Everyone Ive talked to has been great. Im two weeks in to my storage life here, and am pleased. Very clean.

Always clean, easily accessible, gate always in working condition, on the end of a dead end street. Never had an issue here and go often/2-5x a month for work.

Honest and so nice. These young men did a fine job!! Would hire them again!!

The only place in town with access to moving trucks after normal business hours. The managers were very accomadating.

Parkside is a very clean & secure storage facility. The resident manager is very friendly, helpful, and takes pride in his job. The isles between the buildings are very wide which makes for easy access with big moving trucks. I have had my things in a couple of other places and this by far is the best all around value for the money. Gate access is from 6:00 am to 9:00 pm 7 days a week. Other facilities close access at 7 or 8 and that is hard when you work until 6!

Phil was very polite and helpful. We were looking for travel trailer parking. He showed me the spot and discussed ways to bring my trailer in easily and park it. Excellent service, I could tell he cared, and wanted to earn my business. Even though it was a little more than other places in the area, the service to me was worth a few $ more a month. Very happy.

Great folks running a family business with outstanding customer service, located near any possibly needed roads access and shopping centers. Units are ventilated, private and convenient access hours.Thank you and please keep up the good work!!!

I stored here for a short time but it was a smooth and easy experience. Friendly staff that are on top of their game. Nice and clean facility.

On December 02, 2018 I went to the Parkside Mini Storage located on7675 Nimbus Ave in Beaverton, OR 97008 to organized the things that I have in my storage unit which I just rented few days ago .It took some time for me to organize the unit. when I was done I went to the rest room located on the back of the storage office I was washing my hands then the property manager came and hit the door very hard asking if I was washing my hair .I came out then he started accusing me of loitering, on top of that he stared asking questions to provoke like if I was a home less, my last name, getting close and close with a flash light in his right hand. At that moment I felt I was threatened, I told him that I am going to move my stuff out by the end of the month because he is too strict and abusive then he said keep talking, and you will see. Then when I was waking away from him, he said he does not want me there, at the same time trying to intimidate me, which is corrupt.

We only stopped in to measure the largest space, but the gent that helped us was polite (held the doors for us & such). He even gave us helpful tips. If this location wasnt too small for our needs we would have booked with them.

Location is generally clean, staff is friendly, however I am paying more for a unit here that does not have drive up access compared go other storage places. Also they do not have climate controlled units. They are raising rent on all units at the start of October as well. Due to this, I am moving my stuff to another storage company, same size unit, plus drive up access, for 15%-20% less $.

Office staff very pleasant and explained everything clearly. I would recommend this location to others.

Parksides pricing and customer service was by far the best of the 4 other companies in the area. They both are sooo sweet and helpful! I would recommend them to anyone and everyone! Before you go to Uhaul or Public Storage, look at Parkside first!
