This place is always sparsely staffed... What can one expect, its Barstow, for Chrissake. Yesterday, though, there was only one person working for the 20 minutes that I was there, so the fact that it always takes forever to make the tiniest of changes was less than amusing to myself & the gentleman ahead of me waiting. Long story short, associate was still waiting while the couple he served chose from oh so many options, guy in front of me was still trying to be patient when I gave up & decided I could switch to better phone I bought online another time after 20 minutes.Note to self - and others - avoid this place weekdays during lunch hour.

Joshua is the absolute best! I bought my first IPhone with him!!! He is very friendly, knowledgeable and very patient. He never pressured me to make a purchase which was awesome!! I now go back to him for all my wireless needs!

Josh and Alvin have outstanding customer service. They took care of all my questions and requests and made sure I left the store happy! Also gave me a cup of fresh coffee ! Shout out to them ! I’ll be back for my upgrade soon!

The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and did not waste any of my time and tried their best to help us keep our 3 year entertained during the processes! I only give 4 stars because I have not had my service long to give an accurate review on the actual phone service. But the Barstow store has great staff! Thank you again for all your help!

People that work here are not very helpful. I bought two phones from T Mobiles customer service line and they shipped them to this store for pick up. The manager refused the package so they got sent backed. I called the manager and asked if I can come buy the phones from his store and he said yes. I told him I would be by 6-630 and once I get there he said he doesn’t have them in stock. Doesn’t take much to be a manager with T mobile apparently. Theirs more to the story than this but at least have the decency to check and not keep wasting peoples time. Even after he sent back my phones shipped from T mobile he still didn’t try to smooth the situation.

Bad customer service. The manager on duty on 8 August 2018 at 1:57pm didnt get his name because I was too bad at his service. He was a total disaster. He wasnt willing to help me trade in my phone even when I had to go all the way to customer service. He presented every obstacle so I dont trade in my phone for a new one. Highly disappointed and I am never going back there for anything .They deserve no star what so ever
