Very helpful, tried not to charge me for investigating my laptop.

He had my PS4 for a month, went back to get it it was still tore up in a hundred pieces picked it up anyways have to send it somewhere else

I think the positive reviews are more than likely made up because the individual the provided me service or should I say lack of service doesnt seem like he could even find the on switch on a computer.They had my machine a total of a month I took it for several times to fix the same problem and finally just picked it up and left.I wouldnt let these people change the oil in my car much less work on a computer.

OMG,, Thank you, thank you!!!! First, you fixed my computer during the time frame that you anticipated, at a VERY reasonable rate!!! KUDOS! Specifically, my computer was running very slowly!! If you like classic rock, youll understand this analogy. I told the manager/founder that my music was very slow. It made Led Zeppelin sound like Barry White. :)Also, the staff took the time to give me a block of instruction of my computer, in hopes of preventing the more than 1000 viruses from invading my computer. If I could put zero stars I would, I paid to have my screen replaced on my laptop I am told to return on Friday to pick my laptop up and I show up and they cant find it, I return again the next day and they tell me the laptop was stolen and they give me a replacement laptop and tell me that if this one is not up to my standards I can return it and they will order me a brand new one. They do not answer there phone and the laptop that was to replace my stolen one does not work correctly and is just not worth what I even paid for the screen replacement let alone what my previous laptop was even worth, I wouldnt recommend anyone to this computer shop

Came in with a problem on my external hard drive, the owner had such a quick and easy solution for it on the spot that he didnt even charge me afterwards. Will 100% come to them again for my computer problems.

I work in Insurance and am going for my DBA. I am from the Bay Area and have never been to such a bad Computer Technician as Laird is. He sold me an HP computer (used, but he said it worked) and it hasnt worked from day one. He fixed it, charged me for it, and now wont accept my phone calls.STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

I never expect to be able to get anything I need in Barstow. Went to these guys planning to buy a whole computer just to run a peripheral that requires a parallel port--instead they sold me a pcmcia-parallel adapter (what I REALLY needed) for $6. How often do you find what you really need around here?

I went to the shop and the door was locked (8-26-2015). The window had residue of the words Computer Solutions left on the window. Its seems that the shop has either closed down or moved.
