Cecil is a courteous, and professional property manager. Great building, great location. Its clean, climate controlled, and easily accessible. Would definitely recommend.

Cecil was very personable and informative in helping us decide which items and the best box package to purchase for our needs. His customer service skills, communication and knowledge of Public Storage products are top notch and he made us feel like welcomed and valued customers. The facility is clean and well kept with ample supplies and equipment. A very nice experience and we highly recommend the location for your storage and supply needs.

This storage facility is spic n span clean. They have all the equipment you need to move your belongings in and out. Jim and John are friendly and very willing to provide suggestions for a single mom trying to move my son into school solo. I highly recommend this place of business!!

After beginning acquired by public storage this fall has modified original store hours. Access to the facilities are extremely limited. Furthermore the acquiring company was not responsible enough to transfer their customers billing and management information. THERE WAS NO INFORMATION PROVIDED REGARDING THE ACQUISITION AND TRANSITION OF COMPANY OWNERSHIP PROVIDED TO ITS CUSTOMERS. THAT IS UNTIL AFTER THE ACQUISITION WAS COMPLETE AT WHICH POINT CUSTOMERS WERE NOTIFIED VIA THREATENING AND/OR HARASSING EMAILS AND PHONE CALLS WHEN AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS WERE NOT PROCESSED.

I came in to inquire about possibly renting a unit, and i must say the staff is great and the office is very clean. I will be back for sure.

Service was amazing and welcoming. Felt very comfortable during the whole process.

Just need to change the access time.

I have been meaning to tell yall about this storage facility and the awesome customer service provided by Ms. April Tripp.I found myself in need of temporary storage these past 2 months and the facility was clean, handicap accessible, and customer friendly to the max.Ms. April was da bomb to put it into laymans terms...lol. She was personable, knowledgeable, detail oriented and got me setup in no time at all. They will always be, from this point forward, my go to for temporary storage needs.

I wasnt ready to rent today but I was able to talk to a staff person for a few minutes before she finished renting to a tenant who also had a lot of questions about the lease. I think her name was Kathryn, she was very patient, understanding and people friendly. She was also very knowledgeable. I will return because this location is perfect for me and I also have a lot questions. Thanks for the great customer service experience.

I work for a College Hunks Hauling Junk and Moving and this is one of the most professional and easily accessible storage facilities I’ve encountered. The staff was really helpful and upbeat. The storage units are easily accessible because the building has elevators, thankfully no steps. April was really helpful when it came to helping my client and myself find her a storage unit that would efficiently store all of her items.

I like mr paul he so cool. But the big girl sorry but she is rude.

I am so thankful for the friendly staff and convenience of the Charles Village ezStorage. My life was upended unexpectedly and I was in a transient situation for several months. During this time of massive personal transition- I was able to count on the safety and security of this facility for all of my things, which brought me peace of mind. During the year in which I temporarily left Baltimore while in an out-of-state graduate program, I knew I didnt need to worry about anything. I always found the staff to be friendly and helpful, and even worked with me for securing my storage space for the year that I was away at a very manageable rate. The facility is clean, climate-controlled and air-conditioned, well-lit, with dependable elevators, cart availability, convenient parking, as well as staff presence, code entry into the building and elevators, and video monitoring that added to my feeling of safety in the space. There was even a time that I was there so long sorting through my things, that one of the friendly staff came up to check on me! Id never understood the necessity of places like this until it happened that I needed their services. I am just so thankful for this place and the staff there, it was a great experience. Couldnt recommend highly enough.

I rented here a couple weeks ago and at first I was nervous, since this was my first time renting a space for my most valuable items. But.... The place was fine. The location for me was not easy to get to. The rates are about the same as other places and it is clean and the lighting is good. If you have a car or truck it is a good place.

The managers and operators were amazing. They were there for me when I had 2 days to move out of my home due to my slumlord. They helped me find the perfect storage space at a great price . They explained everything I needed to be aware of. The facility to safe, clean, and energy efficient

A friend ask me to check out this location for next year 2020 for her (student) son going to John Hopkins U. I did and the staff was friendly and very detailed about the move in process from seeing the unit first, month to month lease, ID, a lock, specials, insurance, carts, building hours, setting up auto pay and addl supplies (boxes, locks tape, mattress bags and on.Also the building is very clean. I stop by with a friend to help move and somebody is always cleaning. Good to know.

Ms. April was very courteous. Mr. Paul was surpringly youthful. This is the best storage center I’ve been all my 30 years of life. Please come and share a laugh or two with the friendly staff.

Very helpful, friendly staff. The hours arent great, but that is because the neighborhood group wont permit them to be open later. It is in an old bank, be sure to check out the beautiful old vault door by the front desk. Lots of hand trucks to move your stuff around.

Great staff, had us in and out quickly and efficiently with no fuss or drama. Everything explained very clearly. Facility itself is spotlessly clean and well supplied with carts to carry heavy items to your unit. Highly recommended.

Compared to other facilities Ive used in baltimore, its very easy to get in, get to your unit and get back out. Though its a pedestrian heavy area, they keep a close eye on whos coming in and out. The staff is always polite and helpful when I come in with a lot of stuff.

E Z Storage is a great place to store your belongs. They have a warm & friendly staff that provide great help with all of your moving situations. By the way, the building and property is always clean and neat. Ive been using this facility for 4 years. So if you are looking for a decent and safe place to store your belongings stop by this location.

Its unusual to receive a callback about a better accommodation, but I did and I appreciate what John and Paul did to help arrange storage for us. When you are there, ask to see the bank vault door.

Great place for storage! Stored my things here for summer break and it was a pleasure. Having an AC unit storage is something I will do again in the future.

I rated this facility with 1 star because the owners would rather make a buck than practice good business. I moved out of my storage at the beginning of the month (Feb. 1st). Supposedly, my card was on auto-pay and it self-paid on the 1st. The employees were great and assisted me as much as they could but assured me the owner would not refund the $102 for the storage fee. I have to eat $102 because the owners dont believe in refunding a person who has cleared her storage on the very 1st day of the month. Its sad and bad business.

Facility is well equipped and reasonably priced. Craig in particular was awesome! Will store with these guys again.

I reserved my unit when I got there they gave me the wrong size unit but charged me for the one I reserved after going back and forth for a couple of months someone finally called after I owed an insane amount of money telling me they would only help me if I paid what I owe in full so I did they credited me with the money I already paid for my future storage up to February which was supposed to be $50 plus $101 for March I go to pay now they want to charge me over $100 extra because it was late once again not caring about what they put me threw all the months I waited trying to resolve the first issue I will never deal with them again and I will not allow them to hold my things hostage again. All my family photos are all that really mean anything to me things can be replaced
