DWAYNE IS THE MAN. I saw GameStop announced in store ordering for PS5 bundles to be shipped to your door so I raced there. I was 3rd in line and the crowd quickly filled up and it seemed like Dwayne and the rest of the employees were not given much of a heads up from corporate about this bundle release. When it was my turn their system crashed but Dwayne had assured me that he’s going to keep trying. He made phone calls and kept refreshing the system until I was able to be rung up. He was a true help and will certainly be back to this GameStop. Thanks again Dwayne!!!

Called to get information about a product in the store because another store said they had some in stock. didn’t even check. I was told “we don’t have it my guy” not we don’t have that in inventory sir, then hung up on me. Completely disrespectful and unprofessional. I will not be shopping at this location anymore.

The morning of Black Friday for the PS5 in store release, a store worker came out and told the people that were standing in line that they didn’t have any PS5 or the new Xbox . When clearly the website said that they would have them . After he said that a lot of people left out of the line, even though some stayed overnight waiting . I actually sat in my car to see if this was true and it wasn’t . People started walking out with the new PS5 and Xbox once the store actually opened. Lying to customers is one thing that they shouldn’t be doing, especially to people who spent their time overnight to wait for the release .

Great experience. Very open, willing to help, knowledgeable, and personable group of guys that stayed past closing time to make sure I got what I came for and more. Thanks Guys

Ive been a patron since their grand opening, and thus is the first place I take visitors from out of town! Hands down the best Mexican based cuisine in the region, with a great wait staff that treats me like family. They have always gone above and beyond to make my dining experience great. Clean restaurant, phenomenal food that you will crave, and the best margaritas in the Metro East!

People, one needs to support the gaming industry. Its practical to walk down the street and buy your favorite games hassle free. Everytime I go to the store, they are very attentive. That sometimes I paid a few dollars more, yes its true, but I am a firm supporter of the gaming industry. Staff was pretty rude and the prices for most games are cheaper at target or Walmart. They also do not price match. It is cool that they are carrying more items than just games now. Some of the novelties are awesome.

Seriously so disappointed I have been buying games from this place for years but I recently bought wwe 2k20 (worst wwe game iv ever played ) so I wanted to return it I havent even owned it for a week yet paid 68 bucks and some change with the 1 year protection I called to see about returning or swapping it out for another game and they guy we can give you 28.00 instore credit or 20 cash like for real you gonna turn around and put it on shelf for 54.99 I will stick with walmart from hear on outSincerely 1 less customer t

Staff not very pleasant. They take too long bullshi**ing with nonsense talking when others are trying to check out. I always have issues with this location and will NOT return under any circumstances. They need a new staff thats committed to pleasing customers.

I hadn’t visited this location in years but I decided to go back and had a horrible expirence....The sales guys Dewayne is absolutely horrible and he is the reason me and my family won’t be returning.He is openly rude and showcases his bad attitude in front both staff and customers.If the store knew what was best for business they would get that guy out of there!

The clerk was wonderful. She took her time answering all my questions about a new game system I was buying for a grandchild.

Was going to check out but he was apparently helping another customer and didnt not communicate that with me. Basically gave me a dirty look until I moved my items. I walked out without purchasing and do not planning on returning

I been going to this game stop ever sense i was about 10 years old. From time to time i noticed that some of the employee that work there either had no manners or just plain rude. I can see why some of the google user say the manger is rude for the past years he has change out alot of worker the good worker. (IMO) The only few good worker that still work there are Nick and this other tall guy with brown/blackish hair. But over all still a good place to get games.Prices some fair and some poor.It is just best to be a pro member ship with them. Why?Well ever game you buy or trade or pre order you will get powerup credits and with those credits you can use them to get 3 months xbl card or 1600 MS and other things.
