and would arrive in a few days.....what do you know it was now not in stock and would take another few weeks to arrive. So again I pick up my truck not fixed. No call back all month so I call and apparently it arrived the week prior but nobody followed up. So I schedule to drop it off to get the part replaced while I am on vacation so it would be ready when I got back 9 days later. Well I get back from vacation and the work STILL HADNT BEEN DONE! I was told the service guys were out sick, or with covid, or...always an excuse. A whole week later (a total of 2.5 weeks for this visit) it was done. I go to pick it up, I dont think the service tech has heard the saying return it the same or better than you received it. They left the window cracked open so it was full of tree pollen seeds, left a wet shop rag, a hat, and a couple tools in the back seat. Between all of the visits, the service department had my truck over a month, I would think RAM should pay my car payment. At this point Im going elsewhere for any future service.
This rating is for Shawn Bedker, my sales guy. Shawn is the best car salespersons Ive ever worked with, and better than most other salespeople outside of car sales. He is very knowledgeable about Jeeps, provides honest answers to questions regardless of how much money it loses him, hes very competent in his ability to navigate the sales process and the dealerships sales software, and hes straightforward- theres no presentation or strategy with this guy. Honestly, Id probably ask him to go have beers sometime or do something else because hes someone I could totally be friends with. Disclosure: Ive purchased 7-8 vehicles from dealerships in my lifetime and have no problem playing hardball with these guys- not needed with Shawn.
Had a very pleasant and quick car purchase experience. Would totally buy there again in the future!
I really wish I could remember the name of the service agent who assisted me with my oil change because he was fantastic, but sadly I cannot! Hopefully, this review gets back to him. He was extremely courteous, efficient, and communicative.
Very disappointing experience. Was treated very poorly by David Heath and his customer service needs a lot of work. He gave me a hard time for just wanting to look at a few different vehicles and acted like if I wasnt buying right then he wouldnt be kind and help me. Wont ever buy anything here and wouldnt recommend anyone go here
Solid friendly service. I drive extra to come to this location because of the quality service they provide.
Very bad sales team, especially manager T. They agreed to buy my car a couple of days ago, and now they told me they cannot buy it because the original car company changed their policy and they cannot buy it anymore.I know they are lying because I went to Autonation Ford immediately after, and they purchased my car.The manager was very arrogant the first time I go in the store, and was even worst the second time, he completely ignored me.You dont need to do business with anyone if you dont want to, but if that is how you treat people that you are not doing business with, dont expect any return customers or referrals.
I have been to AutoNation Bellevue for almost 5 years. The service we received from Taylor was the greatest of all. He explains everything we should and want to know about the maintenance and took care very well. We will be back soon.
Ordered a RAM 1500 in December thru AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Bellevue, in part because they were willing to negotiate a fair price, and took possession April 1st. The sales staff were professional, courteous and provided good communication regarding the status of my order. The sales person sat with me in the truck (windows down & masked) to run thru the key features and how to operate them. They applied all the promotions, currently in effect, to the sale which lowered my anticipated cost. Excellent customer service!
I highly recommend this dealership. I had been searching for a new car after two months of sharing my husband’s car. It was very smooth to get in/out of as well. When inside, the salesperson was very comforting and welcoming as well. The car I got from them was one I had found on CarFax and not only was it still available upon my arrival, it checked all my boxes in what I was looking for in a car with AWD as an added bonus. When I made the decision to buy the car, they were very resourceful and very helpful. The waiting period was also good and when it came time to complete my final papers, the salesperson I met with was so friendly and had amazing ice breakers that made me smile and laugh. Thank you AutoNation for the experience and I look forward to my new car!!!☺️👍🏽
Thanks for Tyler Carlson for making things happen with the deal.
Our salesperson, David Heath, was great to work with. The buying process was easy, quick, and safe. We are happy with the deal we got. We would not hesitate to recommend AutoNation CDJR Bellevue to anybody who asks. We are 100% satisfied.
I know I’m not alone when I say this, but I HATE CAR SHOPPING! It stresses me out. But Ramon was a great sales associate & made the whole process enjoyable!! I came in knowing exactly what I wanted, what I wanted to pay, & he showed me what inventory they had that fit my criteria. The manager, Starr, and the finance manager, Jim, made the financial part of the deal easy & painless!! They were all so friendly & I really appreciated how stress-free the whole process was. I got my dream car & the best part was it was a stress-free, enjoyable process from start to finish & it’s all thanks to the excellent staff I got to work with. AutoNation does not disappoint! Go see Ramon! 🤩
Always get my work done at Bellevue Jeep even though I live in Olympia . Came in this week (6/15.) just for an oil change Rodney Moore treated me First Class . I love their service dept because they are cordial and don’t try to up sell you and for that reason I always go there . When we buy a new Jeep soon I will buy there . Thank you Joe Orsucci.
I swear by far the best customer service in a long time.Quick in and easy out .Marcello O. Was totally awesome. Easy to talk to about the service of my car. Definitely recommend where you should bring your car for repairs.
Got warning light on my Grand Cherokee: Check Electronic BrakeWent to Jeep dealer for fix; cost me $1366.54Nearly 3000 miles later, the right rear axle which was removed to do the repair was leaking at the wheel seal. Went back to dealer, made appointment to repair. It was done in a matter of hours and when I picked it up, I was told, no charge! Service Writer Chris Rider stood by their repair work and he saw to it that issue was fixed without further charge. That kind of car repair integrity is what most folks look for in a dealer. Ill gladly return for further service!
