Excellent place to rent a storage unit at. I have been renting here for well over a year and I have never had a problem with this facility. Every unit is very clean before you move in and the staff here are very helpful and can answer any questions that you may have. Also, their storage unit prices are very reasonable compared to other places.

Seriously, this use to be well kept, not anymore.Spider problem in the summer and mice probably in the winter, smh. The elevator is dirty and the halls. The office area is probably the cleanest location. The price inflation every 3 months is a problem as well, I could deal with it a little better if they start keeping it clean again.But, in the process of selling and giving things away that I value, so I don’t have to deal with the rising prices and the uncleanliness. Hopefully some one from management read this comment and make some changes, like they change the fee.

I dealt with this location when my brother passed away in 2004 and the humanity and caring I was shown then made me return all these years later when I needed a unit. And I was not disappointed. Shelley helped me get a unit and gave me all the details quickly and efficiently. It feels good knowing I am dealing with someone who genuinely cares about her customers and is so invested in her work. Such a pleasure. I will recommend Interstate to everyone that needs extra storage.

I had a locker at Self Storage plus for a few years to house my motorcycle. The grounds and security were good. I left because they started to hike the price every 3-4 months for my unit. I started paying around 195 a month for my unit and the price was hiked up to 275 before I had enough and left.

Shelly gave me the most awesome and professional experience @self storage of self storage facility is clean well cap is safe I’ve never worried about my stuff one time I’ve known Shelly for over 12 years and she has been consistent if you’re looking for storage needs this is the place there’s no other stops thank you so much Shelly for making me feel at home during hard times

I had Donte help me with a large storage unit today. I have multiple other storage units at other facilities and I have to say this was the BEST experience I have ever had! The facility is VERY clean, well kept up and the customer service is fabulous! I will defiantly be moving my belongings from other storage facilities to this one. Also, Donte was amazing and answered any questions I had. He was so helpful and kind, the customer service experience you want but never receive! I would rate the facility and experience an A++!!

Self Storage Plus on Interstate Avenue was referred to me by a family member and long term customer of theirs. I have had two storage units there in the past and have had no problems at any time in dealing with their team. Very secure location, clean and very courteous managers, including Shelley. I will definitely refer them and use them again in the future.

The owners of Canton Self Service Plus have been so accommodating and helpful. We recently had to rent another unit to hold our home items after selling our home and waiting to close on the next one. They provided a unit just doors down from our current unit. Our movers phone died and they called us in a panic from Canton Self Storage to tell us our times would not fit in the unit. Shelly took her time to help them figure out a way to rearrange things to make them fit saving us the stress of coming over and trying to secure another unit. Time and time again the owners have been helpful and professional and we can’t say enough good things.

Excellent customer service. Shelly gave us an excellent service from the start to the finish of our contract. The location and storage units are very cleaned and this location in particular is very easy to access, at least for us. If I ever need a storage unit again I will definitely choose this location.

Been here three years but plan to move after the new year. They jack the prices up multiple times per year. I now nearly pay double what I was paying at the start. I know they all get you like this, but it’s forever frustrating. Facility is good though. Single floor, drive up access is nice as well.

I absolutely love this place. I rented a unit about 4 years ago for my business, and as business grew they were there for me to meet my growth. Now I rent 4 units - 3 with an inventory and one as a packing room. Management is very friendly and make me feel a part of the family. They handle my deliveries and going out shipments and its a great help for my small e-commerce business, not to mention being cost effective. Over the years Sean and Shelly became an extension of my business. I cant thank them enough.

I’ve had storage here for many years mainly parking for a car. The staff has always been helpful. I’ve recommended family and friends to store there as well. Shelly has always been great helping accommodate their storage needs as well. I do wish the rate for my parking could be decreased for being there so many years. Some kind of break for being loyal maybe?

This location is in a great place. Easy to get too. They had plenty of great packing materials there too help me get my stuff packed and ready to move safely. The help there Shelly was outstanding and ready to help with anything i asked them about. I recommend this location highly.

I needed a storage unit for a couple months and got a great deal at Storage Plus. The employees have been really kind and helpful. I also think that they have a moving truck that can lend you, which would come in handy. Definitely check them out. Their inside climate controlled storage units are nice enough, they provide a couple flat loaders to help move your items in/out, and its good that I can access them from 6am-10pm any day with the unique code. Plus, first month free no matter how long you stay (even if just for one month)

We absolutely love Self Storage Plus Canton! It’s clean, easy to load/ unload and their team is always professional - especially Shelly and Shane. I often times need to go late at night and feel comfortable knowing there’s always someone onsite. Highly recommend!

Picking this storage company over others 13 years ago was one of the smartest choices we made. No one wants to spend money on storage for 13 years, but this set of units, and the very nice people who manage it, made it a good experience .. right up to this next month when we’ll be closing this unit. If I have to rent a unit again, it will definitely be here.Can’t say enough kind things about the staff.

I just cant with Baltimore customer service. I asked the person on the phone what community or neighborhood the facility is located in and she said, uhh community I said yeah like the name of the area or community or neighborhood, she said,uhhh neighborhood. after giving me the address 3 times I said, I have the address, I am wondering where about in Baltimore it is, can you tell me what community or area it is in (3rd time asking)...she literally hung up. seriously Baltimore, sort yourself out. you go there every day and you dont even know where you are and act like you have never heard the words community or neighborhood. If you cant handle a simple question like that then I dont think you can run a business properly.

Had an amazing experience when i came in, was initially nervous due to previous bad experiences at other storage businesses but everything went better than i could have hoped for. There was this employee named Jakobi who went out of his way to make sure i was okay during my storage experience. Definitely recommend

Exceptional Value, ample storage units and timely communication!

The location is convenient and well lit. The management is pretty responsive. I only left because I no longer needed the unit.

We rented a storage unit for two years and were very happy with the unit we had. It was dry, critter free and climate controlled. It had a tall ceiling so we could really stack our items. The management was super helpful and they have a truck which can be used to move in your items.

I liked the climate controlled area and the timed lights to save energy. There were carts in a room that opened to the moving truck so it was easy to move things to the storage unit. There is an elevator to assist moving your items to the second floor.Make sure to bring your own lock.

We used this place for storing stuff as we slowly moved out of our place. The staff is so nice and courteous- company is family owned!- and the hours are convenient. The facility is clean and very safe. Prices are extremely reasonable. We got a free lock with our rental and theres a uhaul you can use for free for in town drives. Ive called a few times and they always answer promptly. One time my call got dropped and they called me back immediately, apologizing, even though it was my phones fault! Anyways, theyre lovely and I would highly recommend!

We were customers storing household goods here for almost 2 years. Their prices were always competitive. From start to finish, we found the staff, Shelly and Shane, always friendly and extremely helpful - and responsive immediately. Weve used other units in town over the past several years, but we were glad we found Self Storage Plus. We never had any issue. We used drive up units and found them clean, dry and free of critters. And for a short spell, we used a parking space to park our trailer. Highly recommend them.
