Really awesome place. I went to more than 5 body shops and they all gave me pretty high quote to fix this. Maaco gave me the cheapest quote and the best service I could ever get. Hussain was the point of contact, really humble fellow. He made sure my car should look the same as before.

Very satisfied with service. Staff was very professional and timely in communicating and explaining repair details and necessary additions to the list of repairs. I thought the work product was very thorough and high quality.

I came in simply for an estimate. I was kind of greeted but I had to stand there for a bit to actually start my estimate. I wasnt confident in them since I had heard that they lost some keys to another vehicle. Once I got to my estimate, I kept getting told itll be really expensive. I know about my car and its single stage paint, and after I commented on that, the estimator repeated what I had already said as if I didnt know what I had been talking about. I also already understood the process of painting a car but again, I had to be explained on how it works. My fiance went to a different maaco and they quoted him less. This isnt a place for women to go to; theyll quote you higher.

I went here to get a quote for my car body repair. The owner was very friendly and promptly provided me the quote. The whole process took about 15 minutes. Loved the experience!

I can not thank the team in Bellevue for doing such amazing work! I had a large restoration done on my 89 K Chevy and it turned out perfect!Thankful for Rolland and his professional service team that did this! I would never go anywhere else.

Roland painted my 370z matte black and did an amazing job. Super excellent and highly professional. Roland even fogged the rear lights as well, and helped de-badge and paint over badges that couldnt be removed. I was blown away when I went to pick up my car. I would definitely bring my next project car here.

Brought in a front lip to get painted that was completely scuffed up. They did a fantastic job! It’s definitely the best I ever seen it. I originally tried to paint it myself with spray paint and it looked nowhere near as good as Maaco did. Leave it to the professional, trust me. The guys over in Bellevue will take care of you. Only took them two days to get it done!

They did a great job on my bumper repainting it. The trunk was left with polish swirls which look kind of ugly. Was hoping it was polish that would wash off but that is not the case :(

Maaco did a wonderful job painting my Sprinter 3500 high top van. They were able to finish the job quickly and within my deadline for a reasonable price. The customer service was feast and consistent

I got a reasonable price estimate from Maaco, Bel-red road, Bellevue. There was small scratch on rear side apart from dent on my car door. As I was paying out of pocket for dent and paint fix, I did not ask them to work on scratch. To my surprise, they painted that scratch without any extra cost. So in essence, I got my car work done in half the price I would have had paid else where.

Very professional and their quote was the lowest of 5 we got. Job was done in 4 days and looked EXCELLENT. Dents gone, panel replaced and looked like nothing ever happened. Mo was helpful and professional from the start.

(I want to start off with saying I had a Jeep Wrangler Hood that was painted)I was first lured in by this company because of a review that I read that pretty much stated: (a customer had a free paint job)With that being said, if a company cares more about the customer than the money being made I would 100% back that company up before anyone else and be happy to pay said company for the hospitality. With that being said, Roland was a professional and worked with me throughout the process and answered all my questions. He was a PERSON not a business man who just wanted my money. I will 100% recommend him and Maaco every single time. The paint job was amazing and he told me in detail what I should and shouldnt do to the paint till it cures all the way.

Had to get my bumper replaced and it was such a smooth and easy process! Roland was great. I was quoted below all other shops I went to. I came in on a Wednesday for the quote, dropped my car off Thursday and got a call to pick up my car at 10am Friday. The bumper looks great and matches perfectly. Definitely recommend!

I called Maaco Bellevue after a tree fell on my car. The left pillar was damaged and windshield shattered. I did not have insurance coverage and two other shops would not give me a quote from my pictures. They all said the damage was too extensive. Not only did Maaco give me a quote, but they fixed the car by cutting and replacing the frame. And it’s perfect. Paint is matched and all is repaired. They held to their original quote (took about 3 weeks) and I elected to pay more for interior detailing to cover water stains and get all the extra glass out. Mo and the crew are awesome. The same owner that owns this Maacco also owns another Maacco I had previously had problems with. I was referred in house to this shop to get a second opinion on the quality of work performed on my car by the first shop. Without hesitation Roland brought my car in and had all descrepencies fixed on my car in no time! He told me 3 days and it was fixed right on time. I had some over spray and discolored spots from the previous shop but this Maacco fixed everything perfectly and the customer service was amazing! Secondly, they were able to turn around the job with 2 days, a day earlier than they committed, and I was able to go on my vacation knowing that my car was back home. I had this place paint an individual part and it turned out pristine! I have to put it on to make sure it matches the rest of the van but I saw how he got the color he was supposed to paint so I trust it matches.

Mo at Maaco followed up with Allstate He got an adjustment over twice as much as Allstate was willing to give with their customer provided phone claim. ((Drop Allstate!). Maaco got the car done when they said they would. My wife was please. Happy wife, happy life? At least car looks good because of Elle he Maaco.

My 2002 Subaru had peeling clear coat. I told Mo what i wanted and my expectations. The paint job is awesome! This looks like a new car. They removed the wing, logos trim, molding, and did a very fine detailed paint job. No bubbles, orange peel or drips!

Just got my car back yesterday. Professionally handled. The team is friendly and responsive.

I will never recommend this place. The low quality work is not even worth the cheap price. I had a side impact on the door. Their estimate is only half of the 3 other shops. I felt I got a great deal. However, when I got my car back, I was so angry that I was treated, the door is now soft. I can easily push back and forth on the metal panel. The structure was obviously not fixed. They appeared rude when I complained about the quality. Very bad experience.

Ronald was an amazing guy to work with. We had our older car involved in a rear bumper damage and it needed to be replaced. I called around a lot of places in Bellevue area but straight up Ronald’s itemized quote was the most reasonable estimate I received. Even after we dropped our car, there was a delay from the manufacturer, but Ronald was always following up with us and made sure we were aware of the delays and the reasons for the delays. In the end the car came out looking new! Yes, he not only did what was required but went above and beyond to really understand his customers’ needs! And we even got some other service perks for free! (It had horrible skittles kind of stickers all over, he removed them for free). Thank you very much Ronald, my wife is very very happy! And thank you Maaco Bellevue!

They did a great job with my 2010 RAV4, replacing my front bumper 2 years ago after getting into a low speed collision. Today I was there to get my scratches on my car looked after, the owner fixed it in a couple of minutes without charging me. Im sure anyone experienced with cars can probably fix the problem themselves, but at least for me they are honest and have great customer service!

I just had my 92 miata repainted. They painted it the stock miata red and I wasnt sure, beforehand, if the original color would do much for the car. I am so happy with the bright shiny color, body work and all the workmanship. Ive got the cutest miata on the road now!

I have used this shop for both painting and repairs for 15 years now. Ive had at least 5 jobs done in all. Ive been quite satisfied each time. Would recommend.

An Okay paint job, with a staff that doesnt hide their displeasure of being there, and little effort in customer service.

On my first encounter, I had to listen to complaining about coming in on a Saturday, and having to deal with Microsoft customers. I thought, good thing I didnt wear my hoody with the logo on it. He ranted on. They took and extra week to paint the car. The forgot to reinstall my tool box on the truck, so I had to go back and get it and reinstall myself.The paint had dirt and nicks and overspray. It was all pretty obvious. You could see primer over spray in the door jam. Based on their attitude, and how poorly they did, I took the loss without a fight. It wasnt worth the stress and time for folks who just dont get it. But stay far and clear of those guys. Read the reviews with caution is my lesson learned.

Is there any score less than one star? The guy quoted me over $1,300 for Maacos basic, bottom-line paint job and some front-end sanding on my VW beetle. Whatever happened to Maaco being a bargain I asked? He was relentless and unmoving as I begged for a better deal. So I called Woodinvilles Maaco and spoke with Clayton (5-STARS!) who, after viewing the car, bid $589 for the exact same job!! This is a SEVEN HUNDRED DOLLAR difference just for shopping the better Maaco. PLEASE CALL AROUND BEFORE USING BELLEVUE MAACO! They are too proud of themselves and obviously have enough business that they can now rip people off without any shred of remorse. You will LOVE Clayton and Woodinvilles Maaco shop.

If you are local to Bellevue, do yourself a favor and take the short trip to the Woodinville location... The Bellevue location was not friendly and not very knowledgeable about the paint services I was interested in, and they did not offer the current paint promotion that was advertised on TV and radio. All in all, I saved $4000 by going to the woodinville location. Thats right $4,000.. Im not sure if the guy at the Bellevue location was trying to pull one over on me to make a quick buck, or if he just really wasnt understanding what services I wanted. Dont go here....
