The guys at Europa have been spectacular. They have been consistent about going above and beyond - including the little annoying items that you may usually forget to ask about getting taken care of. They will continue to receive my business without question.

Been to Europa a couple of times. Once for front end work and a fuel pump. They are super busy so you will wait 2 weeks for an appointment. I asked them to check the front end because there is a terrible grinding noise periodically. They test drove it and everything seemed fine. I picked up the car and within 5 minutes the car was grinding again. I don’t even feel safe driving the car and bet it will be another $1000 to fix it. My dashboard looks like a Christmas tree. Super frustrated to say the least.

The technician explainedt the data specifications before the wheel alignmentr and the corrections that were made after the wheel alignment making the driving experience a great improvement! Also, the technician replaced the A/C compressor and the A/C receiver-dryer and now the A/C works like new! I have been coming to Europa for over 20 years and this is the best place for quality and honest service and repair for your Volvo.

My Volvo engine developed a couple burnt-out valves and required a whole head job. Expensive - but Al and crew did a great job. Car runs great! Also, quick fix for my car’s ‘shudder’ problem when coming to slow stops. It worked without any expensive transmission repair!Shop’s been in Bellevue since 1967 and that speaks volumes about the good work they do. Highly recommended above any dealer in my view.

I’ve been going to another shop for years for my Volvo and felt like I was always getting nickeled and dime. I found Europa with amazing reviews and they were that great and more. What another shop quoted me $4,200 they said that repair was extreme. I felt they were very honest and also fit me in last minute as well. I highly recommend them.

I am very happy with the service provided by Al from Europa. I had this nagging engine light in my VW Tiguan and oil leak that was professionally fixed by Europa and cheaper/faster than having it fixed by VW dealer. Furthermore, when I saw a bit of oil leak after the service, I was worried that something else was wrong and will cost more. I went back to Europa to have it checked and they tightened the oil filter and did not charge me for more. This was not the case when I visited the VW dealer. I strongly recommend Europa rather than having my car service by the dealer.

After taking my car to another shop and having continuous issues with my brakes/car shaking, I brought it to Europa and they fixed all my problems in a few short hours! Al is very kind and explained everything to me that was going on and I wish I had just come here from the start. Ever since I have taken my car to Europa, my car runs much better than it used to when I took it to the pricey Volvo dealership. It has been great working with Al as he definitely understands what the car needs and always has a sound advice to offer with respect to running a car. Al was extremely patient in explaining issues and answering my questions regarding my Mercedes. Unfortunately it was an issue necessitating a fix by Mercedes, but for any other issues in the future that Europa can fix I wouldnt hesitate taking my car here. They are very trustworthy and helpful.

I have consistently used this shop for my car maintenance for over 2- years. Their cost is very fair considering that specialize in European and Japanese imports. I have my SAAB 9-3 and my Mistsubishi Lander both worked on here The guys running this shop are more experienced, older gentlemen with prob 50+ of mechanical knowledge between them along with 1 or 2 younger techs. They are very meticulous as well as easy to communicate with and will call you to let you know what options there are if there is more costly work needed.

I brought my car here because of the reviews. At first I thought the prices would “match” the great reviews (meaning expensive) but they were really honest about the charges and didn’t charge me a dime over. The really interesting part was that we had fixed some things that needed to be fixed but once I got the car back there was a previous small issue that was still present. They said that since they misdiagnosed the issue they would just fix it and eat the cost. I honestly didn’t expect that.

60K maintenance on my car. The staff seem honest, friendly and I felt like they are not about over charging or adding on what you don’t need. I received a quote for the same maintenance at the BMW dealership and the price was almost double. I’ll definitely be back.

Had an issue where someone accidently put regular gas in my diesel only vehicle. I called many places and it seems they were salivating to charge me enormous amounts, before even checking the car out. Al and his crew always take care our beloved Volvo S80 until it was completely broken down. Now we have a MINI, which was inspected by Al right after the purchase (we didnt have the option to do the pre-inspection) and thank god it is fine. Ill keep sending my MINI to Europa for services because I trust Al and his team would take care of my car.

Excellent service. Im fairly well informed about my vehicle, and Ive been very impressed with their ability to tell me what I was about to say once I start recounting a problem regarding (mostly) anticipated maintenance issues. They know their Volvos and theyve always done better than expected.

Owner was friendly. Took my MK7 GTI in at 8am and my brake fluid was flushed and replaced in under an hour. Very efficient service.

Europa was awesome! I was nervous because I thought it would be expensive for a repair on my daughters old Honda that lost an axle on her front right tire (lucky she was not hurt). And I thought it would probably take a week to get fixed. To my utter delight! AL, the owner, gave me a fair price, got it done in a day and also fixed some other things to make sure my sweet Jodi would be safe driving her old car. I have had two Saabs and Europa has performed all the services needed on both for over twelve years. We are down to one Saab 93 convertible, and we live in Spokane now, but I still bring it to Al at Europa for any mechanical repairs. Years ago I had to have the head gasket replaced by another shop while we were on a road trip, and they made a mess of the job. We constantly had oil leaks, so bad I finally put it on a car trailer and towed to Europa. Al called me at the end of the day with an estimate to fix the oil leaks. I gave the go ahead for repairs, and the work was done the next day. I picked the car up and drove it back to Spokane and have not had any leaks at all. Al is very friendly and knowledgeable with repairs, I would highly recommend Europa for any of your car repairs. Definitely 5 star service.

Ive been taking all my SAABs here for service. Even if I have a question the staff here is extremely helpful and they are highly skilled and professional! Every new car that I purchase, I always bring here for a look-over.

Took my 2005 V70 in before a cross country trip and couldnt be happier. They did all of the repairs needed (timing belt, breaks, etc.) in a tight timeline for the trip and the car performed flawlessly. Oh, and they were about $1500 cheaper than the dealership for the same repairs. They are my go-to repair place for my Saab and Volvos.

Timely and good value

These guys are great, for about $160 I had a car from a dealership pre-inspected by them and they ended up finding some fixes that would have costed me a thousand dollars! That now the dealership is going to handle for me, thanks to the proof of the pre-inspection. They are nice, honest; and are quick!
