I will never shop here again, been with boost 10 years and will be switching due to the customer service at this store! Bought a brand new phone had issues straight out of the box took it back a couple days later and he tried something and told me to come back in a few days basically pushing me off until it was out of warranty thought the store when ask to speak with someone above them was told there is no higher ups you have to call boost. Boost told me there is nothing they can do it should have been switched that day😠
