I walked in unannounced and was immediately greeted by the facility manager. Introductions were made and I expressed my desire to rent a storage space. Tyler was happy to assist me. He asked me some questions about what I would be storing there and that let him know if an approximate space size to suggest for me. We went and looked at it and while it might be right, it will work. We then went back to do the paperwork which was very easy to do. He walked me through it quickly and then I paid and left. The space is ready for me to begin moving stuff in right away!! It was a little more expensive than I had hoped but will be well worth it in the long run. Overall it was a great experience. I needed a storage space short notice due to a leak in my neighbors apartment. They got me signed up quickly and in such a way I knew what to do. They also have boxes for moving and storage which roved very helpful.They were very helpful in canceling my subscription and getting me signed out once repairs had been made.All in all great customer service and service in general.

Tyler the manager at the Beaverton location is amazing. He was patient with all my questions and my call backs as I navigated a quick necessary move if items to storage. The unit was super clean and ready for my move and the provided lock was excellent. I would take a lateen as the units themselves were quite dark but the corridors were well lit. Tyler is the best!!!!

Very friendly and super easy to do everything with their online services. My favorite part is that they have little carts for you to put your things on to take them to your unit which made it very convenient for me. Save me from having to go back to my car all the time.

The storage unit size I wanted was available the day I called.I arranged the rental in 1 easy phone call.They provided me with a lock so I didn’t have to go buy one.Security seemed good, and access was easy.They had a furniture dolly in the storeroom building for me to use shlepping my stuff from the car.Building manager was very responsive to my calls/questions.When I no longer needed the storage unit, I moved my stuff out & canceled my rental with 1 phone call. Great, no-contact move-in & move-out.Overall, a great experience. Thank you!!

Love storing my stuff here, but there’s a few downsides....1. there is no light in my unit. It’s VERY dark and hard to see. Super inconvenient2. The turns in the halls are pretty tight if you have large furniture pieces.3. Noise echos SO much that it’s hard to hear when there are tons of other people in the building (which happens on weekends often)Otherwise I like it.

I have had a unit here since October 2016 and have no complaints at all. The entire complex is always neat, clean and the staff have always been helpful and professional, quick to respond when I had any questions.

Jason was so friendly and helpful in helping me select a storage space. The space was clean and had an interior door that swung 180 degrees. He knew I wanted the least number of hallway turns and we found one the was pretty close to the entrance. While we’re looking at the space I chose, he asked if I needed a lock. When I said yes, he immediately took it out of his clipboard and showed me how the lock worked. I was impressed of his preparation and smooth sale!We only had one day to move all our our mom’s belongings before we took her home to our house to live with us and appreciate his efficiency in processing my paperwork.Thanks Jason!

Jake took care of me, no hidden fees, supplies are available for sale in the office, hand carts free in each building, and the whole place is clean. Auto renews so I don’t have to worry about remembering to pay, and there is no minimum commitment. When I’m ready to move they will prorate any extra time I need. Great!

We rented a storage unit for about a month. Everything went very well! To begin with, the manager Rob Lesh was friendly and helpful. He was prompt to respond to my reservation online, and helped make sure I was renting the right type of units. I also appreciated that he informed me of the best discount available which I didn’t see online. It also had a good communication system by emails, texts or phone calls. The whole place was clean and well managed. The gate and the security code gave us a sense of security. Thank you!

First experience using storage during our hectic move. From the moment we stepped in the office here the girl at the desk, Stacey was so warm and friendly we immediately felt at ease. Two thumbs up, she took care of our every need and helped us get the perfect space. Over the top customer service!

My mother In law is sick and had to move in with us. So, we had to rent a storage unit for her things. It was super easy to reserve the storage unit online. Then the assistant manager called me within minutes of making the reservation.When I walked in to look at the storage unit the manager was playing my favorite radio station in the office. :) Robyn was so nice and they were very accommodating!Thank you extra space storage for making this terrible experience a lot better! :)I have one complaint about the move out. My ex got his mothers things out except for what he didnt want. I understand that legally they have a liability if they dont follow the rules. But, given my difficult situation taking care of my father and not being able to leave him alone I would have thought that they would be a bit more understanding.And I have one complaint about billing. My ex was done cleaning out the unit less than a week after the bill was paid. And I was told that they would not refund any part of the paid for month.

This is a fantastic storage facility. The service is amazing and the managers Robyn and Jerry are wonderful. They get 5 stars! The grounds are kept clean and there is access to my unit most of the day. If you are looking for midnight access, this is not the place of you. I gave this location a 4 star rating because the price is high in comparison to other facilities.

Rob was very helpful. It’s a great safe place to store your items. It’s very neat and clean.A year later... In little over a year the rent for my storage unit has increased 3 times and is now aprox. $50 more than initial value. I am now looking for alternate vendors.

It’s not often that I experience such great customer service on so many levels but it happened when I needed to find storage space on a short notice.Starting with the design of the web site, it was extremely user friendly and I really liked the demonstrations that showed how much you can fit into each unit of different sizes. That helped a lot in estimating the size I’d need. The rest of the reservation process was just as easy and user friendly.Shortly after reserving a unit online I got a phone call from Extra Space Storage and they confirmed they had the unit size I needed and that it was available immediately. I drove over and met Michelle who is one of the friendliest and knowledgeable assistant manager I’ve ever met. She got me processed and on my way so quickly.To sum this up: I am VERY satisfied and happy with my experiences. Super great Management. We purchased on first site due to the friendly, honest, and welcoming greeting. Robyn always offers water and finds carts if your block cart is being used. Never a problem as we moved items in several different times. After shopping around at a couple of sites, this site was the best.

Checked out this location for my future storage needs and was greeted by the best customer service person ever....Stacey answered all my questioned and showed me several units to find the perfect size I will be needing when my home sells. Nice facility, older buildings but well maintained and beyond what I’d expect from customer service.
