Please dont buy 40$ charger cables from verizon,dont feed corporations they already fat enough. Order online 4x cheaper for the same thing.The girl at the counter is rude,shes angry at everything you say.. apparently she doesnt like to be disrupted by customer from digging her phone

As a Verizon customer I am disgusted by the two girls pretending to work there. They act like childish teenagers playing on their phones, sipping their slurpies and making fun of hard working customers in the store. Management should fire them both and hire someone who doesnt just ride the clock and represents the company with dignity and respect. Very disheartening and disrespectful girls

Buyer beware at this location. When I purchased my phone at this location Energy from the staff was off the chart, now that the sale is done I came back to do a follow up on for a phone credit .didnt feel that same Energy after the sale made me feel like I was bothering her. Feels like like Im getting the run around .nevertheless I wont send my staff here

We are from Florida and our phone broke unexpectedly. We came in and got a new phone out the door for a good price. These guys were awesome! Lawrence and the sweet girl with glasses (sorry I didnt get her name!) talked and entertained my husband and I while we waited for paperwork and the phone to charge. Its great to know there is somewhere we can go on the west coast. Great experience!

I came in with a major issue today. Nikki B was working and helped us right out on our issue. We showed up initially upset because of a terrible treatment from the Verizon store on the other side of town. She calmed us down immediately. Fixed all the issues had and sent us out on our way much more calm and confident as before we arrived. Thank you Nikki for providing top notch service!!
