I worked with Ryan on getting my new car. I spoke with him on the phone regarding the advertisement. He answered my answers fully and happily. I went to the dealership 2 or 3 days later and he remembered the call and had a couple cars in mind that I may be interested in. He followed up by asking more questions about what I was looking for. We looked at several calls and he went over the special as well as cars that were not included in the special. Ryan never pushed for a more expensive car. He answered questions and gave personal experiences with the car. Dealing with Ryan was like dealing with a good friend. He made the process easy and fun.

Awesome experience buying my Fiat. The people working there were so friendly and knowledgeable. Pete Kash the General Manager even came out just to talk to me after the sale was done and that to me was a class act because usually you don’t get to talk with the General Manager when buying a car. I recommend 100%. Best car buying experience I’ve ever had period.

Had car towed there. Lady said they could look at it tomorrow. 4 weeks later, with only one of the two repairs complete. I had to travel in from out of town, and the service manager knew I was coming in on overnight transportation so I would be there at 7:30 on Saturday morning, but no one showed up to open the place until 7:45, and when they did, it took 15 minutes to find the keys, 15 minutes to find the paperwork, 10 minutes to fix the paperwork. All things that should have been completed and ready considering it took them a month to NOT get the part I needed.

I needed recall work, an oil change, and a few odd items looked at. It was nice to have a loaner available. I also enjoyed dealing with Traci. They did not turn off the ⚠️ light, but I did figure that out and do it myself. Also, Traci was very concerned that it was not vacuumed out by the guys, but I needed to get back to work, so I didn’t wait. Overall a good experience.

We came in because there was a used car I wanted to get. After test driving it, we sat down and started to negotiate. They only offered $8000 for my 2016 Honda Fit with 30k miles on it when the fair price trade in was $2500 higher. Then, we negotiated the price of the vehicle. With my research, I found that their asking price was about $800 higher than market average. In the end, we walked away as they would not budge the $300 we had asked to be taken off the price. It wasnt unreasonable and they still would have made a profit. I ended up buying the same year, make and model with less milage for less money, so it worked out for me. I would never go back to this place to buy a car if I need one.

The Fiat service experience was good, but not extraordinary. I waited in their wait area for a while and walked around, but in the wait area the TV did not worked and thought it would be nice to watch the college football or something while waiting. I ended going over to the Volkswagen service wait area, because it is better supplied for customers waiting and had a working TV. I ended waiting for 2 1/2 hours for just a oil change and tire rotation, which is a long time for just that. They looked around for a long time for the light bulbs that needed replaced and found that they do not have them in stock for my service request. You would think that since I had it in my original request to have several lights replaced that they would of made sure to have them in stock, and it is something that other Fiat owners would need to have replaced, so should always have in stock. There is an auto parts store that is right down the street that you would think that they could of gotten the light bulbs there. Also I talked to the service technician and the skid plate, that last time I had an oil changed done at another Fiat dealer was not done correctly, still has the zip tie holding one corner of it, because as he explained it to me, it would of taken to long to drill out the broken bolt and fix it correctly, but I did wait around for 2 1/2 hours as it was.

I recently bought a Fiat from an out of state lot and was interested in getting maintenance done from a dealer. Someone suggested this shop, but after calling in, I was put on hold several times and ignored by the service provider/receptionist named Melanie. Maybe I just got ahold of the wrong person, but needless to say I ended up going to an independent shop.

I stopped in to check out the Fiat 124, which I was prepared to buy on the spot. The salesman, who never introduced himself to me, walked me to see the car in the lot. Then he went off to get the key. Then he set off the alarm which he couldnt deactivate. He said hell be right back,went inside, and left me out there for 10 minutes. I went in and he said they cant find the right key, but hold on. In the meantime, he claimed that the car was not Asian, that it was Italian, 75% he said. The truth is, it is actually 75% Japan made. After a few more minutes, I left. I dont know his name, he doesnt know mine, and it really doesnt actually matter!

Was offered to be dropped off at a nearby restaurant for lunch while they did an oil change and tire rotation. The manager drove me there herself in an Alfa Romeo, and told me she would call when it was finished. An hour and a half later I called to check on the status since I was expecting around an hour timeframe. No answer. I called back again a few minutes later and a young guy answered and apologized and said she would be on her way soon. Never showed up. So basically the manager of the Fiat dealership left me stranded for 3 hours over an oil change. When she eventually arrived after calling back a third time, I asked if I would be reimbursed for the oil change since at that point my entire day was wasted. She said she “can’t do that.” I finally went over to the VW dealership next door where they actually do the service, and the woman there offered a free addditional oil change for next time if I wanted. I would never go back there even if it was free.

Avoid this dealership at all costs! After receiving a competitive price quote from Cathy Burnstine, an internet sales rep, for a 2014 Acura MDX, I showed up at the dealership to test drive the vehicle. Michael Morris, the Manager at the dealership, said my timing was good because a prior offer for the vehicle had fallen through due to poor credit and a car is not sold until it is paid for. After spending an hour with the salesman, I was quoted a price that was over $9,000 higher than the internet price and the Price Protection Certificate that was issued from True Car which stated the price was guaranteed. When I questioned the price, I was told the vehicle was no longer available as another customer had placed a deposit on the vehicle. Clearly, they were only interested in selling the vehicle if they were able to scam someone into paying unreasonably exorbitant price. This place is a classic example of why used car dealerships have such a bad reputation.UPDATE: The owner responded to my review THREE YEARS LATER with the comment below: We are sorry for your experience.
