Although we didnt end up making a deal with my vehicle, I thoroughly recommend Auto Connections. They reached out to check on a vehicle I was looking to sell and asked if wed be able to come in. I agreed and arrived the next day and they were very pleasant, respectful, and cordial. Didnt feel pressure at all and they seemed very honest. Different than the norm for sure. I rarely leave reviews on businesses that I do not make purchases with, but this one deserves that exception.

I reluctantly bought a super-low mileage pristine Saturn SC2 online from Auto Connections of Bellevue, but I am VERY HAPPY that I did! I have bought a very low mileage Saturn online before from a different dealer, and got screwed with a Great Lakes-area rust bucket! The car I bought online from Auto Connections of Bellevue was EVERY BIT AS NICE as all the details photos made the car look. Even with just over 15,000 original miles, I was skeptical of their even has that new car smell claim, as it is a 20-year-old car...but they were RIGHT! Auto Connections made my online purchase and delivery SEAMLESS! All claims and photos proved accurate, and I would buy from them online again!

I purchased a car from this dealership in early June. I was sold a car that had immediate issues with its electrical system.when i took the car into my repair shop it was determined that the horn and emergency system were not functioning.I contacted the dealership, specifically KURT GEIBEL who sold me the car. after and exchange of our mutual positions, it was agreed that i would receive a check toward the end of the week. I accepted the delay.it is now two months later and i still have not received payment.Instead, what i did receive was a run around. in spite of the fact that an agreement was already reached, KURT GEIBEL added that he required an invoice of the repairs. i objected to the added language after the fact, but ultimately i sent the information and evidence that i had paid it. still, I received no check.Instead, what i did receive as an attempt to add yet another condition to the already reached agreement. this was entitled a statement of goodwill which, if i signed, would acknowledge AUTO CONNECTIONS OF BELLEVUE was acting in good faith be fair and helpful but was not the result of any contractual liability, which is false on its face. it also required that the contract remain confidential and that if i made any negative comments i would be in breach of the agreement. it placed no such limitations on the dealership. by the time this new addition reached me, i would already have breached its terms.i write this review nearly two months after an agreement for reimbursement was reached. i have yet to receive the money.i am not the sort of person who makes complaints or negative reviews. in this case i feel obligated to warn prospective purchasers to be keenly aware of this dealership, and KURT GEIBELS.

I purchased a used vehicle at a decent price. The experience was both positive and professional. Unfortunately, the vehicle needed a major repair that was not covered under warranty, however the dealership offered to help pay for part of the repair which they werent obligated to do so. I bought the car sight-unseen from across the country & I relied on and trusted Keith to describe the vehicles condition accurately so that I had more to go on than the pictures. Keith was a very easy and forthright person to work with, which made the experience all the more painless. There were some paperwork hoops to jump through, being a more complicated sale across the country, but Julie in their office took care of everything extremely quickly, keeping me up to date along the way. The car arrived just as described without issue and overall Im very happy after having done business with Auto Connections of Bellevue. Excellent all around.

Id give less than 1 if I could. Purchased a car on 11/9/20 plus a 48,000 5yr bumper to bumper warranty. I and another were assured we only had to worry about normal maintanance during that period of time. The next morning I noticed an oil spot on my drive (figured oh well I have the warranty) next day my window started clicking (oh well have the warranty) a couple or few days later my check engine light goes on (oh well have the warranty). Well Id put in 5.5 weeks an average of 25 miles a day on my car and need a CATALYTIC CONVERTER, AXLE and 2 WINDOW MOTORS all in just 5.5 weeks? Really? Oh well I have the warranty....not so simple. These guys are scams. 9 weeks at the Subaru dealership, no the catalytic converter is not covered in fact Mike calls Veritas the warranty company and tells me he just finds out that no warranty company ever covers a catalytic converter, that was in January, but as of a call to him today 3/1/21 he says he has known all along, which means when he told us on 11/9/20 that we had nothing but maintenance to worry about during that 48,000 miles or 5 years he mislead us at that time by not informing us about the catalytic converter. Either way we were deceived. The warranty company has told Roy Robinson Subaru twice the axle and window motors arent covered, Mike says they are and after 9 weeks the dealership is done and wants their loaner car back. Mike Vena wont talk to me because I called him a liar and still waiting for the owner to call me back. I need a dependable car for medical treatment, I suffer with multiple autoimmune issues that are and have been life threatening at times. I need them to be good on their word and it looks like they dont care what they say to their customers

Well Ive been waiting to make a review because a car purchase is so much more than the initial purchase. Now as I just ticked over 10k miles added to the car I feel I can make a fully informed decision. First off the initial purchase was made very easy and simple, Im from Indiana and was purchasing a car in Washington... enough said. My salesman there was Kurt and he answered every question I had and was very helpful when it came time for purchase and arranging for transportation of the car, ensuring that it would be ready for transport on a short notice. After receiving the car he checked in to see how things went with transport and how initial impressions were after finally getting to see it in person myself. Needless to say everything was perfect and the car was in excellent condition and now 10,000 miles later it hasnt skipped a beat. Even when I went to register the car and the bank forgot to get all the paperwork to me I sent kurt a text on a Saturday when he wasnt at work telling him the situation and he responded instantly and had a solution by Monday. I know not every experience is perfect but Im convinced that the people at Auto Connections of Bellevue are trying their best to make as many as possible.

I drove 3 hours to look at one of their cars, as soon as I arrived mike pulled the car up front and allowed me to test drive it. The entire process was great up until I had to sign some papers. The guy who was helping me was pushing for me to get the two year insurance that I clearly stated I didn’t want. He was making it sound like my car was going to break down as soon as I drove it off the lot. I assured him I didn’t need it after going back and forth and he finally let it go. Just for future reference, if the customer doesn’t want it don’t force it on them because unlike me they might just get up and walk out. Overall great experience and Mike was awesome!

DO NOT BUY FROM JASON!!!I cant emphasize the shadiness of this dealership enough. Terrible experience.Right off the bat everyone seemed disinterested in even making eye contact when we walked in. As if they were all too busy to care. I watched as multiple people came in and were not greeted. Finally I was able to grab someone to help me locate Jason - who keeps his vehicles offsite in a sketchy lot.His vehicles look great and he talks a big talk about the work he has put into them but these cars are seriously sketch. Some of the services performed are clearly aimed at making salvaged vehicles passable in nature. I even watched him have to jump start one of the cars he was selling just to make room for us to get out the car I wanted to test drive!Not only are his cars very overpriced for what they are - it is very clear that he title washes vehicles from Canada. Each of the cars I looked at had Canadian history and seemed too good to be true. Once I suspected this, a quick search of Canadian VIN reports revealed the truth. He pretends to have a ton of money invested into each vehicle and gets irritated when you try and even discuss lower pricing.Lord help you if you ask to take a vehicle to your own mechanic (something that will take 20 minutes and doesnt cost him a dime) he gets defensive, outright refuses, and is suddenly disinterested in selling unless you hand him the check right there without peace of mind in your purchase. I had the check in hand with the agreed upon amount and getting my mechanic to check it out was all I had left to do before handing it over and he refused, stating he could wasnt putting any more work into this car and could get more out of someone else...Im so sorry to whoever buys that car...Tell me: Why would he not want to make sure his customer is satisfied in their purchase more than making a dollar?? Something is seriously up!Do yourself a favor - ALWAYS take a used car to a mechanic for a second opinion before buying. Especially in the Seattle area, as title washing is incredibly prevalent here - being so close to Canada. A CARFAX report is not enough these days, it seems. Having a personal mechanic check out the cars saved me 3 potential bad car purchases in one day. Be safe out there, yall!

We dealt with Stu the owner, and loved him. He was easy going and patient and not pushy at all. We couldnt get the bank to cut our check right away, he was OK with it. He never made us put a deposit down to keep the car, he trusted our word and we picked up the car in 2 days from looking at it. The owner is honest and has integrity. If there is any a problem with any of his sales staff, I recommend asking to talk to Stu before judging this place based on one or other sales staff. Thank you Stu for allowing us to look around your lot without being pressured, and thank you for trusting us enough to get our loan straightened out without having to come up with a deposit. Sold me a Lexus that was in an accident that they didn’t disclose to me . The engine died a year into it from oils sludge. Previous owner did not take care of it as promised. Lost promises. Poor costumer service and worst car I’ve even owned. Make sure others don’t make same mistake I did.

This was my first time buying from a dealer. Simon was very helpful and accommodating with no pressure or cheesy sales tactics. He even brought the car to an independent shop for a pre-purchase inspection (which I paid for obviously) before I arrived and stayed after hours to answer questions, deal with the credit union, and finalize the sale. The day after the sale a small mechanical issue cropped up. He allowed me to visit a local shop rather than drive all the way back to Bellevue (I dont know if this is standard operating procedure but awesome regardless). The problem was corrected ASAP. Couldnt be happier with my Audi and the service provided. Thank you!

After searching endlessly for a clean Audi S5 at the right price, I stumbled across a 2009 S5 on Stus lot, and decided to give him a call. I was in the process of figuring out the financial aspect of getting the car, which was inevitably going to take a few days. I was eager to make the 5 hour drive to see the car, and was reassured by Stu that the car would be there when I was ready to see it. I ended up making the trip down to Bellevue and buying the car after a test drive.Theres truth behind the stereotype of cheesy, unethical car salesmen. On top of the very straightforward and minimally stressful process of purchasing my car, It is evident by the story Im about to tell that Stu is not one of those aforementioned salesmen.A few days after returning home from purchasing my S5, I noticed my coolant was pretty low. No big deal I figured. A short trip to get some of the proper coolant would fix things right up. Unfortunately, after a few days, I came to the conclusion there was definitely a leak in the cooling system somewhere. Immediately I jumped to the worst case scenario, assuming an engine block gasket was toast, that my engine had overheated and warped the head gasket, etc. I was frustrated, since I had opted to not get a warranty and instead sign an As-is form. And felt as if there was nothing I could do but pay to have it fixed myself.After having the car diagnosed by a local euro shop, It was concluded my expansion tank had a sizable crack in it. Definitely not as bad as I thought, but it was still going to cost me about $400. I decided to give Stu a call and explain the situation. It was quite possible that the car had the issue prior to me purchasing it, but it was also possible the issue wasnt there, and came up after I bought the car. It would have been very easy for Stu to point to the fact I had signed an as-is paper, and say theres nothing he can do, but he instead showed good faith and offered to pay half of the cost to fix the issue. After having the issue fixed and sending Stu the invoices, I received a check in the mail two days later.All in all, a very great experience. I love the S5, and would definitely recommend people check out this lot if theyre looking to purchase a car.

I bought a 2011 BMW 535i about 2 years ago from Simon Crinks. I have never owned a BMW before because I was always intimidated by the reputation of a German car in terms of high cost of ownership. Well, its been almost 2 years and I have 82,000 miles and I have only paid for 2 oil changes and $150 to have my rotors turned (maintenance)! Its all about the quality of the car inventory when you deal with used cars dealerships and I think Auto Connections takes pride in only picking the best cars they can get. Sure, other independent car dealerships or craigslist may have cheaper cars...but you get what you pay for! I have recommended Auto Connections to friends and they reported back to me that they got a good car too. Anyway, I dont normally take the time to write reviews but I felt that I owed it to them because this car is a gem and Im very thankful that they put me in such a nice ride for lower maintenance costs than my F-150.

I did business with Simon Crinks. Have to say I HATE dealing with car salesmen. Right away Simon felt different. He was up front about what he had in stock and what was wrong with every vehicle I looked at. The suv I was trading was worth less then what was left on the loan, he said no problem and payed it off and got me into the car my wife really wanted. He gave me the receipt for all the repairs done and tossed in a warranty for us as well. I ended up taking the suv to the shop for a second look and quickly discover that a lot of the maintenance on the receipt wasnt done. I call Simon immediately and let him know the situation. He tells me to come in as soon as possible so he can take it in to double check, most importantly he did this with absolutely NO ATTITUDE OR jumping to CONCLUSIONS. Ordered the parts and fixed it that day. Bought me lunch and dessert and passed me the remote to the TV.Glad to have met you boss and look foward to doing business with you for all of my future purchases.

AUTO CONNECTIONS OF BELLEVUEMarch 25, 2015This review of my own recent experience in dealing with Auto Connections of Bellevue, Bellevue, Washington will likely be of interest to all potential car buyers but will be of particular interest to those who are considering a buying transaction with this company, where the buyer is located some distance from Bellevue and may want to try to have the vehicle transported to himself. However, Ill begin this review by summarizing my satisfaction as being IT DOESNT GET ANY BETTER THAN THIS when buying a preowned car.Now to the details. Im not a young guy, and Im a fussy guy and Im a very experienced preowned (in plain language used car ) buyer, having years agoseen the wisdom of conserving capital by driving a near perfect used vehicle that the original owner took the big financial hit on. Ive done this for 30+ years and drive only really nice, perfect condition vehicles. It usually takes me several months to find just the car Im looking for, e.g. one owner, no accidents, carfax record that shows the degree to which the vehicle has been maintained. In other words I take my time and I realize that it is MY responsibility to do the due diligence, not the sellersresponsibility. Further, I WANTED THE CAR TO BE SHIPPED TO ME IN SOUTH FLORIDA, as far away as you can get from Bellevue, Washington and still be within the continental United States.In February of 2015, I found at Auto Connections of Bellevue a Lexus LX470 that met my criteria and I contacted them by phone to discuss a possible transaction to buy this vehicle. I was fortunate in that this led to me meeting, by phone, and dealing with Stu Cordova at this dealership. I wont belabor you with minute details but I asked Stu to jump through several hoops for the purpose of further convincing me that this was the vehicle that I had been looking for. He was patient, completely open at all times, and totally helpful while we went through this process.When those times occurred, in this pre-purchase process, where the mechanics of the transaction left me somewhat uncomfortable, Stu would offer a solution that would return me to my comfort zone. Im an experienced, ethical businessman and it became quite obvious during our transaction that Stu is as well. Everything he said would happen, AFTER HE HAD MY MONEY, AND STILL HAD THE CAR, did in fact happen exactly as promised.The LX470 was transported to me by common carrier vehicle transport, the same truck that delivers new vehicles to franchised new car dealers, over a time frame of 10 days and a distance of 3,000 miles. It arrived in exactly the same condition as when loaded at Bellevue. The transport truck driver was a clean cut, hard working, very decent person who was putting in long hours trying to make a living for himself. The delivery transaction was excellent.Today I have a vehicle that is about as perfect as a fussy person could want; one that will last me for many years and be a pleasure for me to both look at and drive. Friends at Auto Connections,Absolutely NO RANTS, only RAVES for the courteous and professional manner extended to us during our recent purchase of a 2011 BMW X-5 diesel SUV from your dealership. Don did a tremendous amount of research prior to our visit to Auto Connections, Bellevue.We saw “her” sitting there out front, so we were drawn in to look. A test drive was welcomed by Simon. Don was impressed, so without any pressure or “hard sell” we left to think about the vehicle. A few days later, it was Ruths turn for the “test drive”, however, it was so amazing that Auto Connections had 3 vehicles for us to compare. The 3 vehicles Don had been researching.So ….. by all means, take a drive in all 3. 2012 Acura MDX, Audi Q-5, and the BMW X-5.Hands down, the BMW was the selection. Stu accepted our offer. Then Simon, an expert on BMWs explained the technological features and how they operate on our vehicle.Here’s the part where you know you are dealing with professionals. The following day, we noticed our NAV screen was severely scratched. It wasn’t obvious until, you were viewing at a particular angle in daylight. Since we’d just purchased our vehicle in an as is condition, it was difficult to accept the scratched NAV screen. ….. So what can be done? Stu & Simon to our rescue. Bring back the vehicle and …… Stu had his stereo expert refurbish the screen on the NAV system. Today, was the day & ….. we now enjoy the solution to the scratched screen.
