I am very happy to recommend RNR and Ryan S who works there. I will refer friends and family in the future. I was in an accident and they really took care of everything, working with insurance and getting my car back on the road. What impressed me most was I noticed a small deficiency after I had picked up my car, they sent someone to my home to pick up my car and fixed it while I was out of town. Top notch service and professionalism.
They do lovely work, and will argue with the insurance company on your behalf..
NOT PROFESSIONAL, they just want more and more money!!! They overcharge you to a level that your insurance will be shocked and refuses to pay! Plus if they see that you are not willing to accept their high prices and pay the difference, they will charge for taking apart your car and give you an unassembled car and you have to deal with it!!! Not recommending even to my enemy!
Great attention to detail. Fast estimates and timely repairs. Staff has great communication.
Very professional job ...after new car was vandalized by someone hitting fist on hood and walking on it.
BJ is a pleasure to work with. Professional, practical and pleasant. You are in good hands with him and R&R!
Ryan and his crew at RNR are amazing! I had a large roof tile blow on to my car during a windstorm. BJ made the whole process very easy and understandable for me..from surveying the damage to pricing out the repairs to renting a car while the work was taking place. They kept in communication with me the entire time and even had my car finished a day earlier than I expected. I had a top notch experience from an outstanding business that deeply cares about its customers.
Rick took care of everything for me, including dealing with my insurance company. Very happy with the repair job they did.
Ryan and the team took wonderful care of me and my minivan! Highly recommended!!
Had a bad experience all the way around would not be using this service again
They have a lifetime guarantee and their work is good.
Supportive and friendly staff. They were very good about communicating timelines and explaining what was going to be done with the repair. They went above and beyond to support us through car insurance issues and gave us a good deal for the repair. Highly recommend them!
I had my car towed in after a car accident. My car ended up totaling but RNR was really helpful when it came to making sure my insurance gave me the full value back. The staff is all very educated on the car industry.
Ryan and the guys (and gals) are always top notch. I would not hesitate to send my friends and family to them. Thanks!
Great experience with the team at RNR. They kept me informed throughout the process and worked directly with my insurance company so I didn’t have to worry. Great quality workmanship would highly recommend.
This has been my 4th time in 20+ years that I have had to unfortunately use the services of RnR, and they always do an excellent job. There is never a doubt where I would take my car for body work, and I have referred several friends there as well. They work great with insurance companies (even when its not mine--not my fault), and ensure that your car comes back looking like it is showroom new. They have always done the right thing, even when insurance companies are always looking to cut corners.
I have in RNR automotive exclusively for our car repairs. Their work has been consistently high-quality their service has been exceptional and attentive. Their pricing has been extremely competitive for the high quality of work and experience that they deliver. They communicate frequently as to the status of the work and there are no surprises along the way. I highly recommend RNR to anyone that is looking for a high quality experience.
Larry and josh are very nice and helpful. It was easy working with them. I would definitely recommend to my friends.
Excellent repair. My mom’s car looks brand new.Wonderful staff. Thank you to Chris for coming to Lexus Bellevue to pick up and take care of the car. Highly recommend RNR for anyone who needs repairs.
I ended up here after recommendation from Bellevue of Lexus and turns out this is the only close by decent option that I got. They are pretty busy and I had to wait 3 week to schedule my work and another 5 weeks (which is slow turn around i feel) for entire work to be finished. After its done, my car looked brand new and felt like its worth the wait. Nothing goes on to marmax/public reporting about the work which is great. They are pretty expensive (at least what I felt) but my insurance took care of it all. Plan to leave your car for extra couple of days than original communication and you should expect a great work from these guys.
Super quality service! Was in & out with my car looking brand new! Would definitely recommend.
I wouldnt take my car anywhere else. This is the second time they have do e work on my car. Excellent job both times. Thank you RNR team.
Very nice people
From start to finish, the employees at RNR made sure the process was seamless. I took my car in after an accident because I was referred by Lexus of Bellevue. My insurance company tried steering me to one of their contracted shops but I’m glad I chose to go to a more reputable place. My car looks better than before! They did a complimentary clean up after the repairs were completed. I hope not to need them in the future but if I something comes up, I know where to go!
Fantastic customer service. RNR fixed my car in a timely manner: I’ll be back on the road in no time!
Great place to have your car repairs done.
I have used RNR automotive many times in the past on four different cars and have been very satisfied.. This was the most disappointing experience I have had with them and, as a result, will never go back! The major repair needed was a result of another driver damaging the front left fender and bumper. The rest was damage to the right back fender by an unknown driver and damage to right back door trim which I had done myself. I was given an estimate for that trim for which I was going to pay for myself because it matched the $300 deductible due to my insurance company. With no intervening telephone call, when it was finished, I was told the part was now $100+ more expensive. If I had been told, I could have turned it into insurance, paid the $300 and saved myself $100.The person who met me when I turned in the car said dont worry about a dent in the front bumper because we will be replacing the bumper and that will take care of it. He said the same about scratches in the back bumper. As the repairs were underway, I received a telephone call asking if I wanted to pay $409 for a new bumper because they were not sure that even though the dent had been straightened out that it would not reappear. This was going to be under new front protective coating replacement. Also, did I want to pay another $109 to take care of the scratches in the back bumper? I declined because of what I had been told! After they had my car for two full weeks, and I was told a time to pick up my car, the gentleman said, the back bumper looked good because the painter (?) was able to grind down those scratches. One doesnt even look like it has paint in it!When I asked the front desk who had checked me in and told me the dent and scratches would be taken care of through the process, I was told his name was Ed, but he is no longer with the company. I ended up paying over $700 as it was.So, what should have been a great experience picking up my newly/repaired red SUV, was just the opposite! I repeat, I will not use this business again. I felt that the call for $509 additional dollars was somewhat a scam! I use Farmers insurance and RNR is not one of their recommended repair shops. This experience makes me understand why!Anna Coy
Just got my car back today and it looks as good as new. Awesome attention to detail and I got it back cleaner then when I dropped it off. Really appreciate the great customer service whenever I called with questions. High quality work and prompt response will definitely have me coming back for future body work if needed. Big Thanks to Jeremy Briggs for his organization and handing the Insurance company for me.
This shop has the true professionals in the automotive industry. Get your work done here. They are worth your valuable time.
Nothing but good things to say about RNR, friendly staff and honest work. had my bumper and a few other parts replaced and painted after a it got bumped in a parking lot, they were quick and the car looks better than before the accident, amazing work. personally had Larry work on the car for me, and he and the team did an outstanding job, you wont be disappointed!
Amazing work you and amazing commitment to keeping the quality bar high while working with insurance. Chris and everyone I encountered was instantly knowledgable of my car and very responsive to requests - around the clock. I am a repeat customer and do so again.
Awesome service and amazingly supportive staff, Bj and Larry took care of our needs every step of the way. Our repair was quite complicated through the insurance company but Bj from RNR handled our repair and unexpectedly went above and beyond my expectations. With my past experiences at other repair shops I could not have ask for a better Estimator. Save your self time and money and ask for Bj if you take your car to RNR.
Was driving my newly bought Lexus up in Seattle (from Vancouver WA) and got t-boned on a lane change.. Had to leave the car up in Seattle and dropped it off with RNR.Living quite a ways away from Seattle, I interfaced with Sophie through the phone many times to receive updates. She was able to inform me on the stages they are at and what i could do to speed up the process (contacting my insurance).Given an estimated time of completion, I was able to plan my day off in order to drive up and pick up the car. The car looked as if it never got hit (was replaced with all factory parts) and I was pleased with the services I was provided.

Went there from a recommendation of a friend and regret it all the way. People here like to assume a lot of things which will end up cost you money out of your pocket. They have huge lack of communication, and when they even communicate with you it’s too late to make any changes. They not only just assume things, they like to change their pricing if it’s not convenient for them. Told me they were going to charge me $100 for storage a day but ended up charging me $125 a day and giving me the BS that insurance will reimburse me.Save yourself a trip and take your car somewhere else for a better experience
Great service! Josh was very helpful and knowledge.
Best experience Ive ever had at a body shop. Rick was EXTREMELY helpful and easygoing. They made the whole process fast and easy with the highest standard of professionalism possible. I only came in for a bumper job but they made my whole car look BRAND NEW. Thank you RNR I will definitely bring my car back next time something happens to it!
IWorst Experience I have ever had in car repair. Customer Services is night mare. NOT RECOMMENDED. They did not return calls until I had to POINT OUT that you do not return calls. They put my car in a queue for more than a month. Well if you do not have capacity do not accept work load. Also lots of scratches and ditched on my hood, which were not there. Also gas was at 0 when I started the car.
I have been going to RNR Refinishing since the 90s there the best Rick B. is a great listener and makes the transaction go smoothly and timely, i use no one but him couldnt ask for a better guy. What makes things great from the start are Sophie & Kelsey the front desk girls there smiles are warm and inviting and they always get back to you in a timely matter which i so appreciate because i have places to go and things to do ;-) as long as RNR is in business they will have me as a client such great people! Thanks Guys and girls
This place is awesome, Chris always makes accurate estimates on time and cost estimates and the work quality is excellent. I highly recommend the place!
Awesome service, super friendly, will definitely visit again! 100%. Recommend!
My experience with RNR Automotive was just amazing!I want to start off with this review and just talk about the outstanding customer service. The two girls at the front desk are extremely kind and welcoming. They helped explain everything I needed to know, and things I was confused about (How the process goes with the repairs, and the insurance companies). My estimator (Rick Barber) was the most helpful, and his assistant Maggie, they always kept me updated with my repair process, and the additional damages they found on my Mazda. This shop fights for OEM parts (Original Parts) which is nice! RNR also fights with the insurance companies to make sure all repairs are done correctly. When I picked up my Mazda, they replaced my entire back bumper, and my car now looks better than what it did when I bought it from the Dealer. My experience with RNR Automotive was just amazing!
Absolutely the worst customer service, horrible repairs looked like we took the car to chop shop under the bridge somewhere. Dealing with management was pointless, excuses after excuses why car was in for 1 month. I can see now how google reviews for this business starting to expose true colors and their actual operations. They have gotten cocky and arrogant. Will be reading up some Yelp reviews for RNR Automotive Refinishing and leaving my experience there too. Beware new clients!
Very solid shop. Never a hassle. Rick Barber makes sure that everything is done and done well without cutting corners. I will continue to patronize this establishment.
I dropped of my BMW to R&R as that is who Bellevue BMW recommended. I dropped the car off April 25 and I still dont have it back a month later!!! They cant even tell me when it will be done as these repairs have to be done by a third party. Meanwhile, I am out a good $1500 in rental car expense. Horrible... would not recommend.
RNR did very high quality work replacing my rear bumper. The customer service is lacking. As no one bothered answering their phone during business hours, I am taking my car to Queen City this time.
My wife was rear ended and pushed into the car in front of her. The rear end of our car was pretty mangled and a frame rail replacement was necessary. I was very uncomfortable about keeping the car due to the repair cost closing in on the value of the car. RNR helped me decide that keeping the car and repairing it was in my best interest. In the end I am very happy we kept the car as it saved us a bunch of money in the long run. From the beginning of the process, RNR seemed to be on our side and have OUR best interest involved. The first thing they asked was if everyone in the car was okay which I thought was a nice touch and pretty thoughtful. We had quite a bit of difficulty with the insurance company that represented the gal who hit my wife but RNR stuck with it and got the car repaired correclty despite the other partys insurance trying to cut corners. Weve had the car back for quite a while now and its been flawless. No leaks, cosmetic issues, or drivability problems. Im very happy with RNR and would recommend them to anyone and especially those who feel like they need an advocate for them or any advice on the process. If you need your car repaired and an advocate for the process, RNR is the way to go!
We chose RnR after a minor accident which was not our fault, based on their assurance that they could efficiently repair our electric Nissan Leaf. As of this writing they have had our car under repair in their shop for over 2 months! Theyve been slow to update us, slower to deal with insurance, and slower yet on the repair. Our finish date has been changed 4 times and weve been paying out of pocket for a rental for weeks. We were told at one point that our repair was put on hold due to an urgent collision repair that came to them, which is absolutely unacceptable. As of today, were told they have no target date for us. Weve since moved out of state and will have to ship the car separately.Theyve been polite, but their sense of urgency and accuracy in estimation is completely non-existent in our experience. Would not recommend RnR at all unless youve got plenty of extra time and money to spend. All of this comes after they had the opportunity to declare the vehicle a total loss per the insurance companies recommendation. They chose not to, but instead continued accepting insurance money for work that simply isnt being completed. All of our personal and work networks will know of this experience as well. Hopefully nobody we know will be put in such a hugely inconvenient situation.
If you have a fancy car and it got a boo-boo, this is the place. Fair, reliable, high quality parts, no nonsense, works with your insurer. Couldnt be better.
I was not thrilled. The paint didnt match the factory paint (too sparkly), the door is not flush with the car body, I can see the rubber stripping on the bottom of the door when its closed. Also, when Ive gone to others they have taken a little extra effort to buff out little scratches around the car. Not so with this shop. I wont be going back.
Crooks, took my insurance company for 19 k, I will have to find pictures of the repairs, come back and post it here, wires pinched by a radiator, screws missing, overspray on the hood, not aligned wheels and many other things that were billed to my insurance company but not performed. Stay away from this place. Dealing with multiple manager individuals was pointless, very rude and not professional . Most positive reviews thatare writen here are purchased fake reviews . They are trying to push negative down . You will see all people posting have only posted one review on their account in their life. Those are 🤖 (bot) reviews.
I asked three people where I should take my car to have a dent removed, and they all said, RNR. I can see why. Not only did they do the repair work leaving the car looking like new, they also touched up a paint chip just above the front grill for nothing but good will and never mentioned it. Wow is all I can say, Thank You RNR...Robert
My son brought my BMW home with a big dent in the fender. Called BMW in Bellevue and they said they send all their cars to this guy.Took my car there and they have a satellite rental car office that picks up and drops off at the front door.Repair took a few days and the work was flawless. They worked with the insurance adjuster to ensure I got actual BMW parts and not OEM replacements. When i picked up my car it was completely washed and waxed. I would not recommend anyone else.
This shop does pretty run of the mill body work -- about what Ive gotten at other places Ive taken my car to such as AutoNation. The big problem is their customer service -- it is awful. The issues I had with them:1. They had my car for 29 days, which is WAY longer than my insurance adjuster or I expected.2. They did not respond to a single respond to a message that I left them. I always had to call them back -- and believe me, I gave them several days each time to call back.3. They told me that they offer shuttle services, and they gave me a ride back to work when I dropped my car off. But when I asked for them to pick me up after theyd finished the car, they gave me a lame excuse about being too busy. They couldnt even tell me whether they would be able to give me a ride in the morning.4. They failed to let me know over the phone that insurance had not paid them, and when I showed up they demanded a large payment in cash or cashiers check and held my key hostage. At this point it was too late in the day to get in touch with the insurance company. The level of distrust in this place was amazing. They kept telling me about some guy who had stiffed them and treated me like I was trying to stiff them too! Moreover -- when I asked why they hadnt let me know over the phone, the receptionist claimed that I hung up on her and that she didnt like being hung up on so she didnt call me back. Are you kidding me?I dont have any complaints (yet) about the repair work, but I have had MUCH better experiences with other body shops in the area. Stay away from RNR.
Best Service, High quality, very responsive and royal to customer.
These people do not stand behind the work they do. When I took my classic car back and questioned them about the repairs to my front bumper, this was from someone backing into it with a trailer hitch that stretched the plastic bumper, they said that someone else most likely backed into me that also had a hitch. I had had over three repairs done at this shop and believed in who they were and what they did. No more. Ive need two repairs to other cars in the last few months and I have not gone back. 30k in repairs they have missed. I have found much better companies to work with that take pride in the work they do and treat customers with respect. Try Queen City Auto Rebuild.
Respray from bumper and hood on my Porsche (black) - the cost was very high but I accept that, the body work was very good, the paint was really good, then they put a very unskilled person on the buffer and Fd the whole job up. I was told to wait 30 days for the paint to cure and come back...I didI explained I wanted it to be free of swirls and look like the rest of the car which is in amazing shape. When I returned they had swirled my entire car - every panel Fd up - I have never screamed at a business before but this was an outrage!!The response was black is hard to do and it looks pretty good to me OMG !!! youre a body shop - of course its hard to do or I would have done it!!! (I actually ended up doing it - again! because I brought it to you in great shape)so I took the car home and spent about 3 weekends with my Griots products to fix this Fup and swore to forever tell everyone I know to avoid this shop - I still cant believe they swirled every inch of my car that was like liquid ink before they touched it - SHAME ON YOU !no excuse for this - and your poor judgement of what good paint should look like - it really could have been fixed with one descent person in the finish room - not a hack with a buffer and no idea what to do with it - SO MAD
Believe what you read. I took my BMW there as they were referred by Bellevue BMW for some minor front bumper damage. They have had my car a month and have changed the pick up date on me 4 times now. Claiming they found other damage (though the damage they claim was no where near the initial incident and was definitely not there when I dropped off the car). The manager will just keep blowing smoke at you when you question the delays and gives me a completely different answer than what he tells my insurance adjuster. Definitely a shady business tactic going on here.Update: The repair work on the suspension was done wrong. Its been making a horrible grinding noise over every large bump or dip. I refuse to let this incompetent shop touch my vehicle again so Im paying out of pocket for repair work at a reputable repair shop.
Recently I replace my rear bumper for my bmw x1 2015. They did a awesome job.
I was referred to them by Bellevue Lexus when I had a collision. My Lexus was sent to them on November 19th and I was told it would take about 20 days to get my car back. The insurance appraiser gave them the estimate the next day. 20 days passed. I thought that my car would be ready for picking up. I called today. First I was told that they were waiting for parts. Then I questioned about this story. Asked them for more explanation. Finally I was told that they have not even started any repairs on my car yet. They have not even countered the price to the insurance after all these time while my car sitting in their shop. The girls at the front desk were trained to lie. I called them few times in the last 20 days. I was told that it was waiting for parts. Today, finally a guy told me that they needed to get more money from insurance company. Not, $9,000 by insurance appraiser estimation. It would need $14,000. I asked them why you did not counter it earlier after 20 days waiting? I was told that they had 160 cars sitting in the shop. Their attitude and their services are terrible. I can not believe that Lexus has been using them as Lexuss body shop. I regret it very much. My car was sent there like a needle fell into an ocean. Nothing. Nothing. Do not go there.
Lexus of Bellevue certified body shop....ah...what...you cant be serious...these guys couldnt even spell customer service if their entire team had to work on it..So far nothing to be happy about. Communication is terrible, I had to wait for over a week to get an estimate done and, only after I called in and reminded them that they had my car. After the appraisal theyve disappeared for another two weeks. Not sure what the deal with thiese guys and honestly dont care... what I do know is that they will never see any of my cars again....i mean ever....i mean EVER again.
Always quality work. They are backed up at present.
Not only did they work with the insurance company but made pickup and drop off a breeze. Even did a quick detail on my truck which was a pleasant surprise!!
Worst auto body experience everWhen expressed my experience to the Meggy girl at front desk told me not to talk when asked for supervisor he did not come out had to come back nex day!!!RnR automotive refinishing had the car for 24 days when said it was going to be done in 10 days, also did not finish blending both quarter jams and where door meets got the car with dull clear coat seams were rough. They took in back twice to touch up and refinish paint were not able to buff out any dullness nor the tail light, so out of frustration I just excepted the car as is...2014 Cadillac CTS 3 months old Is the car they worked on in this scenario!
If Google allow negative review, I will put a negative star. Very Very Very bad experience (not just one time). Yes the worst shop in Bellevue. Lexus of Bellevue should not partner with this shop. Two stories.First time, I just sent my car to replace the rear bumper cover in Lexus of Bellevue. The Lexus of Bellevue use them as the body shop and forward my car to the shop. After The car is back, It looks normal from outside but they forgot put the rear light bulb and the Rear bumper foam back. The foam just left in my trunk. How big is the Rear bumper foam? It s the same size as the rear bumper cover.....unbelievable!!!Second time, six week ago the car was hit by another car from back. The Lexus of Bellevue forward my car to RNR again on 10/28. I called to check the complete day. But never heard back from them until after two weeks(11/13) . They said the car will not be ready until 12/10!!! The reason they gave me was that the fix will require 80 man hours. 4 hours per day means they need 20 work days (4 weeks) to finish the work. Good job. That means they only have 0.5 people work on your car when you bring it in. Three weeks later, I call again to confirm the complete time. They extend that to 12/13 because of some parts need to be ordered!!. That mean they did not order anything in the past three weeks. I guess the part must be hand made and shipped from Mars. On 12/12 I called again to confirm the pick up on 12/13. They said they will finish tomorrow but just not sure in the morning or int the evening. Today is 12/13. They did not call. I called them at 3:00. The car is NOT READY yet, they will complete it on 12/17 because of missing parts......... Do you believe them? Never never bring your car into this shop. You will never see it again....I guess they do not care of fixing your car, they just want to squeeze as much money as they can from your insurance company by keeping your car in the shop and submit more bills.I will keep updating the review until I got my car. After I complain on the phone for 10 mins. They call me back in 1 hour and said that the car is ready because they can find the part in the other shop in the town.....Do you believe that? Then I take to their accountant. They said they have more charges on the car so they need to submit the bill to insurance company. Before the insurance company pay it, they cannot release the car. OR I can pay for the bill and get the reimbursement from the insurance company,,,,,.I still cannot pick up the car even they claimed the car is fixed. As I guessed, they try to squeeze as much money as they can from your car.
Terrible experience. Went there by BMW Bellevue recommendation. They set up and appointment for 10 days later. Dropped my car on Monday at 8:30 as they asked. Problem was some tiny scratches on my cars rear bumper, at most a day of work. After four days, on Friday, having not heard from them, I call them. Lady on the phone said she has no idea about how was going on with my car and she told be she would figure out and call me. This was at 10am. At 2pm, still no call. I called and after 5 mins of wait on phone, she said my car will be ready that day, and they would let me know what time to pick up. At, literally, 5:20pm she called me back and she said I could pick up my car. But, she said she is levaing the office at 5:30pm, so I had to hurry :) It was like a joke. I said I can be there at least in 20 mins. She said she wants to start her weekend. After some yelling, what she said was exactly ok, I will be in office till 5:38pm, if you come after that, the door will be closed..So, overall, no customer care, no serious business, no business ethics, nothing. I would say, keep away.
The BMW of Bellevue told me that I need to go to RNR to get the body work but it just a disaster. At first they told me they need 16 work days but now a month and a half passed I still cant my car back.
Awesome work. I would refer anyone here.
....horrible....should I bring it back to them to look what they did on my car? Or never ever come back there?
Best Lexus repair around
We could not have chose a better auto repair shop for our 328i. They helped us with the insurance company woes of having to total it. We really were the customer, not the insurance company.
Horrible. I wrote a review on Yelp. If you want to read it go to yelp.
Guaranteed work
