Excellent service from beginning to end. Eric took excellent care of me, keeping me informed along the way of my car’s progress and working directly with the insurance company. When I picked up my car it looked like new and was washed and waxed. If I ever need body work done again, I will absolutely use them (and I live 45+ minutes away).

I would not use this shop at all. I got my car damaged from car accident and State Farm was recommending this shop for repair. I had some damage on my right side fender and alignment from the damage. After the repair, the alignment is still not fixed and my car steers to right and I asked them to fix the issue. They are making a lots of excuses and very slow and reluctant to fix their job. Definitely poor customer service compared to other body shop. Derek is just playing middle man role and very passive attitude toward customers concerns and their work.

I took my Mercedes here after being in a car accident. One of the worst feelings is not knowing whether your car is fixable, totaled, etc. after an accident. Eric’s service was amazing! CARSTAR Collision Clinic Bellevue did a brilliant job repairing and repainting my 2017 VW Golf R, which had been rear-ended, its rear bumper severely damaged. They communicated well and kept me apprised of the situation throughout the repair process, and worked seamlessly with my auto insurance company.

I had the misfortune of getting rear ended back in August, the final decision on damages did lead to the vehicle being totaled. Despite that, there was a silver lining to the whole process. Working with Carstar Bellevue was nothing but an absolute pleasure. All of their remain staff maintained that same level of professionalism. I was given multiple updates weekly, was able to discuss the process with people that were able to explain it in a way that made sense and kept me involved. My car was damaged in a parking lot fender bender. Carstar was referred to me by my dealership, and they were great. They communicated and scheduled my repairs to take the lady amount of time and the work was amazing.

I was really surprised when I picked up the car. It looked brand new. They went above and beyond to clean it from inside and also on a very short notice they fixed my front license tab which fell off. I had taken my Audi in to Carstar for collision damage last November. What a horrible experience! I had to take my vehicle back in 3 times and still not repaired. They damaged my entire entertainment system the dvd, maps, stereo, cameras.... and then told insurance i lied about it. 6 months after the repairs my door handle just pulled off the the side of the car, after they had replaced it. I refused to take the car back and instead took it to autonation Audi Bellevue. Eric is a liar and incompetent. I had so many excuses levied at me it was unconscionable. Do not give your vehicle to them, they will ruin it.

I had a great time with the service when I went for estimate and the team members were helpful to.Later I called and took appointment and the transition was smooth they arranged drop and pick up to the Enterprise rental nearby.However when I was ready for pickup I found additional scratches and immediately informed the person in charge and he took sometime to identify and see if it was there fault.However at the end there was no results and they denied that it happened there. Again even I dont want to get in this again and left the workshop.

They dont really care for their employees. They fired a girl who is a single parent. She was having childcare conflict after they cut down her hours and reduced her pay when the pandemic hit. She worked in the afternoons and there wasnt any viable reason she could have worked mornings instead. The manager didnt seem to care. Bad leadership.

Had an incident and needed my car repaired back in November. Esurance recommended Carstar. I have now had to return 3 times for aspects that they missed or didn’t actually repair. Full of excuses, Eric has acted like it wasn’t his responsibility. I would never go back.

I brought my car here at the advice of my Toyota dealership and was very impressed with their communication, technical knowledge, and overall friendliness. My car was t-boned and the door didnt close, so I brought the car right in. Despite being back-logged, Chris from Carstar sent detailed pictures (very very detailed) to my insurance company, which allowed them to write up the estimate quickly and get payment approval going without any hassle. At every step of the process, Carstar was sending me emails about what was happening with my car. When you are looking at a very long repair, having a company that proactively sends you notifications on status makes the whole process so much less stressful.Ultimately, after they opened up the car they found more structural damage than expected. Chris immediately took even more detailed pictures and contacted my insurance, copying me so I was in the loop. Because of all the detail and pictures, my insurance company was able to get back to me right away with the total estimate.I was sad to see my car go (I loved that car) but was beyond happy with my experience at Carstar. I should also say that my insurance company referred me to another shop. Despite a promise of a 4 hour turn around time for calling me, I only heard from them via text asking me to call and make an apt. I called and after 20 minutes on hold, their phone system disconnected me. I called Carstar and Beth answered the phone immediately. These guys are very busy, but she took the time to explain some more about the process and helped get me into a rental car.Every time I called, someone answered the phone and they were all friendly and hepful. I cant recommend these guys enough.

This is the last place anyone wants to visit because you need them most when you have crashed your car. However, for someone who recently crashed his car, the experience, the communication and the service of Carstar Collission of Bellevue is superb! They focus on the communication details and dont leave you wondering whats going on. And they treat your car as if it were your best toy, new or old. I brought my car for an estimate and left it there overnight (towed) as Id requested them to perform an estimate. When I arrived on location, the attendent tried to convince me that I had to sign their paperwork as theyd already opened it up and everything (something they cant legally do until AFTER I sign the paperwork). I expect auto body shops to be dishonest - but come on. I had only wanted them to do an estimate while they attempted to hustle me into using their shop without looking around for qoutes. I ended up letting them work on the car to my own misfortune. They made the car look great but after replacing the tie rod, they left the steering wheel remaining crooked even though theyd reassured me that theyd contract the mechanical work and get it done right. Will never come here again.

I worked with Chris who told me in person, over voice mail, and on the phone that he would order glass for my car and never did. I waited for weeks without my car being drivable assuming the glass was just on back order. Will not be going back.

The manager, John, was the one who answered the phone when I was calling collision locations for a quote for our car repair. He said he would set up an appraisal for us before their office opened a few days later, since my husband would have to take off work otherwise in order to come in. The staff were always quick to answer our questions when we called about the status of the car. They took care of working with the rental car company and our insurance company directly, saving us a lot of time. They also gave us a detailed report ahead of time when they discovered additional damage upon taking our car apart. They also took care of the rental car return, which was a huge convenience. We were very satisfied by the work, their warranty, the paint job to match the new parts, and the detailing they did before we picked it up. The office and staff were very professional, courteous, and clean, which made Carstar stand out compared to other collision locations we visited. We will definitely recommend Carstar to friends who need collision repairs.
