Went in to switch my service from Boost Mobile and most definitely had a good customer service. Very friendly and helpful.

I have never had any issues with cricket or their stores, however, when I went into this cricket store I was told they couldn’t help me. I was sent back and fourth between apple and cricket without a resolution. The issue was with my SIM card, despite telling the worker what the problem was I was practically denied service. She was extremely rude and very unhelpful. 0/10 don’t recommend going here.

Fast at getting me the phone I needed. Their services have gone up in price. The data and internet suck if your indoors with metal or concrete though.

Nothing special about this cell shop. The associate was helpful but spoke with such a strong accent I had extreme difficulty understanding him.

I just found out my Cricket store closed a while ago anyway I got a Samsung s8 so I took it to the Cricket store in Belleville, it was small dirty looking they only had about 5 phones in there no phone covers except for the phones they carried, I needed a case for my phone but anyway there was a married couple working there, they were Chinese or something I couldnt understand them. The ladies English was terrible so then the husband could speak english better. They didnt know how to transfer my pics. Or anything like that, I was so frustrated! Remember I said I needed a phone cover so the guy goes in the back and comes out with a used clear one it was kinda dirty so he wipes it off and said he had a Samsung 8s and didnt need it anymore. He wanted $10 for it so I bought it. My phone would not work after I left the night before so I called the store and talked to a really nice guy, told him what happened so he told me to come in and he would look at it so I went and he fixed the problem. Why would you work for a cell phone company and do not know what you are doing!

We had gone 4 days ago and got phones there. Well theyre real slow so we went in and asked for an exchange. The manager there was screaming at me and being very rude (with other customers in the store) finally after calling customer service and having her listen to how he was talking, he finally decided to exchange our phones. Will deff be switching carriers already.
