The 2 of the women that work here are awsome. They are a mother and daughter and very nice and sweet.

People in Boost Store are very helpful and phone prices are great. Will be going in on Monday to buy new phone 😊

If it aint broke why fix it..

They are real nice and convincing in person to get a sale, but they fail to inform you on payment days, rules and speculations. For example, I get paid on the 7th, and my phone gets shut off on the 6th, well, once I get that paid off, my next payment day will be the previous day of next month.. so the 6th, again. Also when calling, if there is nobody else there thats not helping a customer, then they wont answer the phone for you, not even to put you on hold. I called almost 10 times before getting an answer, and then attitude about how she had to help her prior customers first.

They close for hours at a time during business hours. This happens quite often and is very inconvenient for customers
