We bought a used 2018 Chevy Sonic at Acura of Bellevue. Ben, the salesman, told us that their service department checked out the car and did not find much of anything wrong. We bought this car to pull behind a motorhome and told Ben of such plans. Three to four weeks later the check engine light came on but went off the next day, came on again and then went off. Took the car into a Covington repair shop with no check engine light on but the history showed that it needed repair. Fortunately warranty will cover this. We took this car in for installation of a flat tow hitch and were told that it had been in an accident and needed repair before the hitch could be installed. Repair cost us over $600 to replace the base plate without repairing any subtle grill or bumper damage which would cost another $1000 but does not affect towing.

JR greeted me, asked about how my brakes were performing and arranged for a ride with a technician. Dennis determined very quickly that the routers needed to be turned. We came back and a loaner was ready for me. The next day I picked up my car and accidently left my paperwork on the counter. They sent the paper work by Fedex and I go it the next day. Great service all around!

Karl Dawley is an amazing representative. He provided us with excellent service and made sure to answer all of my questions to the best of his ability. I was able to find the exact car I was looking. I’m very thankful he was able to help me with purchasing my new car RDX. He stayed after office hours to finish the deal, then he offer us to come 2 days later to explain about all the cool function for the car. He spent around 2 hrs go over setting and our preferences. We visited the Acura store today and tried to find a car there. The sales (40s-50s asian guy) seemed very impatient and never actively introduced us features about cars(instead staring at us when we are there or talking and laughing with other people) and kept rolling his eyes when we asked questions. He might assume we are so poor to buy Acura because we drove a 10-year scratched car there. When we tried to ask price for first time. He simply said it was expensive. Very bad experience in Acura. He made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcoming. If it is the culture of Acura. I feel so sorry about that brand and for them to have such employee.

The team in Bellevue understand, in a way that other local Acura stores do not, that service really does sell the next car. The process is smooth, professional, courteous, and everything one would expect from a luxury brand. If my next car is an Acura Ill buy it from these guys just because their service team is so great.

Went in to test drive a RDX with an appointment one hour before closing time. The guy at the front office didn’t feel like he wanted us there. Was quite rude when I told him I don’t have an insurance but my friend does to be able to test drive . This is fairly standard practice at other dealerships including BMW and Audi dealerships in Bellevue where I test drove a week ago.I was still able to test drive here with the rep accompanying us in the car. I did not really mind that except he was unfriendly in his responses and did not care to answer our questions or explain any of the features in the car.We did an around the block test drive in mostly busy roads near the dealership. Once we finished the test drive and parked at the dealership, the rep took away the keys so we couldn’t test the infotainment system or audio quality.For a family run dealership as the front office guy said this place is, the experience was underwhelming. I’d stay away from this place.

My service advisor James M. was very kind, however never disclosed the open recall for my engine before accepting all of my money to complete a very costly 100k mile maintenance; roughly $3000.I cant say Ive experienced this level of ineptitude or wool pulling at any dealer Ive ever been to or worked with. Standard practice in customer care is to inform the customer of open or incomplete work that will affect the life of their vehicle and wallet.Acura of Bellevue Service team failed this crucial step and did not inform me until after I got my car back that it would be $6,500 to complete the recall work out of warranty... on a $10,000 car. Unacceptable. Couldve just pitched me a car they had for sale instead, but no.I would not have spent the money completing the 100k mile maintenance on a car that wont be able to go another 100k miles and I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. Spread the word.Edit: It doesnt seem to be an easy task to get a hold of anyone about this, let alone their service manager. It would also seem my advisor who failed to explicitly inform me of the open recall for vehicles w/ the defective J37 engine has left the business. How swell.

MY WIFE AND I PURCHASED A 2019 TOYOTA HYBRID HIGHLANDER ON JULY 25, 2021. I FLEW FROM PORTLAND TO SEATAC 0N JULY29TH. I WAS PICKED UP BY AN ACURA SALESMAN AND DRIVEN TO THE DEALERSHIP. I DROVE TO PDX WITH NO PROBLEM. THE NEXT DAY WE DROVE TO THE THE PDX AIRPORT.ON OUR WAY HOME WE HAD A ENGINE LITE WARNING OF A PRECOLLISION, ENGINE AND HYBRID MALFUNCTION. I WAS ABLE TO DRIVE IT A SHORT DISTANCE THEN IT SHUT DOWN AFTER A DINGING ALARM THAT WENT ON FOR ABOUT 1 MINUTE. IT RESTARTED AND WE MADE IT ALMOST HOME WHEN IT REPEATED THE SAME PROCESS AND SHUT DOWN. THE NEXT DAY I TOOK IT TO A TOYOTA DEALERSHIP. THE CAR SHUT DOWN AGAIN ON THE WAY TO THE DEALERSHIP. IT TURNS OUT THERE WAS A RECALL FOR A “LOW PRESSURE FUEL PUMP” ON THIS CAR. ONCE THIS WAS REPLACED BY OUR LOCAL TOYOTA DEALER (THE CAR IS STILL UNDER WARRANTY) THE CAR RUNS FINE. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE IF THE DEALERSHIP HAD TOLD US ABOUT THE RECALL.

Service levels of this dealership has gone down significantly. We brought our MDX when the check engine light was on and also for an oil change. They did the oil change and charged for it but they didnt do anything about the check engine light. They also didnt fill the air in all tires properly.I bought 2 cars from them, but I will likely not buy any more cars given this disgusting experience.

After my car accident last month we were told a couple weeks ago my current vehicle would be totaled out. So the search began. I knew I wanted an Acura MDX. My husband came across the listing and I knew immediately that was my car. I ended up calling and I spoke with Jeremy. Let me tell you! We had a number in mind and from pass experiences with other dealerships, we expected this process to be long lol! Man was I wrong we gave our initial offer and he came back with another offer. We then gave another offer and he accepted it!!! We drove down that day to pay for it lol. Jeremy is amazing he is definitely not into playing the back and forth games and wasting clients time. Before we drove down we were informed the vehicle was in the middle of having some work done. We still decided to go down to put it on hold. It’s an 2013 but looks new! The previous owner really took care of this beauty. The next day my husband was talking about how at 105k it’ll need a new transmission belt. The current miles were at 98k. So I called the dealership and I spoke with Mark in services. Let me tell you! Mark is who you want to work on your vehicle. Our vehicle was getting new pistons. I expressed to him that the transmission belt would need to be replaced very soon. He said to me since the car is already apart. He would only charge us for the parts! I was shocked because other places would try to charge more money. Mark only charged us $372 after tax! My husband and I are forever grateful for Jeremy and Mark. They really take care of their clients! If you’re looking for a new car ask for Jeremy S and if you’re looking for someone to work on your car and give honest feedback ask for Mark! Dear customers,I bought an Acura RDX 2020 at the Seattle location which went perfectly smooth. But now I took it to the Bellevue location for an oil change and I wanted to ask some questions regarding some of the car functionalities that I couldnt figure out myself. The answer from 3 different workers on 12/7/2020 was that they cant answer those questions, they would charge me for 2 hours block for that and they recommended me to reach out to my original salesperson in Seattle. This is the worse service I have ever experienced with any other companies including Ford among others. This is the first and last time that I buy an Acura car. If you want a luxury car, dont waste your time at Acura.Best of luck

My recent purchase from Acura of Bellevue was my best car-buying experience to date. I had my research prepared and the Bellevue sales team acknowledged this information (True Car, Edmunds, Prime, and Consumer Reports) without dispute. They didnt try to push me into a purchase nor a certain model that was in greater stock; I actually selected a model that was unique. I was given complete freedom on my test drive as well. Overall, this was just enough respectful attention for me with no surprises in final negotiations that matched my researched numbers. It was quite the opposite of my experiences with certain European car dealerships in the Puget Sound region.Postscript: This review was first posted in 2016. Since then, I must compliment the excellent service team for all of my scheduled visits. A+!

I did see this person that had good reviews name Karl never thinking that I would end up having him as my sales person it was just a fluke thing. I first decided to look at a certified preowned white MDX. Not thinking I could even afford a new one. I was solely focused on this particular car. Although with used you have sacrifices that you must make. One being the exterior color was white I preferred silver. Also I wanted a gray interior. The one I looked at was white which was fine and I thought it had a gray interior but due to the lighting that day they took a picture it was unfortunately black interior which I said I would never have again. Upon seeing the car it was in impeccable shape no dents scratches It’s still smelled like a new car but it had a black interior. Karl could see my disappointment amongst a few other things. He suggested a few other things which I said no very abruptly to. He could’ve given up then. But he persevered and suggested something that made me decide to sit down and listen if it wasn’t for his suggestion I probably would’ve left. As it turned out with the help of the dealership and Karl I was not only able to get a new car but it exceeded my expectation and everything I wanted. The service department is not very competent. I used to work for Honda service and I am pretty certain that we would not be allowed to return a vehicle to a customer with a tire light on, especially after performing a service/inspection/tire rotation and said light was not on a drop off. Also would not be allowed to return a car to a customer with a giant screw in the tire that was apparently overlooked at drop off and during the entire service appointment where the car was in their care for 4+ days. But the only explanation was that yes, the techs probably saw it and did not say anything or think anything of returning the car as it sat with light and tire to the customer. I was also charged additionally for the repair and had to wait an hour at the service department. This is awful customer service and if this is the best Bellevue Acura can do, they should not be considered a luxury brand with their substandard service. This is also not the first issue with them, the car battery was stone cold dead at last pick up. No one said a word. OH and one more thing....ANSWER YOUR PHONE...15 calls during business hours and no one picks up.

Weve purchased a couple of autos from AoB over the last 15 years. Each time it was minimal to no hassle. However, what keeps us coming back is their Service Department. Sure, you are going to pay a premium at times, but they make things so easy. They are professional and courteous. Getting a free loaner has never been a problem and I have yet to be delivered a surprise bill. Assuming all things remain the same, we will happily continue to come back in the future.

WOW. Just WOW. Acura of Bellevue service department knows how to do customer service! I had a 7am oil change, they got me all set up (since it was my first time at this service center), checked out my car and sent me on my way. They had a comfy lounge with great coffee and good assortment of muffins and donuts. My car was done within 30 minutes (most likely because I had the first appointment and was 2nd in line). My car was washed and waiting for me. It was the best customer service experience i had in a very long time!

Easily the worst car buying experience. You wont find any record of a car purchase. The salesman was so rude and abbrasive I walked out when he refused to price an MDX with and without the advanced package. Citing, it takes me 20 minutes to price a car. It felt as though I asked him to do something outside of his job scope. Poor customer service and real arrogance. I went down the street and purchased a Volvo xc90 instead.I upgraded to 2 stars, because without this poor experience id be stuck in a Honda instead of driving a Volvo. I highly recommend these guys. I worked with Brandon - he was honest, transparent, and didnt apply any high-pressure sales tactics that I felt from the other Acura dealerships in the area. Ill definitely go back for my next car. I also loved that they dont hand you off from one person to the other... They instead bring all the paperwork to you and that way you only deal with one person.

I had a great experience here. Keith was friendly and knowledgeable able the car and wasn’t pushy when we told him we were just test driving and had a few cars in mind. When we did decide to go with Acura he handed our pricing negotiations over email so we just needed to do paperwork in person.I’d recommend this dealership to anyone looking for an Acura in the area. It also seemed like they had the best inventory around.

I had a great experience with the White team. The person who received me (forgot the name) was very helpful and offered to fix the driver side door which was making a sound and it was fixed, thank you :). Mark the lead was diligent in letting me know what maintenance is more important and applied some coupons to give me some break on the price. Overall a great service and experience.

I always receive GREAT service from Acura of Bellevue - Irene helped me yesterday and she was awesome. They do a great job at keeping you updated on your cars status, and the shuttle service is very convenient and responsive!
