If I could give this place zero stars I would.I highly do not recommend this place unless you plan on giving up your whole day for nothing. What’s the point in making an appointment if the people giving the appointment don’t even follow the schedule? For the third time now this has happened to me where I would drop off my vehicle for an early am appointment but end up having my vehicle wait in the parking lot for hours on end until I eventually talk to someone and even when I do end up talking to someone they always say the same thing. “Oh we didn’t forget about you, your vehicle will be in the bay shortly and will be done here in a few hours” keep in mind they are saying this HOURS after my set appointment. On rare occasions the car gets worked on but USUALLY I come back a few hours later with the vehicle in the same spot never been moved… I’m in the medical field and the vehicle I’ve been bringing here is a medical equipment transport vehicle. Surgical Implants and surgical tools. All very important needed equipment to help save someone’s life. There’s a lot on the line when having our vehicle serviced and we expected better. The 3 times this happened we got lucky to where we weren’t in the middle of a medical emergency situation but we can’t risk that anymore because of poor customer service and very lazy workers. We’ve brought our vehicles to many other workshops before and the fact we have to write a review like this just shows how terrible this location is. Many people count on us to deliver equipment that literally saves lives, and we relied on we trusted Firestone to help keep our vehicles safe and ready to go whenever an emergency arises. Your workers reflect service and it’s not even “okay” service.SoIf I could give zero stars I would.
Terrible service. Very slow. Put my car for alignment at 10 am. They said it will be done by 5 pm. Came at 5pm. They were closed and on the door noticed *were will be close by 4pm* . Why would you said it will be done by 5 if youre closing at 4. So I had no choice and picked up car on the next day. Literally 24 hours for one alignment. Its my new record.
Showed up at the store for at 1:00 appointment. I have left on the website my phone number and email and found out that the email made at 7:00 this morning saying no appointment was available now I work 56 hours a week and the only thing they could offer me was week from Saturday and I have been working a lot of hours due to no staff and shortages at my work I am very disappointed because my parents always used Firestone
The lady in the reception has a lot of attitude. I have multiple first hand instances of her bad hospitality since last couple of years, but feels like it’s time to leave a review for her management.Everyone have their own fair share of bad days, but this lady looks and sounds like she is having bad day all the time and it reflects on the customers she serve.
Good service at fair prices, but this location in Bellevue WA is in a spot with VERY limited parking available, its hard to get through the parking lot because of the neighboring car dealership taking up so much of the space with their inventory.
The crew here was really helpful and gave me a good price on mounting and balancing a new set of tires I picked up online. They also had a great deal on lifetime alignment, and did sone minor maintainance under the hood. All in all a good experience and fast turnaround. Great job!
Theres just one thing that I want to make obvious for anyone wanting to go right now during these Covid times. If there is just one customer waiting for service inside, they will make you wait outside.My husband wasnt ready to spend a whole hour and a half waiting outside in the winter. If he knew in advance, that wouldnt have been a problem, but not being notified he might have to wait outside is an issue. PLEASE PUT THIS ON THE WEBSITE so people can come prepared and figure out their options in advance. The person attending didnt offer any options, and at the END of his wait finally offered to bring out a chair - he didnt even have that decency in the beginning.

Make sure you know what the computer is charging for.Sorry this long, but please read.I had coupon for $39.99 synthetic blend oil change including filter and up to 5 quarts of oil. My Chevy Impala only uses 4 quarts. First, computer says I need 5.1 quarts of oil, so there is an extra charge. I argue that it only takes 4 quarts. She runs the VIN and shows me their computer system says more than five quarts. I show her the owners manual says 4 quarts. Then she checks some other system and says oh, theres 2 variations and the police inceptor takes 5.1. So are the over filling cars or only putting in 4 quarts and charging for 5.1(6.0)? If its 0.1 quarts but they charge for 6, what are the doing with the extra 0.9 quarts? They are selling it someone else.Second, they do stock that oil filter so they have to order it from NAPA down the street and that filter and delivery is $14.99 but she will take off the delivery fee. So it $5 extra for the filter because the coupon is only good for filter up to $4. 99, because that is what the computer says. I read her the terms of the coupon and it does not say the included filter is limited to $4.99.After all this back and forth, she finally charges me $39.99 and lists the discount as customer expectation discount(Promise not met). So they know they are screwing people and have a way to correct it when the customer calls them out.Again nice people, good service. Just make sure you know what they are charging for.
David at Bellevue Firestone is the best! My car got a flat tire and the tire needed to be replaced. The tire I had was discontinued, so it needed to be ordered from another store. The tire didnt arrive during my scheduled appointment (I had to wait 3 days and could drive much on my spare), so it was postponed further. Needless to say, I was frustrated. David has excellent customer service skills and immediately offered a discount on the tire. He ended up giving me a $75 off the tire (the end total cost was $100, so a 40% discount!) and he gave me 50% off an oil change. I got the tire put on the next day. David is so great and really knows how to treat a customer and to rectify a frustrating situation. Thank you David!

I had an appointment for a free brake inspection, but when I arrived the guy at the front desk wanted me to buy the brake or whatever my car needed. (Your website says noObligation)Horrible way that guy at the front desk treated us saying his mechanic can’t do the job because he needed to pay him $30 an hour, and doing a free inspection wasn’t an option.Never going back there! Obviously you guys don’t care. I just hope nobody goes there and have this experience.
According Firestone website bought the tires. Picked it up at this location. Sold me wrong size without checking. Now refuse to refund or exchange for right size even tires are brand new (just because it is impossible to put it on my wheels).Extortionists !! As most in the tires industry

I originally purchased my tires from Tire Les Schwab about six months ago. Over the weekend I got a screw in my tire. Les Schwab is closed on Sunday so I decided to come here and pay to have my tire patched. The screw was in a spot where the tire could in fact be patched. The guy there looked at it told me it was to close to the wall and that my tire needed to be replaced. He then went onto the other side and said my tire is 50% wore and he recommended I replace both tires. How could he eye the tread of a tire?? Remember I just had them replaced 6k miles ago. I then asked for a price to see where Auto Zones pricing was and he told me it would be around $333. I was shocked because I paid around $225 per tire at Les Schwab. This was simply a case of greed and someone who was looking to increase their commission quota. Bad and dishonest business if you ask me. I feel sorry for those who dont have a basic understanding of tires....The following Monday I went to Les Schwab and they patched it within 30 minutes for free!
So far, over the many years we have brought our cars here for tire reasons and some maintenance, we have been quite satisfied. If there was ever a problem (rarely) they took care of it. For the last year or so, Ive gotten to know their manager, Mason, and hes a great communicator and sensitive to requests. I have confidence leaving my car with him!

They were honest to me about an old car of mine. I went and did a diagnostics- was well worth it. I ended up taking the old car and trading it in, and buying a new car. The manager has great customer service!

Justin and Steven are GREAT! I got a flat tire on my way home from work. I dont live in the area and I was stressing out about getting home. I looked up tire stores and Firestone was the only place still open. I called to see if they could get me in to fix my tire and they said they could if I got there by the time they closed. After AAA put my spare tire on I made my way to Firestone just in the nick of time. Not only were they able to put a new tire on my car, they matched it to the tires that were already on it. They were quick, friendly and efficient. Justin even came out to my car and checked the wear on all the rest of my tires. I would definitely recommend them!!!!!!!!
Had a flat tire and visited here for a replacement. Had a great experience with this Firestone all around. My initial call into Firestone Justin was EXTREMELY helpful. Super knowledgeable and was a complete expert helping me figure out the best way to solve my problem. I had to reschedule a few times and each time Justin was great help. When I finally made it in Brian helped me out. Brian was just as helpful. He showed me excellent customer service in this not so awesome situation I was in. Made helpful recommendations and future ways to take care of my car. All around, 5 stars for Firestone of Bellevue. Im used to feeling taken advantage of in places like this, but not at all here. Thank you all very much.
I’d like to thank Chris ( Regional Manager ), Mason (GM at Bellevue Firestone ) and Nick, the technician who worked on my vehicle. Pretty hard times crossed my life and the problems trickled down to affecting my vehicle. I spoke with Chris and he was very supportive and understanding of my situation. He was able to direct me to Mason considering my location and safety of my vehicle. I don’t want to get into major detail, but long story short. I was pleased with my service 10/10 from both locations. Mason was able to to get my service completed in a timely manner. I’d like to also thank Nick for the awesome job. I owe you all a lot. Thanks for getting me on my way and having my ride safe for me, and the others on the road. I would recommend both store locations in a heart beat for their service and customer satisfaction.

I am not a customer but I deliver parts to this business. They are consistently busy and seem to be well organized. They seem to work hard and seem to do a good job of explaining things to their customers. Being able to do a broad range of repairs on Saturday and Sunday seems to be very convenient for many of their customers.

I really appreciate the lifetime alignment plan they carry. Mason and the crew are nice guys and always strive to get the job done properly. They are also very informative when it comes to explaining the different factors of wheel alignment and other car maintenance items.
I will give zero stars. I have done Complete Vehicle Inspection before buying a car. After or during Inspection they havent mentioned anything about Sensor coverage. After getting a Inspection report and suggestions from Firestone, I bought the car. In next 15 days, all sensor issues arises. Air Bag Sensor, Gas Sensor, Tyre pressure Sensors are not working. To fix these issues its costing me around 10K $ which is almost the same as car prize. Unsatisfactory service.

My family has been going to firestone since I was a little boy. Always good service with a corporate backing. This Firestone does a good job although they are a little pushy. Be sure you understand their recommendations and dont be afraid to assert the fact that you have a choice to refuse services. If asking for a service that requires a part make sure they have the part ahead of time so they dont waste your time waiting.
Customer service was great! The store manager, David, keth are amazing. Left the store with a smile. I really like how so many employers are military veterans. The atmosphere was of a warm, family. Brought my truck to get replace tires, the work was good. Prices was fair, compared to other business. They treat myself and other customers with respect. I recommend this location.
The entire customer experience from the moment I called to schedule an appointment until the completion of the service was AWESOME. The staff was very friendly, honest and knowledgeable. I have an old Honda Accord and the staff was able to assess the priority of the vehicle maintenance and suggest the right maintenance package that saved me Money and Time. Had to do an oil change for Enterprise car. Everything looks fine, they did reset oil service warning, but they didnt top off coolant. They just marked all liquids are good. Update: oil change warning actually was not reset. Had to do it on my own.
I have a Firestone membership. I have used their shops in many other places and they were fine, but the service at this one was absolutely incompetent. I gave them my car at noon, and asked them to check several things and change basic items like oil. Originally they said they’d be done in just a few hours, but they didn’t give me a phone call until just before closing time - fortunately I was already on the way, otherwise I would not have been able to get my car in time before they closed. They told me less than an hour before closing that they were staring on my car just then, and when I arrived, they said that their “technician” couldn’t even get the cap off my oil tank, and they had gotten nothing done at all! Ridiculous! At least they didn’t charge me money, although they wasted a bunch of my time and caused me to miss a portion of the day’s work. They did not even try to do any of the other things I asked them to do.
They called to tell me my tire was repaired and I could come back and they would switch it out for my spare. I came in waited for 30 minutes, then asked how much longer. They couldnt give me a time frame. Just when the tech is done with the car he is on. Why call and tell me I could come in and have the tire switched out? I left and put the tire on myself, it was getting close to closing and wasnt going to run the risk of waiting until closing for the to tell me to come back tomorrow
This location was recommended to me from a friend that has been going here for years. I went in for an oil change and a check engine light. Bruce was very friendly and helpful. Everyone did a great job and I will be continuing to take my truck here in the future for regular maintenance.
Had to go here after an emission test fail. The guys were really helpful, and worked pretty fast. They were able to find out the problem, told me what it was, and explained my options on how to either fix it or find another solution. Friendly and helpful.
WOW - This store has now become a haven for rude racists.I used to frequent this store for pretty much all repairs, oil changes, etc.But, now, things have changed. The sales manager Paul is very disrespectful towards his customers, especially those with foreign sounding names. The actual store manager is never available - not when I dropped off the vehicle and not when Pauls behavior took place. Not only is Paul rude, condescending and racist, he doubles down on his misbehavior - which he did 3 times on the same day.No apologies were forthcoming from him, even when we called him out on his attitude. He kept talking about ALL the work he had to do before us and ALL the phone calls he had to attend while we were standing right in front of him.The night before when I asked to use the restroom, I was sent all the way around the building in cold and windy weather, and darkness, even though there was a door right in front of us leading straight to the mens room.So, I think, this racism at this store goes beyond Paul.In conclusion, if you want to encourage racists, go right ahead and use this place. If you dont, go elsewhere - there are dozens of shops in the area.

They did a good job at a fair price at first but then wanted to charge me 430 bucks for a tune up! To replace 4 spark plugs and a mcv! Parts cost a total of 15 bucks and its a 30 minute job. That is a rip off.
Please do not get an alignment there if you have any aftermarket suspension parts on your car. When I brought the car in, the front camber was at -2 degrees on the driver and passenger side. Even though the factory spec calls for the front camber to be at -1 degree max, the tech did not adjust the camber at all. Also, the toe was also not in spec after the alignment, which meant that the car did not drive straight.If you are trying to get an alignment for your car with aftermarket suspension, I highly recommend Tru-Line Bellevue. They do really through work and are really great people.
I got wheel alignment few months back, i just use my car to work and not any long drive. Recently i went for long drive and noticed that wheel alignment was messed up and there is shake in steering while i drive. Its almost like switching lane. This location is alright...I got all 4 of my brakes changed at Firestone in Kirkland but after 2 months I heard clicking whenever I hit the brake...Since my work is in Bellevue, I decided to make an appointment here to get it check out. Paid $10 for inspection fee and it literally took less than 1 hr, which is cool. But they said they found nothing. I told the guy if he can test drive it, but he said they dont have time. Like why yall rushing me to leave? #Confused I went home and made another appointment with Firestone in Kirkland where I originally got my brakes changed and they were able to find the issue (not Firestone fault) and got it fixed for me...AmenI was just frustrated that I had to drive back and forth to different locations to fix my car and it was like a week worth of process trying to make an appointment, taking time off work plus traffic is not cute from Bellevue to Kirkland when its busy...Just sharing my experience going to this place. :)
Firestone has always been my favorite place to go - I have been a gal on my own for years and Firestone treats me like that knowing family member you always wish you had to work on your car.Just today (02/26/2019), I was having issues with my car that I havent driven in almost a year and want to sell. Im originally from Colorado and moved to Bellevue a few years ago and now have even less people in my life who know anything about cars. I called Firestone in desperation and received, as always, the most helpful and detailed advice. I think this is the kind of service that should be recognized and reviewed so that everyone knows this is the best and only place to take your car. Not only can you guarantee your car will be serviced correctly by professionals but that these are truly people who take care of you like family.I could tell a hundred stories of ways that Firestone has helped me out, from Colorado to Washington, but I want to keep this readable and I want to specifically let anyone know looking, that this Bellevue location is one of the very best. Have no worries about whos working on your car- I have brought my car in many times since moving here and had dependable service but today even without a car, these people still care and are around to help. Dont bother Going anywhere else!!
My advisor was the most friendly guy Ive ever encountered at an auto shop. If he doesnt love his job, then he fooled me! He was straight up, friendly, and didnt push me to buy anything I didnt need. He also got me in and out in half the time that was originally estimated simply because I showed a little concern in having to be somewhere earlier than his original estimate. I said Id take an uber and just be back, but I didnt have to. I didnt even have to ask for a rush...he just asked his team to please get it done. Amazing people make an amazing shop! And the job was done perfectly! I will 100% be back!
This is the first time I have ever been at Firestone Bellevue. I am very impressed. Mason and Justin were very kind and professional. They just recommend the right service and dont up-sell, unlike many other service centers in Bellevue. Highly recommend.

These guys are life savers. Literally.I had an oil change and brake pad replacement the day before at my regular Firestone closer to my home. When I arrived home, I noticed a burning smell, but I couldnt locate the source. The next day, during my morning commute to work, I noticed smoke coming out of my wheel wells and a strong burning smell. I immediately pulled into the Bellevue Firestone.Even though they were short staffed and busy, the lead tech inspected my truck while I waited for a coworker to pick me up. He determined the fault was with Firestone and he replaced the damaged parts at no charge. My truck was ready to go before the end of my work day.There were a lot of ways this could have gone and I was really impressed with this shops professionalism and empathy for my situation.I think I have a new regular shop for my future service needs.
Refused to provide service. Admittedly, I arrived 10 min before closing, but i mentioned i was from out of town and just needed a flat repaired to get home. Showed no inclination to make an exception. Said he couldnt ask his guys to stay late on a Sat.
Ridiculous charges. They charge $40 + taxes for a puncture when others are doing it for free. Other things like running the diagnostics, charging $100. device used is only $60 on Amazon.Its better to go to local mechanics than these money grubbing people.
Tried to schedule 3 times online and each one was cancelled. Received a phone call after the second try telling me to just pop in knowing I needed 4 tires replaced & aligned not taking into consideration that some of their customers are not able to stand around for a service to be checked, then completed. Parking is EXTREMELY limited there especially if you need to park close to the door. Wasnt able to make an appointment a while ago since I couldnt find a parking spot & medically wasnt able to walk too far. The waiting area doesnt take ALL their customers circumstances into consideration. I have been to this location before and for the most part the service is good. Their staff is mostly polite, they dont leave any issues with the vehicle. Just very disappointed in the recent issues and situations with them.

I took my Mercedes Benz E430 in for a tire change. I got 5 star treatment from the manager and to top it all they sent me to the rental shop next door after the work took longer than expected for me to rush to work. I got a sweet Jeep Grand Cherokee to rush to work all for nothing - minus the 21$ optional insurance and a 100$ hold returned to you when you bring the car in. I would highly recommend this Bellevue firestone! Kudos to the manager. I will be back for more fine tuning.
I came to Firestone to get all 4 of my tires changed. The lady at the counter was pleasant and gave us a variety of options for our order. The estimated time was approximately 1 hour to do the work and we let her know we would be waiting nearby for the vehicle to be serviced. About an hour later, I returned and was told that the estimate was incorrect and that the work would be done in about 2 more hours. How is that an acceptable estimate? I would understand an hour and a half, but 3 hours for a service that is estimated to be 1 hour is ridiculous. Had I been at home, I might be slightly more forgiving, but the business was aware we were sitting around waiting. I cancelled my order and will be taking my business elsewhere.
The Manager is a total scam . I wanted a simple oil change, air filter and radiator flush. And, I got a Oil change and a air filter for $158. He also charged $58 for a radiator pressure check which should have been included in the $9.99 total vehicle inspection and gave a crazy reason for not doing a actual flush of radiator. I am a College educated Bellevue resident and if you are smart dont go to Firestone and especially this location.

This Firestone charge way more than the one at Serramonte, CA, which I had visited frequently before I moved to Bellevue, WA. I was quite surprised initially, because people usually think things in SF Bay Area are much more expensive. With the prices here close to those listed by the service department of the make of my car, I will go to the latter instead because I somehow feel the latter is doing a better job!
Disappointed! I bought lifetime alignment last year. Had some problems with the struts, so in the process of replacing them, I had two alignments, then came for a third. After giving me a two-day runaround to deliver and pick up the vehicle, the shop declined to do the alignment using a bogus pretext that the vehicle is unsafe to drive. I just feel that they just do not want to make good on the lifetime promise.
Average service. Average customer care. Average cost. Average everything. Dont come seeking an expert or an expert advice. Most of the people working there are either salesmen or installers. Knock against them is that they have absorbed some of the Bellevue snobbishness, and turn their nose at hard work.

Put wrong type of oil in my car (10w30 v 10w40). Charged me for diagnostic, then went ahead and replaced unnecessary part. It felt like they were trying to get the most money out of me as possible. This turned out to be correct.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE...........! I lost my Emergency Kit there. I have given my car for Tire replacement. Once i am back to home i did not find my Emergency Kit which i kept it in trunk. I am sure, they are not required any tool from my trunk to replace brand new tires.

DO NOT GO HERE! Both headlights went out almost simultaneously on my car and I had to get them replaced immediately on a Sunday- this place was one of the few that were open. They charged me almost $200 DOLLARS to put in two standard headlights! Thats right, $200 DOLLARS!!! I questioned the manager about the time spent- he admitted it only took the technician 45 minutes but they charged for more + shop fees. Manager said they charged based on the book and not actual time spent. What?! Gosh, even the dealer will just put new headlights in for free when I get an oil change for $30. Plus the Firestone manager was quite defensive when I questioned him (technician was very nice though). I would advise against going here for anything but tires.
I usually go to Firestone in Auburn but my car broke down in Bellevue so I dropped it off there. They kept my car for 4 days and I ended up spending $2400 . They charged for work that didnt need to be done to just make it turn on and the noise the car was making was still there after I drove it and less than 3 weeks later that same month the engine light turn on again. Took it back in at the auburn kne and they found more things. 1000 worth of work. Also dont you get a discount for paying with the Firestone card?. Cause I never do.
They have good technicians here. I’ve been to Firestone in Woodinville and Kirkland. Neither of them can do the work right. The Woodinville one is the worst. My steering wheel came off the center a lot after an alignment and they told me it’s just “cosmetics” issue. The Kirkland one couldn’t completely correct it. But this store (Bellevue) got the work done right.
Friendly, knowledgeable staff and technicians who go out of their way to make sure your vehicle is repaired promptly and correctly while being transparent about costs and what is really necessary.
Amazingly honest place. I had my tyre replaced here and was great service experience.
They refused to give me service as I did not have an appointment . I only needed my tyres checked as the light showing tyres need attention. . They said they had two customers for 7am.
Provide sound down to earth advice and they clarify all costs.
Very friendly staff; however, I had some issues getting tires installed properly, as they put incorrect tires on my rear wheels. I went back in and they immediately fixed the problem at no extra cost to me.
Mounted 4 new tires here. Service was good, no hidden payments, friendly staff.
Stay away! A complete bait and switch shop. Takes three days for an appointment to mount one tire purchased thru tire rack. Then this shop tells me they wont put one new tire on a four wheel drive.
As a mechanic I hate visiting any shop. I am biased. when I ask for air in my tires I dont want a new set, I want air in my damn tires.
