I cant say enough great things about Cantrell. Theyve been working on my 2008 BMW M5 and I wouldnt take my car anywhere else for my performance modifications. Theyve installed my big brake kit, new alternator, fixed some lighting issues, bled my brakes, installed some exhaust parts, fixed a wheel balancing issue that a wheel repair business couldnt fix, installed carbon fiber aero parts and the list continues. Jeff, the general manager, is honest and a knowledgeable person. Love this place!

Cantrell Motorsports just did the Carnewal GT Exhaust modification on my 2006 Cayman S...Oh. My. God. Its AMAZING. They were courteous and professional. Their workmanship is second to none. These guys are fantastic - top of the Porsche game.I was interested in a GT3 they had for sale so had them do the PPIChecked out clean so I flew in from Philadelphia to visit the guys and the shopI was blown away by the professionalism, courtesy and thoroughness of their operation.Colin (owner) is a legend, with a racing background himself, and knows everything there is to know about his customers cars.Jeff at the desk, is the man, and can help you with anything you need.Walk around the shop, the current customer projects, and its GT3 after GT3 after Gt2, RSs, its just another day at the office for these guys.Not only that, but its not just oil changes and dealership maintenance their doing...its serious builds: custom cage work, bored and stroked motors, turbo upgrades and its all highest level of scrutiny and craftsmanship.Best part of all, theyre genuinely nice dudes, who, like their customers, clearly have a passion for motorsport.It can be really tough to find good people who do good honest work, and really know their stuff, especially when it comes to these cars...but youve found it here in Cantrell Motorsports.

Colin and crew have serviced my Porsche Turbos since 2006. At first it was for specialty work. But, I was so pleased the service experience, I began using them for all routine maintenance, warranty work, etc. They do it all!And, its like working with those down home shops of days past - friendly greetings from folks who actually know me and my car (and our idiosyncrasies), professional technicians who not only understand my car but take the time to share their thoughts and observations and recommendations.They have earned my trust many times over!

On several occasions, Cantrell has worked on, improved, and custom fabricated components for my car. Theyve installed and aligned suspensions, fabricated cooling ducting, diagnosed and replaced components, and even talked me out of work (and their own profit) that they honestly didnt think would benefit me/my car. They also have shown the best care with my car out of anybody who has touched it, and I do appreciate it. Theyre my go-to place for advanced work on my vehicle.

I had my 997 Turbo S 60k service done here. This was hands down the cleanest and most professional shop Ive ever been to! Both technicians that worked on my car were incredibly knowledgeable and thorough. They torqued everything to spec and even used inch pounders! Jeff, the shop manager, was always available, extremely helpful and friendly. They even setup my appointment an hour or two before they opened so that I could have the car back the same day. I cant say enough great things about this shop.

I was very impressed with Cantrell Motorsports. I called them up to do some work on my vehicle based on the great google reviews and they definitely lived up to the expectations. Even though my car wasnt something they specialize in (European vehicles--particularly Porsches it appears), they were happy to work on my vehicle. The work they did was high quality and the pricing was reasonable considering that they are a higher end shop. The people are very down to earth, knowledgeable, and professional--definitely worth checking them out!

While they do specialize in Porsche dont be afraid to bring other cars here. I have had my Ariel Atom here multiple times to repair track related issues and I have always been happy with the service provided. They may not answer the phone every time you call but they will get back to you the same day. I found they were especially responsive via email which was useful for things like pictures of things on the car that may be difficult to explain on the phone.

I was referred to Colin Cantrell and Cantrell Motorsports by a world class race car driver whose quote to me was, I wouldnt trust my personal car to anyone else. Having been taking my car to them for a while I now understand why!The service has been excellent, timely and done right. They are superb diagnosticians. The labor costs are very reasonable and their follow-up and communication is as good as Ive ever experienced with any business.I cannot give a more unqualified endorsement than this: they are simply the place to have your Porsche or other high performance car serviced and worked on!

Colin, Jeff, and the whole tech team at Cantrell are true enthusiasts. They treat all of my cars, on and off the track, like their own and surely know their work inside and out.I bring all of my cars in for both routine and performance work and wouldnt think to go anywhere else. The work is premium and the pricing reflects it but you get what you pay for and Cantrell doesnt disappoint.They also work on much more than just Porsches and track cars and are great with them all.

Took my new car (911 turbo) here for an oil change. Went to pick up the car and they had written up a service bill for $2k saying the car was leaking coolant, and they immediately needed to replace 3 radiators. I asked themif there was anything between a leak and full replacement (like perhaps just replacing 1, replacing seals/gasket) and they said no - you have to replace all 3 radiators. I just bought the car and it was fresh off getting a PPI where no leaks were noted. I declined their extra services and just paid for the oil change and decided to get a second opinion. I took the car to Squires in Bellevue as well as Chris’s German auto both of which said there was no leak detectable by them. Cantrell is completely crooked for this, and I’ll never trust a car with them again. Sad thing is a fellow Porsche enthusiast recommended them to me and he is no longer taking his car here either.

I brought my M3 here for corner balancing and alignment and they were great. I requested a street spec and track spec alignment to my specs. Cantrell and team did a great job and fitted me in to their schedule almost impromptu as well. Their tech marked the suspension so I could recreate the toe and camber settings easily and reviewed the markings with me personally so I would know exactly what the marks meant. My experience here was first rate and I will not hesitate to return again.

A friend of mine referred me here and I am so glad they did. They did an excellent job with my Porsch repair and their service was outstanding. I will definitely bring my car back here the next time it needs work done. They are excellent!

I have been a customer for 10+ years. I have had work done on vintage Porsches and late model Porsches. They have performed just about any mechanical or electrical job that you can think of on my cars. The work is always done with the highest degree of quality and professionalism. They also serve as a good advisor for project work and performance enhancements and strike a good balance and explain the various options and the cost / benefit trade-offs. I highly recommend the Cantrell team and would always check with them first on any kind of automotive work.

I was in a quandary abut my 2006 Cayman S. It had less than 20K on the clock, ran like a dream, and had what I believe to be a better look than the newer models. But, it was ten years old.. Actually, though, all it lacked compared to the newer issues was a little more suds. So, a visit to Cantrell Motorsport and one or two brief discussions later I was persuaded that, for a tiny fraction of the tariff for a new one, my 06 could easily be made comparable in the horsepower department. At Cantrells they knew what had to be done and how to do it! Short story long, in a week I was chauffeuring a 350 hp-plus 2006 Cayman S and loving every minute of it, These guys are, how you say, good!

I have been a customer now for 4 years and will continue to use Colin and his team. I have had a 2007 GT3 and a 2012 Cayman R. I do 15-18 DE track days each season and thus have the car in Cantrells hands a lot to insure all is well. I have NEVER been disappointed in any of the work they have performed on my cars and plan to continue using them. They are fair, reliable and I consider them part of the track family.

Helped further diagnose a timing issue my Cayman was having. All services were performed without issue and Cantrell worked with me to get the Cayman serviced on time as I live two hours away.I will continue to recommend Cantrell for serious Porsche service.

Great experience!!!! went in for a complimentary look over and they actually did a couple things for free (replaced a burned out light and tightened a boost hose. Jeff is top notch. I wouldnt hesitate bringing my vehicle in for service.

I found Cantrell Motorsports on the NASIOC forums. They may mainly be a Porsche shop but they did a great job with the alignment for my modified WRX STI. I could really notice the difference. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and the prices were reasonable. Thanks to everyone at Cantrell. Ill certainly be back when I need an alignment again.

Im not sure about Jims experience, but mine has been nothing but professional. Brought my Porsche 911 S 2012 here after just buying it - which was verified by Porsche prior to buying - but had some minor performance issues which I noticed after purchase which Cantrell was able to sniff out with no issues, second guesses, or misdiagnosis. Im a stickler for performance companies of this sort - I am new to these guys, however Ill update this feedback if anything changes.

These guys sort out problems that baffle others, including equipment installers and dealership service departments. I have a few highly modified cars, with very low, complicated suspensions. I now view this shop as the first place to take my cars. If they cant handle the problem, they will know who can AND make contact with them, acting on your behalf. This saves a lot of time and frustration.

Colin and his staff are great to work with, their knowledge & experience with Porsche can be trusted. The advice and track set-ups Ive received have been spot on every time! Thanks

Beware! After moving from Kirkland to Bellevue prices spiked way up and service went way down. When working on my vehicle, only 1 of the technicians there was certified as a German specialist for my make/model and was not the one completing work. Taking my car here led to false diagnosis of things needing to be fixed. With awesome service centers in Bellevue, look elsewhere. Crooks!

I had a great experience at Cantrell. I brought my Porsche Macan S in for a chip upgrade using the Cobb dongle. Jeff Falconer, the General Manager, recognized me from his days at Porsche Bellevue. They took care of the install in one day, did a brief tutorial, and I was on my way. Things work perfectly. Would totally recommend Cantrell.

I stopped by because I thought my new Ohlins were making a noise and even though they were busy getting ready for a race weekend late on a Friday afternoon, they made the time to get my car on a lift and look for the source of the sound. They found it quickly and showed where my sway bar mount had broken, and that was the reason for the noise. Thank you!

Had them change out some tires OEM tires for me to something that I would be happier with. They were quick and professional, they even looked over the car a little while it was up on the lift.

Ive known Colin for way too many years and hes worked on my car for most of them, super good people, super good shop and very knowledgeable.

My go to shop for left field customizations. Ive had them swap out the button shifting steering wheel on my 2010 PDK equipped Cayman for the Paddle Shifting version.Ive had them move the day driving lights from the light pods down to the fog lights.I asked them to replicate the door windows gap functionality that occurs when the doors are opened to the rear hatch as well. This programing was something they were not familiar with however instead of dismissing it out right they responded with ok!This shop offers a complimentary vehicle inspection for Porsche Club members. It was during this service that the computer remapping for the day driving lights and door window functionality augmentation was performed...also included at no cost!The can do attitude followed by done! is rare and valuable for individuals with complicated cars...IMnotsoHO. 👍👍👍

Fantastic Shop. Just moved to the area and needed a shop that could handle my GT4, Macan GTS, and Mk VII GTI. Very clean and professional and would/will use them again.

I recently purchased a Cayman S for my daily driver and autocross. After a few track sessions, I decided I needed an upgraded suspension, which Cantrell Motor Sports supplied including Camber slots, Ohlin R&T coilovers, Tarett adjustable sway bars and drop links, corner balance and competition alignment. Dominic Dilio, their suspension expert, did a great job of installing, tuning, and instructing me on how to adjust this work of art. I really can not say enough about the finished product, as it feels like a new high performance sports car now. Thanks, Colin, Jeff and Dominic.

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!! I brought my 2006 Lotus Exige here with a newly installed Black Watch Racing supercharger. They cost me $700-$800 in diagnostics alone. It took them 2 weeks to diagnose my install of the supercharger. I called them every other 3 days and no one ever answer the phone. I left a voicemail every time and no one ever got back to me. The only time I got through to them was when someone answered the phone when I was calling in. They never went out of their way to call me about anything. I even told them to NOT spend over $300 in diagnostics on the car, which they didnt listen to. They basically told me I installed the supercharger fine without any problems. I paid them for their time which gave me no information. I was working with BWR, CharlieX and Cantrell to get this resolved. In the end Cantrell did ONE thing right, they referred me to Carburetor Connection in Kirkland only because they had a dyno. Carburetor Connection treated me like a KING. They contacted me every second they had a question. They kept me in the loop every hour they charged me on my car. In the end the supercharger didnt sit on the head fully, it was a small leak. Carb connection is a great shop. Congrats Cantrell you refer people to good shops for $700+. Sadly it was money well spent.
