I very rarely review businesses, but after fixing up my A/C most recently, I felt compelled to leave a positive review. Frank and his team are top notch. I’ve been using them for 14 years, through many simple maintenance jobs and a few bigger ticket items. The thing I value most is their honesty and consistency. I don’t think I’ve ever dealt with a big surprise or change in scope without them having warned me about the possibility beforehand and getting express approval for any cost overages. They’re always willing to go into whatever level of detail I want, and they’re usually even proactive about showing you the part they replaced.Another point is their sensitivity to cost and tradeoffs. I remember one repair where they had done a lot of labor to get at a part which needed to be fixed. They also let me know it would be cost effective to replace another nearby part which had reached its end of life even though it wasn’t broken, since the labor to get to it was far in excess of the part cost. And there was no pressure - the choice was up to me.

Ive been going here for years and they have serviced three of my cars. Theyve never been anything but transparent and thorough with their information and repairs. A trusted resource worth every penny.

Autologic is great! The whole team is very friendly and knowledgeable, and genuinely want to help you get your car to its optimal functioning state. Brought my car in for an oil change and routine checkups, and they replaced for me one of the rear lightbulbs that had gone out. Also, they looked into a side request I had, exhausting all options and letting me know about my choices in a clear way. Plus, with AAA, you get a discount on their work. Chris was great. I know it’s difficult to give an estimate without seeing the car, but he took the time to do so over the phone and ended up giving me a pretty accurate quote. I did know exactly what was wrong with it, but other shops didn’t even entertain a conversation past “you have to bring it in” which is why I ended up going with Autologic. Being a woman I usually dread going to mechanics but they were very nice and seemed honest throughout the process. They even brought my car into the shop overnight for me twice to make sure it was safe until I was able to pick it up.

Easy process, from scheduling to checkout - even maintaining excellent social distancing. Ill be returning with my vehicle, for sure.

Helped me much more than the Honda dealership in Factoria/Bellevue. Honest and helpful. Took off the broken piece that was dangling underneath, for free, when they totally could’ve charged me. They also let me know the cause of the damage, the function of that specific part and that it wasn’t essential so I could get it fixed later since I’m on a time crunch. The gentlemen have worked on all three of my vehicles since I switched to them six months ago. Routine maintenance was done on the Honda (2012), the Toyota pickup (2001) had a sensor failure, and a used Ford F350 (1999) that we brought in November (2019) which had a brake problem when I brought it. In each case they checked each vehicle and then called with any additional problems they had discovered. They gave me the details of the problem, their recommendations, and then alternatives as they saw them. They also provided information (in the Ford pick up) about what quality of parts they were installing and whether I wanted to go to the extreme. I just wanted good quality parts and work which they did. I appreciate them evaluating the vehicles and giving me a report on its status. They also left a problem to me which was a backup light on the Toyota not working. The housing just needed to be cleaned and I am capable of doing that task.I just wish I had found them earlier. They are friendly, informative, and all work done by them has been great.The Toyota also had a backup light that was not working

It is extremely challenging to find a trustworthy auto repair shop. I absolutely recommend AutoLogic!!!I brought my 1979 MGB to Frank’s team at AutoLogic to replace the rack and pinion and diagnose a cold start issue. They replaced the rack and pinion right at the estimated cost and identified the original Zenith-Stromberg carburetor as contributing to the cold start issue. Frank clearly and comprehensively laid out my options and I elected to replace Z-S carb with a Weber down-draft carburetor. While the work was being performed Frank was always communicative and responsive to my inquiries. Once work had completed Frank introduced me to the technician who performed the work. While the car was on the lift they showed me all the work step by step that was performed. After three days I can say that the MGB has never run better. Cold start hesitation is completely gone and the car drives/performs significantly better in acceleration and higher RPMs.

I found AutoLogic just by looking for a place that is close to my work and thought I would give it a shot. After taking my car there (for an oil change and to check on a strange sound coming from my engine) I was very surprised on how friendly the service was, quick, and inexpensive it was. Granted, I did just get an oil change and my car checked out so make sure you take note of that. But what I did appreciate the most was that they took the time to explain what they did, what was going on with it, and their recommendations on what I should do.I will for sure be taking my vehicle back to AuotLogic, if another issues comes up, and I would recommend you do too.

I was told by Bellevue BMW that my car needed new front and back brakes.  This was very odd since the front brakes had been replaced just a year earlier and I had only put 10K miles on them.  Mostly freeway driving.I took my car to Autologic since they could do this work at half the price of the dealership.  To my surprise, Autologic called and told me that neither the front or back breaks needed to be replaced (8 mm remaining on the front and 7mm on the back) The dealership had misinformed me to create more business for themselves.Honestly and integrity are so important. If you need a great auto shop that you can trust and at reasonable prices. Autologic is the place to go!

Looked at buying a used car and it had been in an accident, needed it inspected in a hurry and they were the closest and was ready to go. I was incredibly impressed with 2 pages worth of check lists they gone over. They had the car for a while and when I came back they have me good news to the point the guy said he would buy it no questions asked.I would have no issue with having my wife drop off a car there and not worry about them treating her like an idiot because she was a girl, they didn’t treat me like an idiot and explained to me why it was a good idea to trade in the car I did have in for this car. I had already done some google searches on the symptoms of my problem and was figuring that I was looking at a high repair bill because my research showed the most often repair was a specific part that was expensive and tedious to get to. I had also gone to OReillys to use the OBD reader and found no new codes so I was even more concerned. I brought the HD2500 to Autologic, told them my symptoms and started the process. They called me later that day and told me it was ready. When I asked what the damage was, Chris said Just what we charged for the preliminary diagnostic.. I was ecstatic. When I pick the car, the technician had listed everything that he did, listed the codes that the OReillys reader didnt show and outlines what he had done to do the repair. The technician trouble shot the problem and found a lose connector which he cleaned and reconnected, which cleared the issue. My experience with dealers is that they go straight to the easy fix and most times its the most expensive. Autologic used good ol fashion mechanicing and made my day. This is my second visit to Autologic an Ive been pleased with both jobs.

I am a new owner of a MGB and was referred to Frank by the MG club of the Northwest to have a ‘look over’ done before I started driving it around. Frank and his team were very thorough and kept me in the loop every step of the way. This review is long overdue, as Autologic has done incredible work for me for over a decade!First off, the most important thing I look for in a great autoshop is TRUST! You can trust these folks, 100%. They are always honest and up front with you, and many times I have brought my car in for an inspection or to check on a potential issue, and they will tell me that there is nothing wrong with the car at all and send me on my way! Ive had the opposite experience at dealerships and other shops, where they will always find an issue with your car, which will inevitably cost quite a bit to fix.Their customer service is absolutely amazing. They will spend lots of time with you explaining all the details of what has happened to your vehicle, your various options, and their recommendation. They never push or pressure you, and are always looking out for your best interest.They will go above and beyond to help you in any way they possibly can. I recently had a very complicated situation where they had to deal with my dealership AND my insurance company, and they were always on top of things, making all the necessary phone calls even without me needing to ask them.Autologic is truly an amazing company, and I am incredibly thankful for all the work they have done for me over the years. We’ve been trusting our cars’ service needs to Autologic now for a couple of years and have found them to be very honest about what needs to be done. Our 2007 Lexus’ transmission gave out and needed to be replaced and Chris was able to find us a used transmission with a 1 year/12,000 mile warranty to match a new transmission warranty for about $2000 less!! Great service and support!!

Chris from AutoLogic did a great job fixing my 428i which has a unique chain of problems caused by one failed bolt. A list of parts need to be replaced and they are hard to come by. Chris took a great effort over several weeks to find the parts for me and also let me know the different price options (old vs new parts), etc and keep me updated along the way. At last, we have to wait for a part shipping from Germany to finish the work. I believe Chris also tried his best to keep the total repair cost under control. Really appreciated the service all the way. Highly recommended.

I’d like to give ZERO stars if there’s such option on google map. This place is definitely over rated, highly recommend DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY here.My car drives well but with an engine light on, had it checked here. Their mechanic had no common sense about cars and stated he had to spent a long time doing research and figuring out the problem. It turned out he couldn’t find anything and charged me over 450 for all these stupid tests he had done. My car still had the issues after visiting here, had it fixed at another place with a way lower price.Can’t believe how they could get a high review. GO OTHER PLACES!!! Doing nothing is even better than visiting this place.

Frank,This weekend I drove the car throughout Redmond Ridge, Woodinville, and the Snoqualmie Valley.The MG-TD performance exceeded my expectations. The engine power was impressive on the open road and driving up hills. The transmission gear shifting was effortless in all up-shifting and down shifting modes. The braking was flawless. The rear suspension and rebuilt leaf springs provided a very smooth and stable ride on all road surfaces and tight curves.Thanks again for working with me to plan this phase of the MG’s continuing mechanical restoration. I found this shop via the AAA website. Chris answered my damsel in distress call and worked me in, even with a technician out on vacation and a busy week ahead for them. I had 3 issues that needed checking out. After their TLC, my car and I are happy, once again. They also referred me to Aero Rent-A-Car for a short term ride, and, neither expense broke the bank!

These guys saved my car! I brought it in with a horrible knocking sound that most shops wouldve doomed my cars engine as not even worth a look, but they took a chance and took a look at it. A guy (pretty sure his name was Scott?) ended up finding a tiny little nut in my turbo and saved me an engine. These guys are willing to go the extra mile and it shows.

Autologic has proven, yet again, that they have integrity and can be trusted to keep me safe and happy. I stopped in the Honda dealer to get a new key and they came back with $4,000 of critical work that needed to be done immediately. Possible? yes of course, so I took it to my regular mechanic, Autologic, and the results? NO repairs were needed now. The nearest repair is brakes in maybe 6-12 months. Trying to make money on you! Be careful. If you show up that you dont know anything about cars they will do the best to get more money from you. For some screws and 1 AC connector, they said will cost thousands dollars. Went to other shop, they told me half of problems didnt exist.

These guys are so great. Honest helpful and accommodating!! Huge fan. will be a customer for a long time.

Great staffs

Have been taking my car there for years. Their mechanics are why my 18 year old car is still running! And the front desk staff are very nice to deal with too.

The staff was rude. My potential client paid money for car checkup, there was some screws missing, then I asked how much will that cost to fix, so probably I can pay him money to fix it. He shouted at me: thousands, thousands dollars. Then I asked if the engine was in good shape, he said that the oil was leaking and the oil change was made very long time ago(which is not true at all, cos I did change it, just they forgot to change my sticker), so I said its impossible cos I just changed it 1k miles ago, then he opened level oil and said yeah maybe the sticker was wrong. So he said because of missing screws the cooler and AC will be broken in 3-4 years. Hell even without anything I know that every 3-4 years the car needs maintenance. Especially this is not 2017 car, its 7 years old. Im not a car expert so went to another shop and got a quote $300 to add screws and AC plumber. If the person didnt pay you, doesnt mean that he is not your potential client! You just lost one!

I was stuck away from home with a failing battery and asked if auto logic could test it. Even though they had a booked schedule they tested and replaced it for me quickly. Great customer service. Thanks

Great communication; always explaining options. They do what what they say they are going to do. They are the best shop Ive seen in Bellevue in 20 years. Theres a reason they are AAA approved.

Ive had my car maintained by Autologic for years. Chris and Dominic are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I just had my rear brakes done and an oil change. Another Chris on the Autologic team took me to the pool I work out at and picked me up when I was done! My car was finished in 3 hours. I highly recommend Autologic!
