I initially was set to reserve a unit online, but quickly realized that it would be too small for the things I needed the space for. So I called and was told to come by, the actual day move-in, and meet Charity. She was very sweet and welcoming. She helped me figure out what size unit I needed (which for me for only the next size up). I got my unit, my key and paid for it in under 15 minutes. Best customer service experience Ive had in a while.

This location is amazing! I worked with Kelly. He was friendly, showed me the facility and made sure I knew how everything worked, and was efficient in getting me signed up for a unit. He also upgraded my reserved unit for the same price. I was very happy with this experience!

This place is very nice. After searching for a storage facility and reading some reviews we decided to go and talk to them. We were greeted with a friendly person, Kelly. Had seen in others reviews he was so great, well that is true. He listened to what we were looking for and took us to look at units and we never felt pressured. He took the time to make sure we understood what the place had to offer. The whole process was quick and smooth. It is also very clean facility. Highly recommend you check them out and look online for discounted rates if you reserve online first.

This place is awesome! I have a few storage lockers for my work but used this one as my personal. I tell you what the service at this location is amazing! Kelly is the guy to talk to, best customer service out of any other storage place I have been to. He is incredibly friendly and most of all he is very professional and knows how to keep his customers happy. Definitely recommend this place and location to be specific for your storage needs! Hey this place is first-class, I used website to reserve a unit, walked in and talked with Kelly - he was tremendously helpful and walked me through the process, visited the storage unit, ad got me oriented to the place. really welcoming experience and the polices are very flexible, cant go wrong here. oh AND the back loading area has a H U G E covered pavilion so you totally dry when loading/unloading. highly recommend

We were looking for a climate controlled storage unit and stumbled on this property. Walked in and talked to Kelly and he was awesome! He was knowledgeable, asked us questions and helped us get a great deal on the perfect unit for our needs. I highly recommend stopping in and talking to Kelly when you have any storage needs, hell help get you just what you need at a good price.

I walked in to look at a unit and after deciding on what I needed, the attendant advised me to check online first, because they frequently have a lower price that way. Followed his advice and saved half what they could do in person. The attendant (Kelly) was super friendly and helpful every time I was in. Facility was always clean, great experience during a bad situation with needing to store away my life for a while.

Kelly is an amazing gentleman who helped me so much with everything. He was kind and made things happen for me . I told him I was gonna go check another location and he said ok but ask them these questions. So I did and ended up coming back because I felt more secure at public storage. Fred was really nice upon my arrival, and I witnessed him doing area inspections. Every time I have been to the property, all areas have been perfectly clean...obviously swept and cared for. One day one of the elevators wasnt working, obvious signs were posted at the entry gate and at the elevator area; issue was taken care of with a day or so.

Great experience working with Kelly at Public Storage. After some serious Spring/Summer Cleaning at home, I had run out of room in my existing storage unit and needed to upgrade to a larger one. I gave my local PS office a call and connected with Kelly. I was invited back in to check out options on site that would better fit my needs. Upon arriving (at lunch time mind you), Kelly was very helpful in working with me to find the best options, closest to my existing unit. He gave me a good deal on the upgrade and seamlessly took me through the transfer process. Due to the close proximity of the new unit to the old, my boys and I were able to transfer all of our old stuff into the new unit and be out of there within an hour.

Kelly was friendly and professional! Facility is spotless, highly recommend!

This is the first time we got a storage, and it was easy choice as I have been passing this property for more than 10 years now. There are e other storage units around this area, and I visited them too. I am glad I got the a unit with Public Storage. They had the best prices around this area, and the manager on duty, Kelly is extremely polite, extremely respectful, and extremely helpful. I would suggest just visit, and you will know what I mean.

Honesty, care, and quality is what you will find at this location! I was helped out by Kelly today who went above and beyond my expectations. He was friendly and helpful from walking in the front door. I told him what I was looking for and instantly had keys in the hand. It was not only nice of him to walk me to the unit to view, but he also had shown me two ways of getting to the unit and both elevators, and explained how helpful it is to be at the covered elevator on a rainy day. It’s July right now! I’m not even thinking of rain on a hot day like today, but man I’m glad he told me that because the shade alone was nicer!

We came from out of town with a tight schedule and a truck full of stuff. We called Public Storage and they connected us to the nearest location of our choice. Kelly called us promptly and we met him on site. Signing up for a storage unit was quick and easy. The facilities are clean and well-kept. Ideally we wont need storage too much longer, but for the time that we do, this has been a great spot to hold our belongings. Thanks Kelly!

The storage units are in great condition & spotless, and there is a loading/unloading area that is completely covered which is super nice. The manager Kelly was really helpful.But unfortunately, Public Storage is playing lose and fast on their website. The website says the units at this location are climate controlled which is plain not true. The facility is heated, but not air conditioned. Unlike the website, the lease I signed correctly just said heated. And there is a mandatory $20 lock cylinder fee that is not disclosed on their website. Both these things are deceptive, and probably illegal advertising. Clean up your act!

The moving experience is stressful for most people however the process was easier with the help of Daniel & Kelly. My 10X30 was secure, clean with easy access. The 4+ months worked out well. Was here for a couple months, Kelly is a great guy, hes the one that runs the place I think. Clean, great price. Will go back again if I need too. Only thing is they are not open 24 hrs and you need to put the code in the ride up the elevator.

Very nice and clean location. Kelly helped us and he was fantastic! We came in about half an hour before closing on a Saturday and he was more than happy to stay late making sure we got a storage unit that best suited our needs, and for the best deal possible.My advice to everyone looking to secure a storage unit is to keep an eye on rates online and secure ASAP even if you arent ready to move in yet. We missed out on some great rates because I didnt realize how quickly they would increase. Rates are always more expensive in-store and you may miss out on the $1 first month special if you dont reserve online in advance. (Example: I *should* have reserved our 5x10 unit for $51/month and ended up paying $72/month AND missed out on the $1 for the first month deal because I waited too long to reserve).

Patrick was very helpful when we were inquiring about a space and, a few days later, Kelly was super helpful when we were signing our agreement. Friendly and informative about all the details that go into renting a storage space. They both gave me the impression that Public Storage employees are eager to help their customers have a good experience without any hiccups along the way.

I went here to sign up after seeing all good reviews. A guy named Kelly helped me sign up. I got a storage unit for $118.00 I was told I have 2 days to cancel & will be refunded. I went back in the following day & said unfortunately I do have to cancel. Kelly told me that I would not be refunded the full amount the contracts says otherwise. I was told I would be receiving refund of $64.00. 2 weeks later I received a check for $1.83. I went back in Kelley wasnt there & I was given a number to the manager. I called the number & left a voicemail. I didnt receive a call back. I contacted their customer support thru their website. I went back to their store with $1.83 check. Kelley just brushed me off & pointed back at the agreement.I feel this is not a good business practice to mislead your customer. I didnt even get the $64 out of the $118 I was promised.

I have seldom, if ever, had someone be so positively helpful and service oriented. Thank you, Merritt. Your attitude and wonderful customer service will have me back anytime I need storage and I will recommend you to everyone I know. Good customer service overcomes any other weakness in a business - in my opinion.

Excellent experience, Merritt and Laura always were great in answering my questions. One thing to remember is move out before the first week or you have to pay the entire month. I appreciate they let me know when I went in to tell them I was moving out. 5 Stars for saving me money.

Summary: They are clever in getting you to sign up and have a variety of sizes ranging from a closet to a multi-car garage. Beware: they will give you one month free BUT later will increase the rate without notice.Pros:-Clean area, multiple sizes to choose from.Cons:-Rate increases without notification. After 6 months my 5 x 10 ft was increased from $75 to $86, which is even higher than the current price they quote on the website. Once you move your stuff in they know you do not want to leave.-There is not guarantee that any one will be working there even if you show up during posted business hours. I needed to get a new code and had to wait 30 minutes for the sales guy to appear.-They love $20 late fees. Dont sign up for autopay. If there is some glitch on their end they do not bother to call and if there are any outstanding balances you will be locked out in addition to the fee.-The people that work there have no authority to make changes if you run into a problem. They basically just sign people up.

Units are clean, hallways are well-lit. No mouse or water damage issues. There is a covered loading area on one side to use if its raining. Carts are always available. The staff I worked with was always courteous and helpful.

Super friendly staff, very helpful. Signing up was quick and efficient. Lockers and entire floor is clean and the building is set up very well. Location is good, but exiting the property can be a challenge if you need to turn left on Cornell during heavy traffic hours.
