The ExtraSpace Storage facility located at 2600 Howard is exceptional. The customer service is attentive and courteous . The location was booked in error online. There was a discrepancy in the size booked. If any thing could be wrong it was. Yet, Mr. Greg, the facility manager addresses all of our concerns and extended himself professionally. He sought to make the customer satisfied. His warm disposition was so accommodating as we sort out our errors. It made our day and relaxed our hearts. We recognized the beauty of this being the right place with the right people. Ones who were understanding and very patience.Resolved and better than satisfied, they saved us money and a lot of frustration. It’s great when the business serves you well. Online can be challenging but I assure you of exceptional service here without a doubt!! Mr Greg and staff “Thank you for all you personal and professional service.” Priceless!!!

Great experience from initial estimate to easy, friendly outreach from the staff ta the Howard Street location. Camilla was so friendly and helpful..she made the entire setup and rental process flawless. The only thing that was problematic is so many different people were moving in at the same time when we arrived that there was a shortage of carts available for everyone. Otherwise, a clean and secure facility.

The receptionist, I cannot remember her name, her name I believe started with an S. Anyway she is very knowledgeable, kind, great attitude. I have never been happier, then when I hear her voice because I know anything I ask she can answer! Keep this lady happy, you dont want to lose her. I will more companies had people like her! The staff at Extra Space are very helpful without being pushy. I told them my potential move in date and they said they’d check in two weeks before with updated pricing and availability. Unlike moving companies who constantly call and pester they followed through with the one call, set up a time to tour the facility and we easily set up what we needed at a lower price than what I had been seeing online. Back in March, at the start of COVID, I needed somewhere to put my stuff that I had at my dorm because I couldn’t bring it all home with me. Steve was very professional, thorough and quick to respond. I was VERY surprised by how warm the facility is. I didnt expect climate controlled to mean, the facility is kept in the 80s in the summer and 50s in the winter, which was the explanation I received. Seemed a bit backwards to me, but Im no expert, perhaps that is standard for storage facilities.

The process was easy to establish, maintain and close the account. Access was always available and the staff were even helpful when I had a team of movers come to the unit to help us move it out of the unit.

I have been a customer at the Howard street location almost a year. I have never had an issue that Greg didn’t try his hardest to resolve. Greg’s awesome customer service will make me a repeat customer and refer people.

I rented a 5x10’ unit for about 4 years here to store kid stuff, Xmas decorations, and the like. The price went from $54/mo. to $114/mo. during that time (wasn’t too happy about the gradual more than doubling in price), but it was also clean, secure, rodent free, and always had carts and parking spots available. If I needed a storage unit again, I’d absolutely go back to Extra Space.

My first time renting a storage space. The staff is wonderful. Mr. Greg showed me around to look at the different size storage space. He answered all my questions. After look at other storage spaces. I knew that Extra Space storage was the one I want to keep my belonging. Its clean and safe. I would recommend this storage place to my friends and family.
