Someone stole my phone charger out of my car while I was getting an oil change and recall done. I noticed it was gone the moment I got back in my car. I walked back in and told Larry that it was missing. He walked out to my car, started rifling through it, and when we confirmed that it wasn’t there, he said I could go buy another one and they would reimburse me. The fact that he didn’t have to check with anyone whether or not that was OK makes me think that this is a common occurrence. I drove to the nearest Verizon store, bought a new one, and drove straight back. He tried to tell me that corporate would mail it to me but I said no, I would wait for it. The manager, who didn’t introduce himself to me, got the check for me, apologized, and told me they were gonna check the CCTV footage but I don’t trust that they will actually do that. They already violated my trust by stealing from me, why would I believe that they would follow through with anything they say? I’m disappointed, because I bought my car there and loved my salesman but after this blatant show of thievery and dishonesty, I won’t go anywhere near a ganley dealer again.
Was misinformed about a warranty by the salesman, costing more on the overall purchase price. I informed management and we took care of it. However, I was also misinformed by the title clerk about registering the vehicle with disabled vet plates. Which is why Im leaving this review, both people I worked with dropped the ball costing me unnecessary time and money. Based on my experience, I would not recommend.Update:2 week later, still havent received a call.
Jennifer leeds has always been the person who has taken care of me when I go in for my appointments and is fantastic. She communicates exactly what is going on, when the job is completed and is always pleasant to work with. Great job!
I was put in contact with Mike in what was my 3rd ever new car buying experience. The 2nd Subaru purchase and first form this dealership and Mike. It was the best so far and one I will remember and use as a recommendation to friends and family. Weve bought and leased from the other Ganley dealership. Our leasing experience was better than my buying through that dealership.But what stood out here was the bigger and better show room and inventory, and Mikes wealth of knowledge, experience, and all around great personality. I never felt I was being pressured through any of the process. Mike was also easy to speak with on the phone and text messages for some quick exchanges leading to the purchase and day I came in to do paperwork.While I hope I wont be in the market for any more cars for many years (between both Subarus we own), I know if the need were to ever arise or friends and family inquire about Subaru, I will tell them to drive a little extra to Bedford even though the North Olmstead location may be close to us.If you enjoy any comics or 80s/90s toy nostalgia then consider that just yet another reason Mike is the guy to work with. I knew none of that until I met him in person the day to go over paperwork. It made the time go by easier and distract form any possible stress of making a large purchase and commitment.
Always wonderful service, both to me personally and to my car. The service personnel always keep me informed of unexpected findings and the expected cost & duration of the service. This is my first experience owning a Subaru. I couldnt be more pleased with both the dealer, service department, and of course, the car.
Go buy a car from Mike. You won’t be disappointed! If you are looking for someone who is honest and wants to get you in a safe car, then he’s your guy. My husband and I have bought six cars from him over the years. We wouldn’t go to anyone else!
1) I came in for tires and priced everything beforehand with their parts department. When my bill came, it was 150 more than what my quote was. I had to insist that I had the right number and after checking with the parts department, they were wrong and would have over charged me not even realizing it.2) While getting my tires done, the service department noticed my miles and suggested my 100,000 mile service and I was given a loaner car. When I got my car back, I noticed the money I had hidden in my center console was gone. I notified the service manager and he said he would have to check the video and that it would take time to review it. After a week, I called and was told that they needed more time. A month later I had to call and was told that nothing was seen on the video and that management would do nothing about it.Dont trust this dealership....
Everyone is professional yet friendly. They have exceptional attention to detail. I never feel rushed when I bring my car in for service.

I had a terrible experience at Ganley Subaru of Bedford. I went to trade in a 2010 Honda Accord for a 2022 Subaru Outback Limited XT. The sales associate Larry Boro was friendly and patient.But the sales manager Nicholas Najdusak was trying to downgrade the value of my car without any checklist conditions and was not even close to the KBB price. He did not pay any attention to my viewpoints and facts.After that, I filled out and submitted the Ganley Subaru of Bedford buy on line application (eDEAL), which comes with reasonable for me price (about 2k less compare to manager Nicholas Najdusak’s offer), like I get cash discount and my car was evaluated by KBB.It has been 1 week and I don’t have any response, just an email that writes “I will follow up with you soon”.Ganley Subaru of Bedford claims on their front Webpage “The Home of the Accelerated Online Buying Process”. Non accelerated sounds more accurate.

Went for a recall on my Subaru Legacy. Service called me to tell me some small items needed to be replaced or cleaned. I was told my TOTAL would be a little over $100. I thought it was a bit steep, but I gave them the go ahead. When I went to pay, they said it was $242!!! That is more than TWICE what they told me the TOTAL would be. I protested, but they said it was a miscommunication. When given an estimate, it should include ALL the costs, including labor, not just the parts. And if it was a miscommunication, the woman needs to be properly trained to give estimates. I will not be back ever, and will be sure to tell everyone not to go there. Also, my dashboard had debris on it when I picked it up, see the picture. This is a bad way to to business.

I bought a 2021 Crosstrek Sport from Ramil earlier this year and it was a breeze. I wanted a very specific trim and colour (Yellow) that all the other dealerships said wasn’t available, but Ganley Subaru found one in New York and made it happen. Earlier this week I stopped by to test drive a subaru Crosstrek sports utility limited (beautiful car) and a gentleman named Eddie help me out and answered all my questions super sweet guy. Then two days later I bought the car with gentleman named Josh and a financial supervisor (cant remember his name). I was extremely nervous, but only lasted a few moments because these guys knew what they were doing answered EVERY QUESTION, even help me set my car up and turn on all the safty features !!!! I will highly recommend anyone to buy a car from here !!!!!!!!!!

We shopped around several dealerships before deciding to lease from Ganley Subaru of Bedford. Theyre pricing was better than anywhere else we had found, even on cars that were lower quality from other manufacturers. The staff was all nice and AJ, our salesman, was fantastic. There wasnt any high pressure selling from him. Felt more like he helped my wife and I lease cars than him selling us cars. If you go to Ganley, try to get AJ. He was great and as long as he stays at Ganley, hell have our business when our leases run out.
My mother Linda bought her Forester because of the sales person she met, AJ Cabot. He was so helpful and understanding during her visit. He went above and beyond his duties to help my mom out. He is a very personable young man and made her feel so comfortable being high risk during the pandemic.
2018 Legacy fuel pump recall. I scheduled an appointment. Was taken in immediately. Tim at the counter is absolutely professional, quick, kind and just a nice guy! Took care of the issue in the time stated at drop off. Even washed my car!!! This is exactly why Ive driven Subaru for the past 12 years. I wish I could leave a separate review for the salesman, Mike, cause he deserves 5 stars, he was helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and did everything he could to help me get the payment price I needed. My problem however is with whoever handles the financing and paperwork. For context, I bought my car on a Monday within the last few hours of business and, due to my age (23), I needed a co-signer to get approved for the car loan. Unfortunately my co-signer lives out of state and due to COVID could not be there in person when I bought the car and this is where the issues start. Due to this we had to do what was explained to me as a maverick deal where It costs me $350 for them to hire a 3rd party that they mail the financial paperwork to who then meets with my co-signer as their witness to the signing of the documents, no problem there, it’s extenuating circumstances and there wasn’t really another way for things to be signed. I left the dealership under the assumption that financing and paperwork would be finalized the next day after the bank opened and approved the financing. I was called the next day, Tuesday, by someone in the finance department to finalize the options and things of that nature. I was told the financing was approved and that the paperwork would be sent out that day and should arrive at the latest Thursday to the 3rd party. It is now Saturday and neither I nor my co-signer have heard anything other than the 3rd party letting us know that the paperwork was sent out Thursday afternoon, two days after I was told it had been shipped with no explanation for the dealership as to why it took them half a week to put something in the mail and have left me without a car. This feels very unprofessional and I am disappointed to say the least.
I bought my first Subaru car and it was a seamless process. I came in the first time to test drive a certified Crosstrek. I love the Crosstrek and knew I wanted it, but had to figure out some finances. I worked with Eddie Oracio and he was awesome throughout the process. Answered all of my questions, was very patient as I thought through what worked best for me. I am very happy with my purchase! Very easy process for a non-saavy car buyer.

We had a terrible experience at Ganley Subaru of Bedford today because of the General Sales Manager Brian Gillum. We had worked with Max, a fantastic sales associate, and had agreed upon a price for a new SUV. When we decided to move forward with the purchase, Brian Gillum came to speak with us and rudely refused to honor the price (that had already been approved by other Sales Managers), insulted us, and insulted the other sales managers for offering that price. When we brought up how rude and insulting his behavior was, he refused to apologize. We still plan to buy a new Subaru but never from Ganley Subaru. We are extremely disappointed that our experience today was ruined by one bad manager.

I went in to lease a crosstrek for my fiancee told them what I had to put down and what I wanted for a monthly payment (it was the same deal as the car she has now) about 3 days later the sales guy text me and came back at $50 more a month than I wanted I told him no im not moving from that price and said we can do it but have to go to a lower model. I drove 30 minutes to Brunswick Subaru and on the first request I got the deal I asked for and the model I wanted.
Average experience, asked to see cars in my price range, sales person said there were none available, however I had checked online and seems as if there were many models on line in my price range at their store. felt this was a bit untrustworthy on their part

Great sales but the service department is bad! Im on my second touch screen and still having issues. Its been in to many times for this issue. They cant find anything wrong with it. Then when i get my car back it acts up!

My first experience with Ganley Subaru was yesterday, and it was a pleasant experience. The work was done within the timeframe given and the lounge area was very comfortable with a variety of choices ---comfortable chairs and a TV (not too loud)/magazines, or another area with desks and chairs, and also free snack bars and hot drinks, and also vending machines. Tim Cusick, Service Advisor, was helpful, and although I was there for a small maintenance issue, I was happy to see my car had been washed, too. My husband and I love our Subarus!

I have a 2016 Subaru Forester. Last week my brakes started grinding and making noise. Of course I have just over the warranty miles on it. We took it in, they replaced the brake pads and rotors. When I went to pick it up I asked to speak to the Service Manager Matt. I explained to him that the last time I had it in for an oil change they told me everything was fine. This time my brake pads and rotors were bad and needed replaced. I told him I wasn’t really pleased that I was just over the warranty miles. He took care of me and agreed that they shouldn’t have been worn out so quickly. I truly appreciate that he took time to listen to me, review the facts, and helped me out. This was by far the easiest and most pleasant experience I have ever had at a car dealership service department. I highly recommend a Subaru and the Ganley Subaru Service Department. Thank you Matt and Jennifer for a pleasant experience.
I’m always impressed with Ganley Subaru Bedford’s service. Even though there were 3 cars ahead of me when I pulled up to the service garage they got my routine service (oil chg.,filter,tire rotation) finished in just a little over an hour.The service department employees are all pleasant and efficient. We bought our car here a couple years ago. Now I get all the maintenance done at the site. They are very quick and nice. They also have delicious popcorn! They do a good job washing the car and fast turnaround for oil changes.
Honestly, I wouldn’t even give them one star! The service department does good work but the communication between all of them is horrible!!! Made the same appointment twice for a recall and they screwed up twice. Waiting all morning for someone to communicate and “make things right”. Never happened. Going somewhere else for now on. Too many managers/directors/whoever dropping the ball and not communicating with each other or the customer. And no one seems to care.
I was very happy with my first Subaru-buying experience. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and made the whole process pretty easy. There was no high pressure to buy and I feel like I got a decent deal. AND I LOVE THE CAR!!
