Great place and customer service is amazing! Although new management has recently taken over the facility, they have been very professional and accommodating.Hi Everyone,This will be my second review. I’m doing a second review because if it wasn’t for the amazing staff, this month(November, 2020 was going to be my last month here because I don’t need the space anymore. Christine has been beyond helpful. She’s always smiling whenever I see her. She has always greeted me at the front gate when I drive in. Hope is also been so helpful and very professional. She has always shown me respect and offer the best customer service ever. It’s funny but I really look forward to coming to see them oh I mean coming to my storage. I have referred a friend mind who’s now part of the Life storage family just like me. All because of these amazing staff.Also met Taylor who has been very nice and professional.The place is always clean and it’s one of the reasons why I keep my storage.I only have one concern and that concert is the over flow of the dumpster. Large debris are left in the dumpster area for months at a time. Wish they could take care of that issue. Other than, the place is great, the staff are A+ and I’m going to be here for awhile.

Taylor and Christina are WONDERFUL!!! It was my first time ever renting a space at this facility. Taylor assisted me and provided detailed information on how the process works. She made me feel very confident in the safety and secuity of the premises. Christina, the manager was great too! I had trouble getting access for the first time (through an error in my keying in the access code at the gate). Christina checked the access gate and told me what I was coding incorrectly. They both are really nice and helpful. Nice facility too! 5 STARS!!!

Trina and Dequinne were super helpful in getting us settled into our unit! Online reservation worked great.

Christine is AWESOME SAUCE!!! Her customer service is very welcoming and friendly. I’m VERY happy with the prices better than other places and cleaner. HIGHLY recommend and sooo glad I chose this location.

I was at this storage facility to help my mother. My phone slid under another unit that wasn’t ours. It was and hour after the office hours and someone’s car was outside the office and the lights were on! I stood there waiting for almost 45 minutes and no one was there. I called every number on the door and they were no help at all! I ended up getting lucky using a stick to get it out. AND WHEN WE GOT THE GATE THE CAR THAT WAS AT THE OFFICE WAS GONE!!! The costumer service is bad overall and my mom has had the same dead roaches laying near her unit for months! Extremely disappointing...

Catherine was very nice and accommodating! Was having a crazy day and the few minutes I spent in there got me relaxed and she helped me like a fellow human being and not a robot. If I need extra storage space I am definitely taking them.

This is one if the better storage units in the area. The facilities are kept very clean. Its well monitored. Mac and Peggy are really nice at the desk. Both have been very quick with minor issues Ive have with my unit. Would recommend this storage facility for its good rates, cleanliness, and great staff.

Ive been scoping out different facilities in the area and settled on this one based on my needs. Catherine (I think thats her name) was very patient and helpful. Ive never used a storage facility so I had a lotttt of questions and anxiety about the safety of my personal items. But, she calmed my nerves and explained everything up front and clearly. Very happy with my decision!

I have been renting here for about two months now and I must say my storage area was clean before purchasing. I check on my items every now and then and inspect and haven’t came across any rodent issues! I also would recommend the staffing the whole team is respectful and offer helpful accomendations on my needs!

SCAM!!Ever since the switch from Ezstorage to LifeStorage has been a train wreck to say the least. I have personally set up automatic payment on three separate occasions, twice online and once in person and the automatic payments are STILL not going through. Life storage claims there is no record of a card on file despite me having a digital and physical receipt that was set up by the store manager. I have been fined due to “late fees” since September, never in my life have I had this much trouble with a company’s website and customer service. You would think they would want your money but my suspicion is that they want to rack up the fees in order to earn an extra buck. My advice: stay away and use the other storage company just down the street, this company is not worth the headache.

I love the way you they are they are kind patient and will work with you. The storage units are bigger than most other companiesThey make you feel welcome if there are any problwms they will do whatever to assist you they are great words cant explain you just have to come see for yourself. I planned to have this unit for 4 months but with the treatment I recieved ithink I will be here longer through the grace of the most High.
