Que and the sales manager (can’t remember his name) were fantastic. I’ve been experiencing some strange issues with my account but they attempted everything possible to correct the issue. I was extremely grateful Que took the time and walked me through each process he was attempting. We were still unable to find a solution. However, his customer service was outstanding. I wanted to make sure I gave Que, the Sales Manager, and this store 5 stars. I was sent a survey on T-Mobile and reviewed the company harshly not knowing it would reflect on this store or the associates. I am frustrated with T-Mobile as a cellular provider. However, the staff at the Belleville Crossing store are the reason I remain a T-Mobile customer. They’re the real deal when it comes to customer service. Thanks again to Que, and The Sales Manager. Much appreciated!

BJ was very friendly and knowledgeable, he offered options/phones that fit our needs best. He was very professional and very well mannered. The manager Jake not so much.

I am very impressed with T-Mobile in Belleville. I talked with Curtis over the phone who was very helpful and polite. Told me all my options and I came in the next day to get my 55 plan. Curtis waited on me and was also very professional, polite and funny. Had a wonderful experience with both gentlemen and very happy with the service and phone I received. Much cheaper and better technology for the money compared to my previous carrier AT & T. Thank you gentlemen for all your assistance, youre tops.

Curtis is racist. I over heard him giving a better deal for the same EXACT phone to a colored couple. When called out on it he got loud and angry and started talking in a language only used in the streets. He is a phony. The taxes at this location are a joke. I suggest going over to St.louis, Mo. 20 minutes down the road can save you lots.

Curtis was extremely helpful and friendly. He helped me switch from AT&T quickly and seamlessly and save money in the process.

Went to this location tonight to buy a new phone. Kam was the rep that helped me out. Kam made the the experience actually fun. We listened to some good music and traded jokes and laughed. It was the EXACT OPPOSITE OF VERIZON OR SPRINT. When you need a new phone, ask for Kam and he will get you set up with what you need. THANKS KAM!

This is the best TMobile, service is great Curtis knows most everything about the plans and devices they sell. Definitely worth going out of your way to come to this store.

Amazing customer service! My sales rep. (Ambria J) was great, she worked with me EFFORTLESLY and left no information out. As a college student and my first time venturing off to a new phone company and handling my own expenses, I wasnt sure what to expect but she made it so easy. Aside from her great work ethic and skills she poses for the company, she also engaged in great conversation. It didnt feel like It was just business she made this a comfortable transition and gave off a very friendly and fresh vibe! Overall I give my service a 100% and will return here and request this t-mobile to anyone who needs service as well:)

T-Mobile coverage of South and mid Illinois is a shame. Even in Capitol of state - Springfield while driving on I-55 signal is so bad or theres no one. About driving on I-57 south of efingham, uh..you would loose all your nerves! So, hope its gonna get better, asap!

SCAM my mom bought a phone from them and was promised service would work in our new town, she was promised a full refund and when she went to return it the guy with the blonde hair refused to give us any money back, and said he would take the phone and take her name off the plan but she would get no money back, dont waste your time Here. Its the horrible service.
