Do not buy a car from this dealership. I bought a car from them and upon returning home realized the engine was smoking, so I lifted the hood to realize it was sold to me without an oil cap. Luckily my car wasnt totalled. A few months down the line, they email me to schedule a service appointment (where they confirm my cars make/model), so I do it. When the time comes, they tell me they cannot service my car because it is not a Volvo. Why did they tell me to make the appointment in the first place then? Ive already waited a month for this appointment. They get somebody else and suddenly they can service my car, but I have to wait at LEAST 2 hours and cannot give me a loaner. I came for just an oil change. No thanks, Ill go to a different dealership. Representatives are kind, but they clearly have structural problems. Dont buy from here if you want things done correctly.

I would highly recommend everyone to go through your agreement and transaction from your account carefully. We generally give the credit card and dont see the details. Look at the picture and you will find that Volvo mileage is only 6miles a gallon. They charge $196 for driving approx. 190 miles. Their website says the fuel tank capacity is less than 20gl but they filled 35gl in this car and charged me $196. Hope this is just a software mistake or weekend pressure :). Volvo please reach out to me and if it is just a software mistake, I am happy to delete my post.
Fell in love and Test drove a certified car with a great salesperson. When ready to purchase, they told me the car sticker price was marked wrong. When explained to management the did nothing and refused to honor the marked price. I left extremely disappointed. There was no apology and no willingness to adjust the price at all.

Just bought a used minivan here and had an overall great experience. Kevin B and staff were nice and polite to me and my family.You will get options for upgrades on your purchase, like all dealerships, but they were accommodating when I declined.They work with BECU for financing, which is a big plus.
Everyone was personable. I think the techs did a good job. It took an hour to get a shuttle to pick me up and another 20 minutes for them to find the key to my vehicle. The vehicle was returned dirty but I was given a card for a free car wash. My previous experiences were a lot better. Will be looking to have my vehicle serviced elsewhere.
We were loyal customers to Barrier and Autonation Volvo. However, under this new management our experience has been very disappointing. Yes, we purchased the car and the car itself is great. The new staff working there, however, has no idea what they are doing. Many things went wrong: the lady who was the primary salesperson didnt even suggest to see the new vehicle before we made the deal. We asked her several times to not forget about our customized license frame and the clicker: this got completely ignored despite something like 13 phone calls and one personal visit. She ignored the topic while we were there: when our trade in car was still there. The manager and all other people never solved this issue. Furthermore, even more infuriating, they did not submit the request for the new plates in time. And obviously they did not have even guts to say we lost it, just gave us weeks of a round around. Great cars, but go somewhere else until they clean up their act.
The sales and finance staff were personable, communicated well and followed up with the sale of my new xc40 Recharge. The actual delivery was a bit rocky in terms of pairing with the vehicle. Staff were not as well trained or knowledgable as I would have hoped. But in their defense, these vehicles dont stay on the lot long enough to provide training. I ordered the car online and paid a deposit. To my surprise the vehicle arrived in one week. (Chip shortage and new vehicle shortage notwithstanding).
Had a great experience with G. Within minutes of calling in he sent me a lot of pics of the vehicle I was interested in. When I came in the car was parked in front and ready. He was very professional and respectful of our time which I really appreciated. Was in and out in about 90 mins. Actually everyone at the store was great. Im also in the industry as well, in sales, this was an ideal experience. Thanks G!
Absolutely no credit!I did a test drive today and was interested in one of the xc60 model. Sales agent asked me whether I would buy the car right now if they can offer me a decent price. I said yes if the price is good. Then we spent almost an hour to make an oral deal (actually they have already had my signature to proceed the deal). However the deal got declined by another agent, and raised the monthly payment by almost $200 which was totally unacceptable! I wasted my whole afternoon and only got a joke. This dealership took customer experience irresponsibly and do not comply with their own words. Can’t imagine what kind of service will be like after sale.If you’d like to buy a car, DO NOT choose this dealership.
I visited this Saturday to purchase a used SUV this weekend. Stephan was incredibly responsive, personable and patient as he worked with me to get a price I was comfortable with. He took his time and explained everything thoroughly and advocated for his client. Wonderful experience, very glad I went.
Stephanie was my service advisor. She was professional, detailed, and gave exceptional customer service. I had several issues with my car and she was able to provide me with a few options in order to complete things in stages of importance. Stephanie also offered some discounts which allowed me to complete everything that needed to be done. I have always had very good service from this dealership but l was extremely impressed with Stephanie and her ability to work with me.
Best car buying experience EVER. Rhonda and Mark and truly exceptional and deserve all the raises. Everyone was very kind here in addition to these two. I have bought a few cars in the past (from other places) and each time it was tumultuous, anxiety ridden and really made me question my life choices. Not here in the least. I can’t stress enough how happy I was after buying my Volvo and even more so how wonderful it was to meet gems like Rhonda and Mark. Go get you a Volvo…or whatever else they have for sale here!
First off what a gorgeous car they sold me. I had been looking at the car online and was debating if I wanted to drive the 82 miles in Seattle traffic. I promise you, whatever distance you must drive to purchase a car from Volvo of Bellevue, it will be worth it. I interacted with the GM Ken, Service Manager Ryan, Devin in finance and finally, our salesman Ross Canterberry. There was never an uncomfortable moment with any of the staff, what a very friendly and professional team. There were a couple of unforeseen challenges but the team at Volvo of Bellevue handled with honestly and professionalism. I will but my next car from Volvo of Bellevue and would recommend you do as well.

My husband and I have been looking to upgrade to a more family friendly vehicle for a while now. We ended up finding an amazing deal here. So we called and spoke to Rhonda and she scheduled us the same day. She was so personable and honest with us throughout the whole sale. We then got together with Chris to close out the deal and he was so awesome. We’ve purchased a few cars in our lives and they seriously made it the easiest and best experience we’ve had. Purchased a vehicle from here and had quite possibly the worst experience.I drove to Bellevue from Seattle(where I live) and since I had to drive my other car home the salesman offered to drop the car off to me.(I was really pleased at the offer and accepted). He said he’d drop it off after work. He calls and tells me he’ll be at my place in 30 minutes, over an hour goes by and he didn’t show so I called him and he said he got lost and to send him the address and he’d be on his way. He doesn’t show at all, stops answering his phone and won’t answer my messages.The next day rolls by and still don’t have the vehicle I purchased. I had a friend drive me to the dealership so I could just drive the car home. No one at the dealership could find my car or the salesman I worked with. They sent me home in a rental car while they tried to attempt to find my car.I hear from the sales manager the next day saying the car “just magically showed up overnight and they don’t know how it got there”It took two days to get my vehicle and the dealership had no answers for me.Also during the paperwork process the salesman tried to tell me they only work at one bank with their loans. He told me they had only sent my application out to two or three banks then I find out on my credit report they applied me to 6 banks so my credit took even more of a hit.I appreciate the help of the manager Devin White who is a great guy and even brought me my spare key in his personal time, but the rest of process was highly unprofessional and I will not be recommending this place to anyone.

It was kind of a cluster. I was told my car would be ready in 2-3 hours. I hadn’t heard anything after 3.5 hours so I returned to the dealership and saw that my car was parked right next to the service department door. I went inside and asked for an update. After giving the service person my name and phone number multiple times, they told me my car would be ready soon. I waited another hour and then asked for an update. They brought in a mechanic who told me they would need my car for 2-3 days. I was only in for a 10k mile check so I asked for clarification. He started to explain that something major was broken and I asked him to confirm that he was talking about the car outside and pointed to my car. There was another customer with the same, incredibly common, last name in for service and he was giving me an update on their car. Finally my service person from the morning appears and says that my car is ready. I am fairly certain that my car was ready for hours before I was actually able to take it home and if I hadn’t asked multiple times, I think I would have waited even longer. I’m not sure what happened but an explanation and apology would have been nice.
I called after finding the perfect used van on their website. I told them I was ready to buy immediately, but could not make it over to Bellevue from my home in Kitsap County. Brooke, Ken and Mark made it happen by putting all the necessary documents together and driving the van out to an agreed upon meeting place halfway between our two locations. They even took my trade in van!! I LOVE my new vehicle and am grateful to the team at Volvo Cars of Bellevue for going above and beyond to make it happen.
I had visited the dealership in December and wasnt very impressed as the facility is old. I had replied back to the General Manager about my experience and he told us about the plans of updating the dealership. We sat on getting a car for a little bit and finally decided to make a custom order with Volvo of Tacoma. The car arrived in May and we decided on a price. I reached back to this dealership to see what price they can offer me for a similar build, and was assigned to work with Andy.From there, the process was a breeze. Andy was spot-on, gave me a good price, was very responsive, adjusted the price for the car I had reached out for (it got sold, but a similar one was available but was expensive by $100 - Andy accounted for it and kept the price same) and was overall very easy to work with.We took delivery within a week for initially contacting, and despite the Finance manager calling in sick, I had Christopher, who is the new car manager help us complete the paperwork.If I have one complaint to make - its that they dont carry the Volvo extended warranty, but from a different 3rd party vendor. Christopher matched the price of Volvo provided warranty and assured me its the same so I did go for it - but it would have been better to get a Volvo recommended extra warranty.However, I was very impressed with Andy - as he was very polite, to-the point and helpful. We walked out with a bag full of swags after Christopher came to know that we have twins on the way! I am feeling good about our purchase and will recommend the dealership to anyone looking to buy a Volvo.

Recently, we purchased an XC60 from this location. From the initial interaction I had setting up the appointment with Greg, to our first test drive with Ross, this team did a phenomenal job of helping us find exactly what we wanted. When we decided to go back for a second test drive, Rob was super helpful in making the event memorable. When we made the decision to purchase, he helped us through the entire process and followed up to see how things were going once we had the vehicle for a few days. I’d highly recommend this team when you are looking for a new vehicle.
Good Customer service. They have great team works. Their sales help each other up. Not selfish. Work like a family. They are honest about Price. Not pushing you for extended warranty or thing you don’t need.Only thing I dislike is checking credit so many time. I get notifications from my credit company they check my credit many time and try with different lender. If you are paying Cash then no need to worry.

We have been spoiled by the extremely organized and professional Service Department at the Lexus dealership here in Bellevue. They are the Gold Standard. Volvo on the other hand has a ways to go. Nice people but their service team is not all on the same page and, as the customer, we were left to make the phone call to find out why after 2.5 days we had not heard from anyone. Then, we had to “fight” with the 3rd party warranty to get our coverage! The left hand and the right hand are not connected and working as one!A car wash would also be a nice touch.

Used them for the last 3 years always have had good service until recently. I think they have just grown too fast for their staffing. In Aug 2021 for a check up and breaks; took them 5 days (Thursday through Monday) to get my car back to me and no loaner car was available. No contact after the first day. All the information was handled through one person. Even though that person had the weekend off. Ended up calling multiple times a day (Friday and Saturday) to just try and get some information about my car, would just sent to voice mail with no resolution or information. It wasnt until after close on Saturday that I found out my car was ready for pick up, which could be done on the following Monday. Pervious service has always been same day. It was very frustrating to not have my car for so long.
Service was fine. Reason for 3 star review is the car is showing washer fluid low sign 1 week after service was done. I was told that all fluids were topped off.
They’ve always done good work on my car. The service is great. I got there 2 minutes pass the service center close and Gevmaine Kendrick got my car and bill for me and had me on my way in no time.
Friendly staff and felt very welcomed at reception. Knowledgeable service recommendations that made sense. Better appointment availability than other dealerships in area. Will be coming back!
Dropped my car off on a Tuesday from regular maintenance and was told it would be ready that evening. Since they provided a loaner, I arranged to pick it up the following day by noon and was assured it would be ready. On Wednesday, I called and was told it would be ready on Thursday. Thursday came and went and my voicemail messages were never returned. Finally on Monday, I called again and was told I could pick up my car. Later that day I noticed my check engine light was not reset. Everyone at this service center is very nice but I’m not sure if I will continue to bring my car here.
Quoted me 2-3 hours but it took 4 hours. I would caution the service agents about talking candidly about other customers as we could hear the conversation from the waiting room. It seemed like they were not focused on getting you out of there, and only my checking in seemed to keep the process moving.

Had the worst Service experience at Volvo Bellevue. I called and scheduled a service and warranty appointment about three weeks in advance for the first visit to this dealership since I was going to be running errands around Bellevue I wanted to go to Volvo of Bellevue. Upon arrival on my scheduled appointment I was told I am no where to be found in the system and have no appointment. The staff seemed extremely short and busy. I explained that I had an appointment and was here for both service and warranty, the girl helping me was very short and said actually you’re not even due for service, and that she could do the warranty part if I wanted to wait. Wait what!? How come the person on the phone didn’t check that first? Where was my appointment time? And why did I waste my time driving to Bellevue in traffic to have to wait for a warranty part inside the dealership that looked old and super small. I said no thanks, I will schedule all of this with my current dealership in Lynnwood Volvo that ALWAYS treat me so well, and even remember me by name when I come in (Thanks Benny!) :)
Ross did a great job! We got a fair price for our trade in and the vehicle we purchased. Once we made our decision Ross got us through the paperwork very expeditiously.
Honestly, it was just OK. Two hours seems excessive for an oil change with appointment. I was told to come back and then still had to wait. Terrance was helping another customer and I was told only he could assist me. He bragged that it was early by 15 minutes, but then I had to spend that saved time removing the plastic seat cover and paper floor mat and all of the black smudge marks from my interior (console, gear shift, wheel, door, controls, etc.). I expect better service from a Volvo dealership.

Had a 9:30am appt and was scheduled to wait on the vehicle. Upon drop off, we were told it would take 2-3 hours. We went shopping around the area because the waiting area is a small room with 3 chairs. About 12pm, I received a call that there was a quality control recall and they would add it to my service, but he was unable to estimate how long that would take. When we returned to the waiting area around 2pm, we still had no vehicle. At 3:30pm we were told the vehicle was in the wash. FINALLY, we got the car back at 4:30pm just in time for traffic. Bottom line, don’t make the mistake of waiting on your vehicle. The waiting area is awful, and you will wait for 7 hours when you only require a 10K mile regular service.
Germaine is extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the brand. The service was quick and thorough. I will return for any future service needs.

Excellent service, very friendly, we had an emergency trip to Redmond from out of state and needed our car serviced prior to driving back across country. They were able to fit us in on short notice.
I brought my vehicle in for warranty repairs and and oil change. I dropped my car off and picked up a loaner - no problems. However, I attempted to contact my service advisor 3 times (1 call; 1 voicemail, & 1 text) to get the repair status (were parts in stock or not; were any other problems found) and to determine when my car would be ready - no response. I was finally able to talk with someone in the service department on the third day to determine my car was ready and that one of the warranty repairs was not done because part were on backorder.I was underwhelmed by the experience.
Just bought a car from this dealership two days ago and I just wanted to say that they made the experience very easy and pleasant. Especially Rhonda, the salesperson who helped us. She was very friendly, honest, made sure we were happy with our purchase and was very helpful. Overall, would definitely love to come back again to buy another car from Rhonda.

I made an appointment weeks in advance and I left the car on Friday for routine 25K maintenance. Later this afternoon I was asked to leave the car till Monday. Fine, I agreed. But on Monday nobody called. I left some messages, nobody called back. On Tuesday I kept calling - this is truly painful experience, you are struggling to get through prerecorded messages telling you how your call is important, then you are bumped from one rep to another and put on hold. Huge loss of time to get any info. Moreover, the info is typically well call you back. I also tried texting and sending e-mails - they are not responded to. Eventually I got my car on Wednesday.In addition to routine maintenance I also asked to calibrate my front camera because the picture is angled and this makes the 360 view useless when it is needed, for example, when entering a narrow garage. First they were not able to replicate the issue, then they told me this is normal (it is not, it was perfect when I bought the car). I had to explain over and over again that they have to be close to a gate or garage door to see the problem. Finally, I was told that it was fixed. No, it was not. I am deeply surprised that an authorized Volvo dealership offers such poor service.
I tried to buy one of their used vehicles, but living out of state made it difficult. They said they do not take deposits or hold vehicles. I offered full price and to wire the funds immediately as this was the perfect vehicle for my college son. I was then told they had other people interested and that they were flying in to see the vehicle- they could not sell it to me. What happpened to they could not hold the vehicle?If that isnt the run around, what is.....Avoid this place....Side note: The salesperson, Rhonda, went above and beyond to accomodate, but the GM Ken was unresponsive.....

Ross had called me to let me know the car had arrived and set up an appointment to come in for documents signing. The documents process took only 10 minutes and Ross really took his time to explain the different futures of the XC90. Everyone from management to sales team work in sync. Thank you guys!
This is the third time we have had our car in for the same issues and after aweek, they werent able to recreate the problem. I believe they are diagnosing on a computer, and replacing parts, but not actually having a mechanic work on the vehicle.I am so disappointed. We will have to return to Larrys Volvo.
We purchased our 1st Volvo at Bellevue location a month ago. Honestly we werent ready at the time and it was our first time to simply check things out. Francisco who made test-drive appointment for us, and later our sales representative, was the one who made everything happen. No one could be more genuine, kind, helpful, friendly as Francisco. Even after knowing that we had a wide time window-- somewhere from a few months to next year-- he still genuinely answered all of our questions and never turned a colder shoulder on us. He told us its ok if we dont know what we want yet-- thats your car, we want to make you happy and we will help you find what makes you happy! He listened so patiently to our needs, from features to colors-- and because of that, he was able to match us with a rare find-- the color and every single feature of the car met our specific needs, and the price perfectly landed in our range. Everything was so great that we did not want to walk away. And we ended up making the decision on that day. Later Francisco introduced Ronda to us. When doing the delivery, Ronda and Francisco spent more than an hour with us in our new car, walking us through the features in details. Especially after knowing we are heading out to a camping trip soon, Francisco took us on another drive to demonstrate how to fully utilize all the cool features, including auto pilot-- which turned out to be one of the most amazing features that made our road trip so much more pleasant and comfortable! We cant thank Francisco and Ronda enough for all of that! The general manager, Mr. White, also tried his best to make the process as smooth as possible for us. Mac, Finance manager, helped us patiently walked us thru all the add-on services available for us to protect our new car, which greatly added values to our purchase. Because of the team of Volvo Bellevue, the entire experience with Volvo was nice and warm; the time spent with them was like spending time with our own friends. This was the best car purchasing experience weve ever had. We thank the team at Volvo Bellevue for all of that. For sure Volvo cars sell themselves, but genuine people who guided you through that process add precious memory on top of it. We recommend Volvo Bellevue to anyone whos considering a Volvo, and if you ask for Francisco to be your sales rep, you know youll be in good hands!

The car is amazing. So happy with the car.The delivery of the car took almost 4.5 hours. I had to wait with family in the dealers office for a long time. My trade in and loan application may have taken long time to process. But we should have prepared for long wait time especially with kids. Please inform the customers the average wait time in advance.
Awesome experience from first contact with Wes on the internet until signing the final papers with Mark.Brooke greeted us upon our arrival for a test drive in a professional way making us feel very comfortable. Due to a problem at work we had to leave with out making a final decision. Brooke stayed in touch and Wes also followed up to be sure we were satisfied.We returned and JT picked up from there and the deal was done. Truly a team effort with all doing a great job. Weve been coming here for years. This last visit was disorganized at best. I was promised a 15 percent discount which I didnt receive. The car was supposed to be detailed. It wasnt. I never received calls to update me on progress, and when we called twice for an update we were transferred to a service manager who never answered after being told by the service desk they couldnt find the car in the service log. I actually received a text telling me they were sorry theyd missed me and asked it I wanted to reschedule, when theyd had my car for over 24 hrs. I could go on, but you can get a good idea how this visit went. One more chance then Im done.
Easy to work with the entire crew from the internet crew, to Andre the sales rep, to Devin the GM and even Mark the finance dept. would definitely recommend for new or used vehicle shopping.
Anderson Bryant Jr. helped us out with our used car purchase. The experience was pleasant, especially the negotiating portion. He also helped us out explain the technology in the car quite patiently. I, however, will have to say that the financing portion was draining and it could’ve been a lot smoother.

I was looking at many different vehicles and visited a lot of local dealers. I intentionally shopped without my husband. The first dealer to truly treat me with respect, care and consideration was Volvo of Bellevue. Andrew Wireman sold me my new Volvo and was never high pressure, listened intently and was very supportive. Other dealers regarding cars said things like: if you dont buy right now, itll be gone by tomorrow.Beyond the lack of pressure- Andrew really LISTENED. In fact, he spent more time listening than talking; always a plus! Since my purchase he has followed up and remembered small details about our family, which shows a lot. When he brought those up, it did not come across as salesy or smarmy; but with genuine curiosity....rare these days.The sales manager, Devin White, was more than warm. He was eager to help, to create an environment that supporting getting all my questions answered. I had a great experience at Bellevue Volvo buying a used vehicle. The sales associate that assisted me was Ross Canterberry and Id highly recommend him. The General Sales Manager, Devin White, was equally as impressive. Both were very professional and a pleasure to work with. Normally I would shy away from car dealerships but I was treated fairly & drove home a great vehicle at an excellent price. I wouldnt hesitate to come back for my next purchase and I highly recommend them. 5 Stars here, you wont be disappointed.

Service appointment was 15 minutes in and out, employees were genuinely friendly, and I was given a very nice loaner vehicle to use. The next day when I returned the vehicle it took about 10 minutes and I was on my way. Quick and painless!
Don French was one of the best humans we have worked with in customer service and car sales. He went the extra mile for us and made sure our new lease transaction was successful before Volvo changed their finance programs. He also delivered our car to our home. This was a 5 star experience from start to finish! Andy (Anderson) was wonderful -- excellent follow-up/follow-thru and my husband and I were treated like old friends... no games, no back and forth non-sense, just top-notch service and respect. Ive bought 10 cars over my life-time, and this was BY FAR my best experience. Christopher helped us in finance and made it a completely no-stress process and met/exceeded our every request. Counter service person was 5-star! She was a delight, friendly, and customer-oriented. I did, however, get forgotten in the waiting area for the courtesy ride back home and had to wait an extra hour for a loaner vehicle to become available so the nice young man Blaze could give me a ride. This made me miss my doctors appointment.Appearance of waiting area was poor. Stripped down and bare of any amenities. It used to be a welcoming waiting area with complimentary water, magazines and cookies when it was AutoNation. Now it consists of 4 chairs period. And it looks like a jail cell.The check-in area is disorderly, dirty and filthy looking. What happened to this Volvo dealership? It was so pristine and professional looking when owned by AutoNation. It has gone down the tubes! I will not be returning again.

I recently bought a new Volvo XC60 at Volvo Bellevue. Overall, it was pretty much the same standard car buying process like a bit of negotiation back and forth plus a couple of hours of documentations. My sales rep, Ross Canterberry, did a fantastic job helping me getting all the required paper works done, getting my car ready and walking through what I need to know about the docs and about the car as well in a very friendly yet professional manner. I would work with Ross again for my next vehicle or even recommend my friends.Thank you Ross!
Went to the dealer based on the good reviews but was absolutely disappointed. The sales rep seemed the least interested to sell a car and basically denied a test drive as I did not have my personal car insurance. (The idea being I need a car insurance only if I own a car and not otherwise).In their words, I will let you see the car but not drive it. Not buying any cars from here!
Pretty bad service department.First they broke something during a regular oil change, it caused an oil leak, they fixed it but I had to tow the car in.Next time I went to replace a rear light. After replacing the light the bumper cover was not installed correctly by the technicians. Showed it to the Germaine, he said he will call me next week and sort it out. Never got a call back. Scheduled a regular appointment weeks in advance (due to their availability). They tried fixing the bumper cover by hitting it in place. Which didnt work and they broke it further. So now I need a new bumper cover. And again I was told by Germaine that I will get a call during the week. The week has passed and I didnt get a call yet.So, be cautious coming here, theres a chance you might get your car broken and them unwilling to fix their mistakes.
Just bought a Volvo from here. Came up from Portland and there were no game played. The deal was exactly what we discussed. They were great to work with. Explained everything about the car without rushing us. No high pressure sales. Wish all dealers were this great to work with. Only complaint was the facilities were a little dated and didnt have much as far as waiting rooms etc.
We were very pleased with our interactions with the Bellevue VOLVO service department this week. The employees were efficient and kind, which is always appreciated. They did an absolutely outstanding job of fitting us into their schedule when we arrived on the wrong day for our appointment. It was our mistake. We had written it wrong on our calendar. They helped us out very much by fitting us in right then! Excellent service!

This was my second time purchasing my new Volvo with you. Just as wonderful as the last time! Theresa was great and had the car we wanted ready to go as well as pulled a second similar model so we could make sure we were selecting the correct one. She was friendly and easy to work with. Most pleasurable car buying experience I’ve ever had! All the staff was super helpful and didn’t waste my time. We especially were thankful for our salesman Ross, we came in to look at a used car after we already had a car on reserve at a different dealer. We liked the car here at Volvo better so I asked to match the price and we will buy this one. They made it happen! No fight! We live over an hour away but I’m still going to recommend this dealer and salesman to my friends! Very happy with our overall experience and the car we bought.

If I could give this dealership 10 out of 10 stars I would. Completely stress free environment and my salesman Andrew was fabulous. Very friendly and willing to work with my on my price. He was understanding on some of the problems with the vehicle and made sure to get those fixed for me at no extra cost. Overall, they treated me like a human customer instead of just a sack of money as other dealers do. I highly recommend you go to this dealership and check them out. Make sure to ask for Andrew to be your salesperson and point of contact! Frustrating to bring in your car for a minor repair and be without a car for 72 hours. Not to mention communication was quite poor. Calls and texts were not returned promptly
Worst service in my life. Scheduled a simple oil change. Three hours later I was finally able to leave; car was finished.

I had my Volvo XC90 bought this weekend. Im giving a 4 starts because I was initially attended by someone that was absolutely not interested in attending me. I was with my little kid and Im sure the guy thought I was just spending time with my little one. He didnt even stand up to talk to me and not only that, he presumed I knew everything about the car and started to correct me . Long story short I asked the manager to change the sales person. I had Anderson Bryant taking care of me. He was amazing. Did an excellent job in explaining the car, the options and everything a customer should get. He got a good deal for me and boom! here I am happy with XC90.Tip for the manager: TRUST your senior people and dont put all of them on back room as they are today. They deserve to be in the main room attending customers.
