Tire had a nail in it, it was still under warranty and Jensen Tire replaced it in a timely manner. Courteous, professional, ethical service. Will utilize their services for all my car needs. Thank you!

We experienced air loss in our Lincoln Navigators right rear tire at a wedding in Scribner over the weekend. We went into the Bellevue store Monday morning on our sons recommendation that the people in the store were very good. We were not disappointed, as Cameron got the car into the shop and pulled off the troublesome tire. It had taken a piece of metal and was not repairable. He tried to find a tire, but nothing was available locally for immediate installation. We needed to drive back home to St. Louis and were able to call ahead and find a tire at the dealer in St. Louis that sold us the car. The shop put on our full size spare and we were able to continue our trip home and arrive safely late that evening.Cameron, and the whole staff at Bellevue were very accommodating. They showed us the damage and put the tire and wheel in bags to keep the carpeting in the back of the Navigator clean. We could not have asked for anything more and our expectations were exceeded. Jensen will continue to get our sons tire and auto repair business, as he and his wife live in Papillion and have 2 cars. This just firmed up his previous opinion of staff at the Bellevue Jensen.

All in all, its a good operation and I was pleased. We have replaced the tires on our van, our truck and my daughters Juke at this location. The work was done professionally and the prices were fair. We are regular customers at this location and theres really nothing negative to share. If their prices were 10% better I would have given them 5 stars.

I came to Jensen based on all of the positive reviews because I am new to Bellevue and didnt know who I could trust. Boy am I glad that I came to get my car fixed here. I got a lot of work done and even asked them to check out a couple other things. That wouldve been an easy upsell if they wanted but they checked on the items I wanted inspected and they said they were fine. There was a lot of work they did and got it all done the day I brought it in. I am so thoroughly impressed, I will definitely be bringing any repairs that I need in the future here for sure!

Great service done right! Well pleased with timeliness of work.

First, I was recommended to this business by the towing company I used stating that the battery would not fully charge & it needed replacing.Second, convenient, close by and they took care of me right away and I explained that all I needed was a new car battery.I did find it expensive for the same type that I was replacing and they had no other option.I give it a good mark because it was Saturday and they replaced it within 30 minutes of my arrival.Finally, I really don’t appreciate that the service personnel went thru my glove box area probably looking for something.I really don’t want to debate this, but it was obvious and the manager should speak with their employees about respecting people’s property.

Wemt in for wheel bearing and as i thought it wound up being siezed to axle expensive repair overall but they had done in a day an a half from waiting on part.. i was expecting 3 days waiting on part. Polite and just fantastic service. Definitely get my business again.

My tire was low so aired it up and next morning same thing. I just popped into Jensen Tire to have them repair it. They found a screw in the tread and removed it. They provided me with same day service and it was priced right. Even though I work at a dealership I trust Jensen Tire as they’re always helpful when I pick up random nails/screws or anything.

Needed tire sensors and 1 flat tire that o changed myself repaired. 800$ later four new tires-no warranty and sensor still busted. But they sure had some good excuses and my car the entire day 7:30-5:30. Timothy ya a great day at jensen

Checked my tire for leaks because ture pressure light would not go off. Tires were fine, I didnt know I had to push a button to turn off light. Dropped my car off with no appointment around 8, got it back by 1230 and they didnt charge me. Highly recommend.

I had taken my vehicle into get an oil change and check engine light code on 5/28. I was called later that rear brake pads and rotor needed replaced. This was completed and I notice on the receipt nothing was on it regarding check engine light. My son was driving the vehicle back to Rapd City on 5/31 when it started to have problems it ended up being left at the Vermillion SD rest stop. It had to be towed to a Jeep dealership in Sioux City, IA. The mechanic checked it out and there was brand new RTF fluid in the transmission, the problem is that it is a CVT transmission. I contacted the 42nd Street Jensens and they denied putting the wrong transmission fluid in the Jeep. So now I have to pay 600.00 to drain, flush and refill and see if the CVT transmission is damaged. 6/18/2021 - Update after playing phone tag with corporate office; I was told it could possibly been one of their technicians. I was also told the some transmission fluid manufacturers do have CVT fluids that are red. It was suggested that business that rebuilt the transmission 5 years ago used red colored fluid or I placed ATF in the vehicle. Well I talked to the business that performed the transmission rebuilt ( the specialize in transmissions) and they stated no manufacturer makes CVT fluid red to prevent a mix up and that they use a fluid that has no color. Typically if ATF is add to a CVT transmission and depending on the length in the transmission the transmission is ruin. It appears we lucked out. I had to pay 126.00 for a tow and 651.00 for a flush, clean and refill. The Jeep dealership that performed the work stated the drive from Sioux City to Bellevue would determine in a new transmission would be needed. We were lucky. But I am curious how new ATF ended up in our transmission. Note: last time my Subaru was in for an oil change, I was called that a lug nut was missing.....this was not true because I walk around my vehicles on a daily basis. However the last company to work on my tires.....was Jensons.

I brought a set of wheels in to get tires put on for my wifes car. When she picked them up, there were numerous chips around each center hub. When she asked what happened, she got the reply, from the gentlemen with glasses that works the front desk, its unavoidable. She was, of course, upset with the response and asked does that mean you chip every wheel thats brought in? He shrugged his shoulders and continued to be confrontational with her. This is the problem with chain automotive repair shops. No one cares about your car/parts and they always belittle the intelligence of their customers. The cherry on top was that they charged her for a tire disposal fee when there were no tires on the wheels when I brought them in! I will never return to this place and, as a mechanic, I will always advise my customers that need tire replacements to avoid this place like the plague.

Great customer service from Al and Taryn! Really quick response it was only a day and they had EVERYTHING ready and they communicated the price and features. Also pointed out other issues I wasnt aware of and got a solution quick. Very great service, I cant appreciate the experience more. Horrible. We took a jeep in to get checked over to give to our grandson. Someone put the wrong transmission fluid in and now they just deny it. Woodhouse said it had just been done in last few days. Mistakes are mistakes but at least admit it. Now I have a jeep in vermillion that my grandson doesnt get until we replace transmission.

They did exactly what I asked them to do without pushing any other services like so many other places. I called and got in right away and was out the door a short time later!

Ive inquired about services from here a Couple times, seems really pricey. For example, today I was quoted$250 to replace a thermostat and they wanted the car all day ..I went to the parts store and bought the thermostat for 20 bucks, and put it in. I took about 10-15 minutes after a 7 minute video on youtube. It was two bolts, and basicallymy first real mechanical experience. I get that on some its harder to do a thermostat but shouldnt always be a blanket price on all cars, I dont think anyway.

Great experience. Just had a mount and balance done but the shop was clean, employees were friendly and the work was done efficiently. Will definitely use this location again if needed.

I spent 1100 dollars on a brand new set of tires for my sons Cadillac the week before I get a flat in my infinity and they don’t “have time” to put it back on my vehicle because they are “crunching time“. Horrible service!! Will be taking my business elsewhere moving forward. Always brought my vehicles here for all my maintenance. Sitting here posting this review and there all two empty stalls. WOW!!Followed up with a phone conversation with the manager Alan and he gave an excuse about being 8 vehicles deep and 3 hours behind. This was again never discussed or mentioned when I asked. Sad to see the service go down here at this location.

I have gone to get my tires checked several times. When I do they never charge me. Today I took my tire in because it appeared to have a slow leak. They found a small nail. Plugged up the leak and did not charge me anything!! Great customer service.

Every time I go in, Ive had nails in my tires.My work schedule is really hectic. Despite getting there 20 minutes before closing, Bonnie got me in to get the nail out of my flat tire and Spencer had it done in less than half an hour. I really appreciate the folks at this location because they go the extra mile even when it is inconvenient for them. Would definitely recommend!

I stopped at the nearby Jiffy Lube (yes I know they do oil) because I needed help. I had a flat tire.. As a VERY busy RN who travels from hospital to hospital and have no time to waste on me trying to change it myself. Jiffy Lube refused to help. So I came to Jensen. They were HAPPY to help, didnt make me feel bad, and didnt charge me a dime. Thank you for the work you do so I can continue to do mine!!!

Fixed problem with car, but new wiring left something to be desired. Wire protection was barely holding on by a small piece of electrical tape and easily could be pulled off and will need to be fixed. Very quick and professional to do business with.

Just had my alternator and battery replaced. Everything about the experience was pleasant except the inside door handle was dirty when I picked it up. Of course, it was raining today and my car DOES need a wash, but I was expecting to get my car back repaired and at least no dirtier than when I brought it in. But like I said, everything else went well including getting my car in same day and getting the work done same day. Ill definitely go back.

We lived in Bellevue from 2013-2016 before leaving for an overseas assignment. We recently returned in the spring of 2020. Our first time in the area they corrected a problem with my tires that the dealership had done. They were always professional, a great value, and trustworthy. Today I returned after being gone for four years and found them to be just as good as before. My son’s tire had a nail in it, the fixed it, checked the thread and said they were all good and no need for new tires, and did an oil change on the car. Price was under what we have paid before, they were on time, communicated well, friendly, courteous, and I can say for sure we will be back. I had even debated whether to try another Jensen’s tire that is less than a mile from our new house. No way! We will return to this one on 42nd as I know I will always be treated right!

Went to Jensens Tire with my vehicle and explained I had a family emergency and had to travel and leave early the next morning. I asked them to change the oil and to check all the systems for my trip.They said they could help and serviced the car and assured me all was good. Had to have a tire fixed quickly and Jensen was ready and willing to handle it right away. We always use our local Jensen for car repairs. I have used them for years and they are always fair and never do repairs that arent needed.

I brought in a flat tire on my first visit. Within a few hours the mechanics diagnosed a valve problem, fixed it, and returned my tire free of charge. On my second visit I brought in a tire that beyond repair. The Jensen team found a match to my existing tires and the next morning I was back on the road. Everyone at Jensen was professional, knowledgeable, fast and fair. I looked for comparable prices for the same service and found none.

I am so impressed with their service. They listened to what I needed and helped me find the best deal. They even said they would match prices if I found a better deal.
