I love this place and the women that work there make sure you have everything you need . And if you have personal is issues theyre still there and you just cant get through a needs someone to listen are always their to lend an ear. They always have everything accessible and clean and theyre good people so I give this storage five stars they deserve 10.

They are the sweetest nicest couple I ever dealt with in a business. My daughter and I rented a U-Haul from them they went out of their way to help us the extended it for 24 hours they are the best I would definitely go to them before anybody else to rent a U-Haul. I give them five stars on everything the rental the customer service everything. One of the owners the wife her name is Lori she is the absolute best.

Worst storage unit Ive ever gone to. Staff extremely rude and complain alot. Husband starts trouble out no where and he dont even work there.

Terrible people that work there. They dont care about you. They just want your money. Would recommend paying more out of pocket to go somewhere else. Very rude people.

I have been a customer of Walker Storage several times over the years. Lori is the only manager that runs the office.She has been with them since they opened five years ago. I have always received excellent attention and helpfulness from Lori and her husband.I find their prices competitive. The halls are well lit and well cleaned.I strongly would recommend Walker Storage and Lori to anyone needing a secure and clean storage.Lori, you will always have my business.

I rented a Uhaul from Lori and it was the best, most easiest thing in the world. Incredible customer service, friendly as all heck, and most of all, she treated me like a was a person with value. She laughed and smiled with me and made any anxiety about renting for the first time disappear. Im so thankful for how easy it was to move my bed and for how much I felt like I was taken care of. The best storage place Ive ever used! Lori and her husband are amazing managers and are the easiest people to talk to. My husband and I used their storage in 2015 when we moved. And were using them again now. Yes, their prices increased between our first time with them and now, but we didnt return for the prices, we returned for Lori and her amazing personality and care for her customers! No where else will you find a manager who you know by name and who you feel like you are instantly friends with and genuinely cares about you and your family! Nor, will you find another storage place where you know the manager by name! She has amazing service, her facility is so clean and well maintained!

Lori is always helpful and ready with a smile. The facility is available for entry with tag early morning to late night. Office is open most days (closed holidays, and for lunch from 2-3pm). Has a military discount. I like the controlled temperature and our 10X10 unit is tall enough for big shelves to store our belongings we dont need daily.

Great place! Lori the manager is beyond helpful & warm and I would highly recommend the facilities. The covered loading deck and climate controlled indoor storage is ideal for Oregon.

Things have gone downhill here since the change in ownership. Managers dont seem to care about people and are quick to be rude, Seems like they are in it for the free ride. Facility is getting dirtier each time I come in. Another rate increase or rude remark from a manager or employee and Ill be out of here. Response to the reply: I wont tell you my real name out of fear of rent increases as retaliation.
