I tried to upgrade my phone online and there was an issue that made it necessary to cancel the order. AT&T promptly refunded my money but a glitch in their system would not let me upgrade because apparently the upgrade had already been started and no one, after being transferred over and over to different customer service representatives for a total of 4 days, was able to solve the problem. After visiting the store, Angel was able to determine that my sim card had been parked to the original device I had ordered and had to be unparked in order to make it available to upgrade to another device which he had in stock. I stayed in his store for a total of 2 hours but he stayed with me the entire time until we were finally able to locate the elusive technician on the phone that was able to push the magic button. He accomplished this while waiting on no less than 8 or 9 other customers that entered the store. Angel did an outstanding job addressing my problem, solving the problem, and ultimately providing me with my new device. Angel deserves to be commended from his employer for a job well done.

We had a bit of a phone catastrophe and they took great care of us! The costumer service and care was amazing, even when our three unruly heathens we brought along with us decided to rage and rampage all over the entire place. Never one did they even bat an eye or even get perturbed. Thanks again Kathleen and Theresa, you ladies were amazing and we really felt welcome.

The employees at the AT&T in Barstow have the highest qualities that every business should have. qualities like; professionalism, knowledge, customer service, patience, compassion, and thoughtfulness. Any business, or professional establishment should act in the way that the employees at this location act. They are all dedicated to taking care of each customer. In my personal case they are always helping me with any issues I may have an for that reason I am always telling people about how amazing they are there.

The staff here is absolutely stellar. Walked in with a warm greeting and was helped by Austin and Amanda. Were able to help me with all my cell phone needs and were able to really guide me in the right direction appreciate their hard work and effort I would recommend coming here or switching over from any other carrier to AT&T excellent work guys thank you

I am very satisfied with my visit at the local AT&T store and the staff treats their customers with great customer service and they do it professionally. I went in to fix an issue and they helped me within minutes even though they were busy. They didn’t treat my issue as if it was a burden. Brent was more than happy to help me and make sure that as a customer my needs were met. I will definitely be going in again for all of my questions and anything regarding my account. Good job guys! 👍🏻

My wife ended up breaking her phone, and we went to the store to get a replacement, but they did not have the equivalent model in stock, and thats despite the fact that it is the more affordable model that more people would be more likely to buy.The guy behind the counter did everything he could to help us, and I would not blame him in a million years 4 the negligence of whoever keeps track of the inventory. the only model they did have which was even close to what we wanted was at least $300 more than what we were willing to spend, and I wonder if that is a sales tactic that is used.We had to order the phone through the mail, and it took it forever to get to our home. AT&T has always been good to my family and my business, but they need to pick up their game when it involves there stores and their inventory when it comes to budget level phones.

When I went into the Barstow store I was approached by a woman named Amanda Soto the reason I know her last name is because her customer service was so amazing that I needed to ask her what her full name was. Anyways, when Amanda approached me she had so much enthusiasm to help me with my visit at the store. Now, I have been to numerous at&t stores in Southern California and Amanda’s customer service is second to non! Thank you for providing Amanda to be a customer service representative to help me with my visit!

Great customer service and a knowledgeable staff to answer my particular questions along the way while starting a new plan with multiple lines. Brent helped me while recommending other services and advising a certain direction in a more beneficial plan that works for me and my family. As a business owner, I must keep up with the changing times in picking the right phone, and quicker process of fixing my response times to my own customers through several apps and platforms on the go. Brent exceeded the standard through a high level of professionalism and communication while staying focused to my needs. The knowledge of technical terms and the business value of what AT&T stands for is well known by this individual and makes it easier for me to know this carrier is the clear choice. It may be easier to order a phone online, but the perks is leading you into the proper direction as to how I need to use it, not a box to the door. AT&T’s got this promo going where if you sign up for a post paid plan, and wish to get a new smart phone, they will give you one for 50% off. Be it any phone, even the new iphone x, you’ll get it for half price.Anyway, ours was overall a good experience. The salesperson was quite helpful and knew what he was doing. Nice and spacious store.

Zero customer service. Store lights on. Three employees visible in store. Talking, playing with phones, dancing. 2-1/2 hours before posted closing time. Really needed a replacement SIM card. When I knocked on door while calling them they finally answered phone. They said closed for corporate meeting in LA. Yeah, dancing in store in Barstow sure looks like corporate meeting in LA

Worst experience I have ever had with customer service. I have been fighting with them for a week!! My story.....I have a foreign exchange student that brought a phone from Norway, we went to a AT&T store they sold us a SIM card and a pay as you go contract. We thought we were all good. We went home and phone has NO SERVICE not just a little but NON. We go back to store they pretty much say sorry your out of luck good bye! I try to stay calm as my student is very upset that she now has an unusable phone but I persist right after work the next day we will go to a real AT&T store and they will make everything all better.So day 2, as soon as school and work is over we head 45 miles into the other direction and go to a authorized AT&T store. They give us another SIM card. Tell us that the other SIM card was cut wrong, etc, this was suppose to fix it. It makes one call. We go outside the phone shows no service AGAIN. We go back inside and they tell us give it a little bit and it will work. So we do. We drive home and still NO SERVICE! So we slept on it!So I call first thing in the morning. They just blame Apple! So I go with that. I talk with Apple for 2 hours. They walk me through every possible thing that could be wrong with the phone. We find out phone is unlocked and that it has to be on AT&T end. So I call AT&T...Another 2 hr call we try everything. Power phone off and on, Reset each setting, open close, Power phone off and on, take SIM card out put in, Power phone off and on,etc, just everything you can think of. The phone still reads no service. They tell me go outside, raise phone in air, a glimpse of light 1 bubble than its gone. Im relaying all this to the man on the phone. He just insists that the cell service area must be low or there is something wrong with the phone. I ask to speak with anyone that is in a higher tech service because I really felt it was a technical issue that just had to have a resolution right?!?!Well no one helped. I was told wait 24 hrs and if the phone did not work they would refund my money. I was told that he would call me back and this would be handled. I sent my student off with her broken phone cut off from the world in hopes it was going to start to work.Day 3.... NO SERVICE. I was only just beginning to understand that the NO SERVICE message I was getting on my phone was telling me AT&T policy. Anyways, I call customer service again. I asked them to pull up my notes. I get told they cant and to just tell them what I want. So let me say I dont start out happy. So I explain the whole thing. They say so sorry let me see what we can do, have you tried powering your phone off and on, needless to say I lose it!! We have tried all your tricks! They decide it must be that their service is not compatible with our phone. So, I want my money back! You cant fix my problem you should just refund my money! You sold me something that never had a chance of working. I should be given my money back. They say there is NO WAY!!! How? How is there no way to give back money for a service we never received. At this point they ramble about maybe a credit towards a different month if we purchase a phone. Ok maybe but at this point I am so angry with AT&T I dont want there damn service!!I want to take my money and go back to Verizon the company who told me from the beginning that their service was not compatible
