Love this shop. Started taking my now almost 7 year old 328i wagon there after the dealer maintenance period expired. They run a clean shop, always call if anything comes up with the repair and generally finish things up on or ahead of time. Ive occasionally done comps on parts, etc. and their prices are very fair. If my cars gotta get serviced, Im taking it there.
Five stars for transparency! I called them today asking for a quote on a 2015 BMW X3 turbo replacement, and Andrew called me back quickly with the quote, as well as provided me with some additional considerations on the repair and my vehicle life/health in general that is extremely helpful to me. Although I haven’t taken my vehicle in to them for servicing yet, I am very impressed with their transparency. I have had past experiences getting previous BMWs repaired elsewhere that lacked this kind of transparency, so this was very refreshing. If I move forward with my repair, they seem quite trustworthy and are at the top of my list now.
This was my second time at this shop and the experience was like getting help from good friends. They fit my minor programming issue right at lunchtime, with zero unnecessary waiting. The job was done quickly with 100% success. The conversation was about BMWs, not fake customer service chat. These guys really act like they care about the customer.

Ive been really happy with the service here. They treat me and my car great. Plus their waiting area is really nice.
I was disappointed by the diagnosis work I had done here. The customer service was good, but they took 3 hours to run diagnostics with a scanner tool and check fuses (thankfully they only charged me for 2, but their labor rate isnt cheap). At the end they were no closer to diagnosing my ABS/DSC problem than when we started. And another shop did the same for 45 minutes of labor. In the end they recommended investigating a sensor that ended up to not be the issue so it was all for naught and I am no closer to having a fixed car.
Fantastic service and quite a bit less expensive than the dealerships. Its a no-brainer to take your bimmer here once maintenance is no longer covered under warranty.
Jeff did a pre-purchase inspection on a BMW M3. It was very throughout. I live in Southern Oregon, so I really apricated an honest appraisal. He sent lots of pictures that made my decision easy. I really would recommend this company.
Strictly is my go to place for my BMW. Just down the street from the original dealership where I picked up my car, they offer much more competitive maintenance & repair services.
Straight to the point and on schedule. Gave good recomendations and will give you priorities in case you feel you cant afford to fix everything at once. They have very good follow ups, which gives a great customer experience.

Very knowledgeable about BMWs . Usually able to get an appointment within a couple days and they are always timely with the work and calls to report the recommendations for service.Fair prices,!not the cheapest but way less than the dealer. They will tell you what BMW to avoid if you are looking to shop for a used car also.
Always appreciate the team at Strictly BMW. They keep our 2006 X5 running well. Safety is our primary concern and I trust them to make sure the vehicle is safe to operate (in addition to being pretty fun to drive :)). They also accommodated the social-distancing needed in this time of COVID-19 by handling everything by phone and drop box. They even wiped down the touch points in the car before I picked it up. They broke another part while working, lied that part was broken because it was old, and they didnt fix it with a new one. Its very bad.

Brought my car in to have an ECU reprogramupdate. The SA, Jeff, was very helpful and communicative. The cost was about half what the dealership quoted. This is my first time here, but I‘ll definitely be back if I need any work on my car.

I am from Portland and bought a BMW up in Bellevue. I had Strictly BMW perform a PPI before making the trip up there. They are very knowledgeable, affordable and most importantly, very friendly throughout the whole process.
Recently moved to the area and needed a oil change to be done. Called multiple shops in the area, and decided to go with Independent BMW. This shop reminded me of my shop back home, very professional and clean. Inevitably when work needs to be done I will definitely be taking my car back.

Strictly BMW has been servicing all of my BMWs for approximately 10 years, and I have found them to be very knowledgeable, capable, and of the utmost integrity. There have been times when I was prepared to have more major repair work done when they advised that it wasnt necessary. I currently own two BMW X-5s with one approaching 200,000 miles. It is my firm conviction that without Strictly BMWs excellent service and service recommendations I would not have attained that mileage on this car. My goal is to reach 300,000 miles, and I am confident that I can make it with their service and maintenance.Because Strictly BMW works only on BMWs, their depth of knowledge across the product line is outstanding. Their advice regarding needed service, or even future expectations for service has also proven outstanding. I trust these guys greatly.I have found that their shop rate is reasonable, and while repairs can sometimes be expensive it has always made sense to me to trust in a quality repair shop - the return is well worth it. Strictly BMW is that shop.

I took my car in for the first time to these guys last week and was so impressed. They are friendly and competent and while they warned me the issues with my car could be serious, when it turned out they were not they didnt overcharge me. Their prices are also much more reasonable. I will be using them for every non warranty repair going forward.
I visited the shop twice so far first for the usual service and second to fix my rear view camera. The service was fine although I thought replacing the cabin filter was pricier. I was not happy with my experience the second time for the rear view camera. They couldnt diagnose the problem during the first one hour and they wanted to go in a completely wrong direction of updating the software which could have costed me 190 bucks. I took the car to the BMW service the next day and was fixed in less than 30mins.

I started coming to this shop in 2004. I work in the automotive industry and understand the need for a honest, friendly, and professional shop to service my BMWs. The service at this shop is top notch and impressed me coming from a dealership. Over the years I gained a great relationship with the crew here and was lucky enough to join the team as a service advisor. The amount of care that goes into each car and customer still continues to be first class.
Strictly BMW took care of my broken headlight for safety reasons quickly in contrast to the nearby BMW dealer. Over a weekend the dealer was so bureaucratic and refused to help me quickly insisted that I go thru a detail advisory process. When I complained an advisory talked down to me what is your problem? They wanted to keep the car for an entire day. I left without getting anything done.It was worthwhile to wait for service at Strictly BMW, which took about an hour to get the broken bulb changed - presumably cheaper than the dealer too.
This was my 1st visit to Strictly BMW. I am used to going to the dealer and this was my first visit to an independent service shop. A little leary... When I walked in I was greeted by Taylor Hale. He immediately made me feel at ease. He took his time and explained what work was going to be done and gave me a great quote. The work was done on time and let me know what work will be needed in the future. I will be going back to Strictly BMW and highly recommend them and Taylor.

What a joke!! If I could give this shop 0 stars, I would. If you want to truly BMW (Break My Wallet), take it to these guys. They will find everything else wrong with the car except what you originally came in for. As a person whos very familiar with these cars, this shop epitomizes the typical ripoff shop . I will never take my cars to this shop if my life depended on it.
The $155 charge to check whether my glove box light works, and similar mundane checks that I can do myself, was a bit of a scam I felt; built in by BMW as a away to generate revenue for shops like yours.. not happy about that, hoping I can get that back in the form of an added hour of service if I decide to come back..
Great guys! Clear and honest recommendations on current state of the vehicle and future repairs due. Today I went in for a 600 USD brake replacement, but they told me its still at 45% and can run at least 5k - 10k miles more on it (thereby deferring expenses to later). They also replaced the tail light bulb at no labor cost since my car was anyway there. Thanks so much guys!! Talk to Taylor when you go there.

I had my BMW repaired there several times and I think the service was good although expensive.The thing that REALLY BUGGED ME!!! and is why I am writing this review is that Strictly BMW removed my license plate frames from Bellevue BMW and replaced them with frames that say Strictly BMW.I didnt notice this until a few months later.You bring your car in for repairs and WITHOUT GETTING YOUR PERMISSION OR LETTING YOU KNOW, they take the liberty of changing out things on your car that have nothing to do with the repairs.Very presumptuous

My car had to be towed in due to alternator troubles and Jeff at the shop was more than helpful when I was in distress. I predicted it would take a long time to get it fixed but he assured me that theyve already ordered the part and got everything up and running within a couple days. Performed a pre purchase inspection with them, were very polite and knowledgeable, the price seemed kinda high, but they did spend 1/2 day looking at the vehicle in question. They were very thorough and very skeptical of the condition of the vehicle as you would want from a mechanic helping you with an expensive car purchase. They called me promptly after the inspection and gave me a detailed analysis with a personal recommendation as to whether I should buy or not buy the vehicle. A written report was also provided shortly afterwards.
These guys are incredibly knowledgeable! A friend recommended them to me, and I would definitely recommend strictly BMW for anyone with a BMW who wants to care for their car the right way

Took my bmw 6 series car here for smg gear diagnostics which I dont believe they even perform anything and wasted $144. Guy called me on the phone to tell me I need new battery? Apparently he didnt check my trunk that i just installed new battery and was unplugged to prevent from draining by smg pump. Diagnostic results on paper just plain dumb. Faults code was not provided everything else just made up it doesnt make sense, yet they claim to have high tech computer scanner. And the guy work at front desk couldnt even answer simple N62 SMG gearbox question he just want to charge my CC and be done with it. What a joke!!
I recently purchased a 2006 M6 and brought the car in for a Dinan ECU flash. In the process of getting the car to the shop, it threw a seatbelt code. When I arrived, Jeff welcomed me and we just visited about the car, the flash, the code, etc. I have had other performance cars, but this is my first BMW. He literally went over the car with me, including reading the OBDII diagnostic report. He shared the status of the car, let me know what things to watch for ahead, service tips, etc. The work was done exactly as promised, for less than I expected to pay. They really understood the car and were clearly there in support now, and going forward. He was honest about what other shops could do or not and in short, earned my trust. Love the car! Now know where I can take it if or as necessary!

Ive been using Strictly BMW for three years now and have found they are always honest and have fixed every problem Ive brought their way.
They did a decent job on a brake fluid flush on my car. However, they found other items that needed to be fixed and their quote was twice as high as another trusted shop (Les Schwab).
One of the services I missed the most when I moved here out of the area was Strictly BMW. I went to them for everything; their prices were better than BMW of Bellevue, their staff was nicer, and I never got put on hold for longer than a minute. They knew who I was and I was always treated well. This week I went to them to check out a car I was planning on buying from BMW of Bellevue. Because of Strictly BMW, I was able to show BMW of Bellevue what they had to fix before I bought the car. It came to more than $1,100 of repairs, going by their repair prices. More than worth the $375 I paid Strictly BMW. Bellingham is a bit far away for regular maintenance, but I sure wish they’d open a place here.
Their mechanics here are very experienced and have in-depth knowledge of BMW. The staff who explained my PPI report to me though was very defensive and unfriendly. Someone doesn’t like their job.

These people are crooks. They rebuilt my Vanos and told me the rebuilt kit is $350 i looked it up on Beisman and it was $30!! Crooks!! Told me they changed the valve cover gasket because it looked old, but i had it changed 2 days before that!
