I have a friend who took her car there after being in an accident to get it repair there (rear quarter panel) and yesterday may 4th 2021, when she got it back she noticed some things missing from her engine bay. Her battery was swapped for a different one and engine cover was gone. Not only that, they messed with the headlights which weren’t working properly. Don’t see why the front of her car was touched when the work was being done in the rear. Also, she wrote a review yesterday expressing her disgust with the business and by today (May 5th 2021) her review was deleted and she got banned from posting another one. The only reason why she took her car to this place was because it had “good reviews” now we see why. Please don’t take your car here they’ll take parts from your car! I don’t know if because she’s a woman they thought she wouldn’t notice, but she does know her car stuff after being in the car business for a while.
I brought my car in after a accident to be looking at and repaired. I am extremely impressed with the customer service, the detail, and the above/beyond service that they did. They even cleaned and washed my entire car inside and out. Was a lovely special touch and they always made sure to keep me updated through text message about the progress of my vehicle. 5 star, defiantly recommend.-Nathan

I had a car break in and the perp totally destroyed my door. I was so stressed about the whole thing until I dropped my car off at service king and they took care of everything. They had to replace the door and did an awesome job blending the paint around it so it isn’t noticeable at all. I got text message notifications all along the way so I knew the estimated finish time. Then whole repair took less than a week and staff were all very professional and nice. They vacuumed up all the glass for me and cleaned the interior and exterior. Honestly my car hasn’t looked so nice since I bought the thing!All in all so happy I chose to go with service king. This was definitely my most positive repair shop experience, and I would come back again if I needed another repair. Thank you service king!Also all interactions were done outside and very respectful and cognizant of covid.

Took my boss car here a few times, one time to have a rear bumper fixed from an accident, and the second time to have a paint touch up on the bumper. Easy to work with and was able to get the car done in the exact time i needed it. Highly recommend.
The work Service King does is excellent - my car was returned to me far, far better than I left it. The area(s) damaged by the accident were completely repaired. The paint looked exactly like the original color and made my car look brand new.Bonus points, there were some minor dings and dents not caused by my auto accident that Service King repaired at no charge.Finally, I really appreciated the frequent and thorough communications throughout. Emails and text messages were plentiful, I could tell where my auto was in the process, and I understood when my car would be ready, even after a few delays caused by wrong parts. Highly recommend
My vehicle repairs were handled exceptionally well.The metal work and painting were simply impeccable. The plastic panels and moldings that were damaged in the accident were replaced with genuine Honda brand-spanking-new ones.In the end, me vehicle looked as if the accident had never happened!Once the repairs were complete, my vehicle was cleaned up nicely. Especially, I was impressed with the vehicles rugs. They looked like they were brand-new.My Service Adviser, Ms. Danielle Howard, was simply awesome! Extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and caring. Updated : Service King contacted me again and offered to resolve this issue again and provided a rent car as free of charge. After they took care of it more carefully, issue is resolved and they return my car after washing the car. Happy to see that their quality of work is really good at this time.My Lexus RX350 rear bumper need to fix but service king found out additional damage inside the bumper and finally insurance agreed to replace bumper. Unfortunately, when they installed new bumper, they made the scratch my car nearby bumper. Although they polished, i still can see the scratch. However, they said that was their best and just wanted to close this issue quickly.I am very disappointed this situation and i would like to go to Lexus dealer-shop, if i have to go next time.
I’m guessing they’re fabulous based on how long it takes. Although, I have not considered the impact this epidemic has on our parts supply.. so there is that. I’ll up my stars and just know it gonna be great! ;) thanks guys!
Got rear-ended and Service King Bellevue did a fantastic job restoring my car to like-new condition. In addition, I got it back in cleaner condition than it was when I brought it in! Yev was super-patient with me by explaining the repair process. Id never had to have body work done to a car and my engineering brain had lots of questions that he had good, logical answers to. He didnt talk down to me either! :) Car was ready a day early to boot. I dont anticipate having to go back for re-work but appreciate the lifetime warranty!

I took my ‘03 Audi A4 in last Tuesday for a bumper repair. The reason I chose Tuesday is because they advised me getting my car in early in the week would assure it would be ready for pickup by the end of the week. I could NOT have been more wrong. On top of that, I get a message from them saying my car is “near completion”...to me that meant it would be ready by end of day. I take the bus for over a week to get to work and my husband has picked me up until yesterday when I get this message. I get on the bus to get to this shop and get slapped in the face big time. Not only did they close at 5 (which is when I get off work) but the bumper was not even on. Never had I felt so mislead and slapped in the face. When I get my car back, I am NOT doing business with them EVER AGAIN. And my husband is on board with me for this.😡😞
This place really needs to get their act in order on help customers that have been waiting for their vehicles in the waiting room. My truck was done parked outside but here I am waiting while they are helping others customers. This is now the third time I have had to come back to have my vehicle properly fixed. What a huge waste of my time?

I had taken my Mercedes C300 in to get my door repaired through Geico after I hit a pole in a parking garage. Danielle and Ian were amazing. They listened to me and my concerns, kept me updated on the process and were transparent about costs, and my car was ready earlier than expected. Unfortunately, I got into an accident shortly after getting my car back. Fortunately, they provided the same level of service as the first time!

I had the work done about 3 years ago and it still looks good. The car they repaired was 18 years old at the time (now 21 years old), so I was concerned about the color matching, but 3 years later it still looks like the rest of the vehicle. I would use the Bellevue location again. My mom used the Newcastle location, and I wasnt as impressed with their work.
Overall I am very satisfied with the repair Service King performed on my Tesla. They were honest from the start in regards to timeliness in multiple aspects. It means a lot to stay informed in regards to the process and overall service king excelled in this. Everyone I spoke with was professional and kind. The car was very clean upon pick up and the repair looks great.
I had a really good experience here when repairing the front bump cover. My service advisor Danielle helped me go through everything with prompt update. The job was finished several days earlier than expected! On top of the repair, they also helped me remove and replace a sticky plate screw!

These guys did a great job fixing my car after somebody hit it in a parking lot. Philip Christensen was handling my repair. The quality of the work was great, it alone is enough to give them 5 stars. But the story didnt end there: I had an unpleasant situation with a rental car I was using while my car was being worked on - the circumstances were such that you could argue both ways, and they could totally make me deal with it all by myself. But they took full responsibility and did everything to play it in my favor. So, based on my experience, I highly recommend them not only because they are great professionals, but also because they are genuinely good people striving to do the right thing.
May car had a paint job after it was hit while parking.They took care of the car, but there were some issues with the final finish. Shop manager (I guess his name is James ) was honest with me and mentioned that he agrees with me that finishing could be fixed. He mentioned that they will be in touch with me once the expert guy is available to see how he can fix the paint job. Also offered a rental car while it is being fixed.Overall, I like their honesty and work ethics.I will follow up to this review once final things are done.[Update]Yes, they did what they promised. Took the car to do final touches and gave me rental car for one day.But unfortunatelyes werent as professional as I was thinking.My final opinion is that service king has really good service and they wont rip you off. But if you are looking for professional paint job then may be car dealership can do better, but I will still recommend service king to friends.
I was sent to Service King Bellevue by Geico after my Porsche Cayenne Turbo S was hit while I was stopped at a stoplight (ouch). I was reluctant, at first, since they were not a Porsche Approved Collision Center. But after my initial visit to Service King, talking with Danielle about their process, and comparing notes with my independent estimate at a Porsche Approved facility, I chose to have Service King do the repairs. I am happy I did. The body work and paint restored the car perfectly, they used all OEM parts, they noticed items to fix that the other shop didnt, they kept me up-to-date via text on the progress, and did the repairs in 10 days. I am impressed.
Update: got the call on the same day, the staff explained the reason of this delay, and was able to get this car picked up on the next day.-------------Today is Oct 15, and I am still waiting for the status update. It was supposed to be done one week ago. It once said it was ready, when I came there, cannot even open the door, so they said they needed to repair it again, and then kept delaying.
Our insurance recommended Service King to have our bumper repaired. Their service far exceeded my expectations. Clark from Service King, and Brian, the Geico adjuster (who has an office at SK) worked together to finish the job earlier than quoted. The whole process was very streamlined, and I was kept in the loop every step of the way. Would highly recommend Service King to anyone needing auto repair.

I am extremely pleased with the work done to repair my vehicle the week of Sept. 9th. The appointment process couldnt have been easier or more efficient. I didnt have to ask many questions. They do this every day, so theyve got the process down. I showed up on time for my appointment and only had to wait a short while for them to help the customer before me. My paperwork was completed and ready to access. Yev, the person that managed the work process for my vehicle, was friendly, professional and attentive. It was very convenient that Enterprise had a representative onsite to assist w/my rental car. There was a little confusion w/the payment of the rental and he communicated directly w/the insurance company and had it worked out, to my benefit, in a matter of minutes and had me in the vehicle and on my way to work. The work and customer service I received at this Service King location was stellar. Thank you.

I would like to say that my experience with Kirmac and GEICO was nothing like the previous reviewers. They were terrific when my car was vandalized and needed a new bumper. They both were honest with me about the possibility of a week to get the bumper for my car as my model was only made for a limited time and there are sometimes issues with receiving parts for it in a timely manner. After leaving the car with the understanding it could be a week, they notified me that afternoon they were able to order the parts and it would be finished in 2 days, not a week as originally feared. They sent me constant updates with information on the progress of my repair and, I was pleasantly surprised when my repairs were completed a full day early. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants repairs to their vehicle done in a prompt and competent way. They even vacuumed the car out for me, and I have a toddler so there was a lot of crumbs in the back seat. Thank you so much Matt and Mike, I really appreciate you getting me back on the road so fast.

My husband’s WRX was involved in a collision and our insurance chose Service King in Bel-Red to repair the damages. From the day my husband took in the car to the day we picked it up, the staff of Serice King in Bellevue have been so attentive and called us for any and all updates regarding our vehicle. Not only did they finish the repairs in a timely manner (it took one week), they also detailed the car. My husband’s car looks as if the accident never occurred! Great work.

If i could do negative stars on this i totally would. -5 *s...where do i start.... well the customer service is great as far as the way they talk to you.. they make you feel like you are in good hands but that is not quite the case.... i hate writing reviews because i hate wasting my time..... they had my car for about a month.. brand new car i just bought it 10 months ago... i had heard great things about this shop... it was a roof repair job with some side damage to the right rear quarter panel and right rear passenger door.. the body work quality was great as they had to replace the roof.. the paint was not really matching the original color but oh well its close enough... the problem i have is that when they fixed my car they create more damage that was not there when i first brought the car in.. i told them when i first got there how much pride i took on my car i showed them the only damage that was on my car which was mostly rock chips on the hood no dents or dings on any panel besides the repair area... now the car has scratches on almost every panel door jamb and some of the glass they had to remove has the molding around it chewed up... there is a big stain of either epoxy glue or seam seal on the front passenger seat... that needs a new seat cover good luck trying to get that out... there are scratches that are very obvious next to the panels they had to paint... you can tell they were done when the car was being prepped for paint.... there are dual action sander marks in the door jambs where you can tell the guy who was operating it either slipped and hit the adjacent panel or just did not care.. obviously they did not care because why would you deliver a car to its owner with scratches that were not there... there is a big dent on the door jamb that was not there before.. and another ding on the left quarter panel where its small enough but its still there... they also missed to repair a door handle that was part of the original estimate... keeping a car at your shop for almost a month gives you enough time to not miss something that is included on the estimate... there is mad over spray everywhere. and on top of that they gave me the car 2 days late.... this shop does not care about customers or quality work... if you take pride in your car DO NOT COME HERE... they said they were going to fix the issues suuuureeeeee.. and sent me to another one of their shops in another location... and set me up with the manager... the manager and me set up a time to meet. but i called a couple of days to make sure it was still on. the manager had already forgot and said if we needed to make it we could... i told him i could but you know i also told him if he need to reschedule that was fine... so we rescheduled for next week. today was that day so i called early in the morning to see if we could meet up earlier than we had talked about.. he was not in and i was told he would be back within 20 mins... i left a message asking to please call me ASAP... i never got a call... i had to call again after i spoke with my insurance and set up an appointment with them to have them look at the car... when i called i asked for the manager and was transferred to him... he tried playing it all cool.. yea no hey i did not get your message whats up? he told me due to a family emergency he was gonna leave the shop anyways... and that he was actually about to call me... sureee... so now im gonna have to deal with insurance and wait another week to have them look at the car... and then wait who knows how long... it all could have been avoided perhaps by going to another shop to begin with!!!.. if you decide to come here... please post a review...

Thorough service and great customer care. I would not hesitate taking my vehicle there or even referring a friend or family member.
The paint job seems okay but not as good as the factory work. What is really bad is they have made a mess in my car after the work - full of the dust and the glasses cleaned with something that left smudges, which dont get cleaned easily.
