I was getting ready for a girls trip to Florida and had a tire scrape from hitting a curb... I brought my car in to have them take a look at it and they were super helpful and didnt try to upsell me on anything. I greatly appreciated it and for once didnt feel taken advantage of! Thank guys!

We had a 2 inch screw in our tire and it was taken care of quickly and with our warranty from buying tires here it didn’t cost us a thing. Great service and kind management.

I made an appt for an inspection at Tire Choice. The manager and mechanics could not have been more helpful or efficient. They explained everything they needed to do and answered all of my questions. The waiting room is cool and comfortable if you need to stay. I dropped off my car and they gave me an estimated time and it was ready. I highly recommend this location for your next work. You wont be disappointed.

Don’t feel like I could trust the associate. Price quoted for 4 tires was $400 more than the tires cost. Tried to sell me 4 tires when I only needed two. Didn’t know how to properly fill out credit application

Would like to say my experience was amazing!! Not only did they beat the price of several places I had already been but completed the service in what I’d call record timing. If you have any auto maintenance needs, please go check them out.

We visited the store for a quick State inspection. The manager on site was very courteous and excellent manner. The technician was prompted and performed the tasks without any delays. They were former Auto Tire stores. We really do appreciate everyones commitment to excellence at the store. We will be back for the next auto maintenance.

Utterly disappointed. I dropped off at 1pm for a flat repair and asked to pickup by 3pm. Showed up at 4:30pm to pickup and nothing was done. At least a call for heads up would have lessened the inconvenience. Do not recommend this place.

This will be my new go to location for anything automotive. Darryl and the rest of the mechanics are incredibly trustworthy, knowledgeable and wont try to upsell you on anything you dont need. I got tires and an alignment here and wasnt charged for the alignment because my car was already perfectly aligned. Other places would take that as an opportunity to make a few extra bucks, but not here. These guys have my business from now on.

Needed new tires because its been 5 years and were dry rotting. Absolutely phenomenal service. Friendly and proffesional. Found a great pair of Yokohama tires. In and out in less than an hour. I will be back for further services.

Darryl is very nice store manager, very good customer service will not charge me for something that I don’t need. Also will cut you a break when you really need one. I went in to get my tire changed due to my psi light kept coming on and I couldn’t figure out why I couldn’t see a nail. When randy got working on it, he new something wasn’t right because of a really loud noise coming from my exhaust pipe. When he got it up he alerted Darryl and then notified me to come see. My muffler was split all the way through. Darryl then showed that he could just patch my tire because it had a nail. They gave me a wonderful deal with getting a new muffler and having my tire patch. I really recommend these two men with how fast they performed their jobs and how nice their customer service is. I would gladly go back there!

Ive been taking my cars here for over 15 years. Theyve been great about getting my car in for service in a timely manner. Their prices are reasonable. Their staff are consistent and know me by name. Even my 8 year old doesnt mind going there with me for routine maintenance or car repairs.

Was shopping around for tire mounting and balance. This place had good reviews and best price. Quote was even better than Wal-Mart. Sure enough, work was done in timely manner and by people who knew what they were doing. Will be definitely coming back

AutoTire has always been fair and honest with me when working on my family’s vehicles. They have worked with me to prepare for upcoming maintenance so the price is understood months prior to needed it performed. Even when they are busy they find a way to help us out when we are in a jam with our older cars.

We were in from out of town with brake issues and they got us in right away! Their facility was clean and friendly and their staff was pleasant to work with! They offered us a rental and were genuinely caring!

They always take really good care of my car. I’m a college student and can’t afford much. They always tell me what is going on with my car, and I never feel pressed for repairs unless I NEED the repair. They are stand-up, professionals, and a do a great job of supporting the community.

I needed new tires. The in store tech quoted a more expensive price than the one quoted on the phone. Then tried to jerk me around with double talk and an offer to get 4 tires for the price of 3. I desperately need 2 and a third would have to be changed soon. The buy 3 get one free offer was actually more expensive per tire than both quoted for just 2 tires. I pointed out the math and got more double talk. Ended up buying 2 because I was desperate. Later they called to tell me “all” my lug nuts were rounded off and it would cost me $70 more, so they got me in the end anyway. Strangely, the one tire that was good, I changed on the highway in Florida with a scissor jack and the supplied lug wrench in 5 minutes with no lug nut issues, just 6 months ago. I would say they are corrupt or inept. Either way I wouldn’t recommend these guys to family or friends.

These guys are awesome and super friendly. Fair prices, great service and friendly attitudes from everyone. Showed me what the problem was, explained in detail and discussed what could be done now and what could wait. Recommended over other places nearby by far.

I was having a hard time getting fit into any place for an inspection but AutoTire got me in the day I called with an appointment and, even though I showed up 30 minutes early, they still took my car back and had me on my way in a quick manner. Every single time Ive taken my car here, I get quick, friendly, and quality service from every staff member. These guys genuinely care about their customers and are always more interested in helping than trying to squeeze more money out. This location is part of a large company but treats their customers with the type of dignity found at mom and pop shops. Do yourself and your car a favor and go here for whatever your car needs.

If you were to ask me a week ago I would have said this was the best place to go for any car needs. Quick, reliable and would go over everything before they did anything. Went back on 5/25/21 for an oil change and got ripped off. They replaced the air filter in my car before even asking me to do it. Back when it was Nick and Daryl it was the best place to go. Now I have to find a new place to go

Ballwin, MO store #938. I went in today at 10am to replace tires before the snow and they didnt have the tires in the store but got them to the store within hours and I went back and dropped off my car around 1130am. They said it would be ready around 4pm and at 1pm they called to let me know my car was ready EARLIER than they said. They were very friendly when I inquired about tires and very helpful.

I was having the hardest time getting the screws out to replace the license plate (old car and they have been in there a long time). Called them up and they said that they would be able to get it done. Went in and they were friendly and got right to work. They worked on it for about 20 minutes and got it done and told us there wouldnt be a charge. Very glad I went here.

Very low integrity shop. Do not use them! I took my car in to get the tires changed and they damaged one of my wheels. They tried to cover it up with touch up paint, but when I confronted them on and they said there is no way they could’ve done it and refused to help me. They are liars who don’t stand behind their work. That is not a good company to do business with! If I could give negative stars I would. I will pursue other avenues to make them cover the damage they did to my vehicle.——-The response below doesn’t make sense since I spoke to the manager Nicholas and he is the one that refused to help. Do NOT take your cars to this place!!

Very happy with the people and the service at the Ballwin Autotire center.My car went in for the work at the time of the appointment and was completed in good time. The staff answered my questions, were politeand i could not be more pleased to have this auto service center near meto have my cars serviced at.

Took my car in on a Sunday to get get nail taken out of tire and tire patched. I called up there with no appointment and they got me in right away and had my car back to me in a hour. Very reasonable prices as well. Will be going back.

Sam has been amazing. I went in for an oil change and state inspections knowing I might fail. Sam went out of his way to explain the costs and found the best deal on all of the parts I needed so that I could pass.***Update 5/24/19****Brought my car in for oil change and possibly brakes, turned out to be shocks, struts and rear brakes. Nicolas was so sweet and easy to work with. Since it was going to be a while I decided to head over to target after seeing my car up and wheels off the tech showed me the concerns and promised to take care of my baby. Im sorry Sam went to another store but Im glad he left Nicolas to take his place. Ill be back again soon!

Darrel at Auto Tire repair in Ballwin, MO was of extreme help today. On a Sunday morning I was able to drive in make an appointment, get the problem figured out, fixed, and was able to drive it away within a couple hours. Great service, would recommend them to anyone!

Store Manager Nicolas was very professional and helpful. They were able to diagnose my car problem and fix it quickly and accurately!

I was having break issues with stutter stopping and it scared the heck out of me. I looked up the closest car shop and saw that they had almost a 5 star rating and over 100 reviews and now I know why. I walked in and the store manager Nicolas Chahoud took me right in. I asked if he had time for a walk in he said no but we will make time. The shop only had on technician working and he had him go immediately to look at my car. The guy took it for a drive then put it on the rack next thing I know the manager is saying I am ready. I had built up ice around my wheels and it was affecting my breaks. They dislodge the ice and then told me no charge. REALLY NO CHARGE FOR THEIR TIME! Most places would have tried to get me for the technicians time but no he gave me my keys and told me to have a good day. I have a new shop from now on!

I had a tire blow out (which I had purchased a few years ago from this Autotire store). I took it in to have replaced and found out I had no road hazard coverage which I usually get (probably due a paperwork error in purchase process). Manager and assistant (Nicholas and Darryl, I think) discounted the new tire and gave me road hazard discount anyway. Mechanics got it changed quickly. Thank you!

The low tire pressure light did not go off on my wifes car despite the fact that the pressure was good. I took it in for a sensor to be replaced. They later called and said it merely needed resetting and there was no charge. Time will tell if it needs more (my wife told me afterwards she had reset it before) -- but the important thing is that they could have charged me the original quote and I would have had no way to know. In another instance earlier I was able to verify that what they told me about a tire was completely accurate. Thus I have confidence in dealing with them.Today I dealt with Nikola and Darrell (not sure of the precise spellings) and they were both friendly and helpful. I have used them for my tire business for several years and plan to continue to do so.

Made an appt on-line to get service. Arrived 10 min early and (I guess manager?) said he sent me an email saying they could not get my car in today because he only had one worker. I went back to my car and looked at all emails. I looked back on the form I filled out and saw that I did not leave an email address so he COULDNT have sent an email. Sent another message in their system explaining that, and ending it with its OK to not have availability to work on the car, its not OK to lie about contacting me. Look, Im a cancer patient that set an alarm to wake me up so that I could make the appointment. I took my time, and my gas to get it done, but he couldnt pick up the phone and call to cancel? Anywho, Manager calls me up yelling at me because i called him a liar. I said, great, whats my email address that you sent this email to?. He said no, reply and again Dont call me a liar and hung up the phone on me. Ill be happy to transfer my service work elsewhere. The problem is, I bought tires from this shop so now Im also out tire rotations? What a jerk.

Well here we go again. If you look hard enough youll see a great review previously from me and it was meant whole heartedly. Im learning here that where you go is not so important as who you see. My last visit and customer service received from the desk was simply disappointing. I wont bother with the details because I want those of you who read this to take away something else than a gripe session. The skinny is I say they did something they say they didnt. The one thing I failed to do was keep every receipt in the glove box as I used to do. Thats what I want the readers to take away from this. KEEP YOUR RECEIPTS IN THE GLOVE BOX. I wont be returning to that particular Autotire but will be looking for a place I feel can keep better records and even has their different stores consolidated.

Top-notch experience! Sam and his team got me a great set of Bridgestone tires at the best price. I felt like a valued customer, not an imposition, and that was reinforced with the team letting me know of some items that would need attention at a later time, so that I wouldnt be caught off-guard. The customer area was well laid-out, and the free Wi-Fi helped make the time go by easier. Sam himself was beyond friendly, as he was able to set customers at ease and even joke with them. It was a good experience seeing folks in a waiting area chatting and laughing instead of ignoring each other.
