During heavy winds in July 2021 a tree limb feel on the hood of our Truck. We didnt know if it would need a new hood and we didnt want to have it painted so we took the chance and saw Terry at the Dent Devil in Ballwin. Terry worked his magic and made it look great. As you can see Terry did a fabulous job restoring it to the way it should look without a new hood or paint. We are very pleased with the results, We can not tell it had a dent at all. I would absolutely recommend Terry at the Dent Devil for your dent removal problems.

So from the minute I stepped into the shop I knew this was going to be a great experience! The shop was more like a surgery room! I recently got a grocery cart ding on my rear driver side door that made me cringe every time I walked up to my car. We had two creases on our passenger door. Terry (I think, Im horrible at remembering names) removed both creases / dents perfectly. He was able to completely buff out the scratch on the front crease. The rear crease scratched the clear coat - he buffed/ touched up to where barely noticeable - repaint would have been the only option to restore perfectly - extremely happy (and so is my wife)! Its refreshing to see a person that is clearly passionate about their job and workmanship - along with providing great customer service.

I drove through white highway paint with my black car. The entire side was speckled, as were the wheel wells. Terry did an amazing job cleaning it up.He has also taken a dent out of a fender, perfectly! I highly recommend Dent Devil. I manage a private car collection where our cars are regularly invited to Pebble Beach Concour de Elegance....my standards and expectations are beyond demanding.The damage was BAD and I was fully prepared to have the whole side of my personal truck repainted with really no attention to cost, I just wanted it perfect.The damage repair was attempted by two previous PDR shops and both had failed horribly and I was convinced it could not be fixed with PDR.Both shops told me it couldnt be fixed using PDR.I ended up taking my truck to Pro-Tech to have the side body worked and repainted.The owner told me that hed love to take my money, but that I should take it to Dent Devil and talk to Terry, that he could fix the damage.That was the best advice Ive ever taken!I would defy anyone to find the slightest hint of previous damage.Truly amazing....beyond words.

Terry was great. We had a pretty good door dent that probably had full blown body shop written all over it for over twice the price. The door came out great and we didnt break the bank.

I had not previously used a service like this but thought Id give it a go before trying a body shop. Dropped my car off in the morning and picked up in the afternoon basically new. Four pretty challenging dents on the hood were gone, without a trace. Very happy with how it turned out and will use them again. Much cheaper than what I would have had to pay at the body shop, and kept the original paint intact.

What a beautiful business, you have to see this place and all the restored antique gas pumps they have, amazing. They did a fantastic job on our car, dents I didnt think would be able to come out they managed it and made it look like new again. Very friendly and had our car done in a day. Not only are they great at what they do but they work with your insurance, have a super clean shop and are very friendly.

If you have a dent, major or minor, in your vehicle, Dent Devil is the only place to go. The staff is extremely dedicated to giving absolutely incredible repair results. Typically no painting is necessary, and the techniques that are used are environmentally-friendly. I have gone to the Ballwin, Missouri location twice, and I can tell you that Terry is a very talented artisan. The work is done right (the repairs make the vehicle look just like new) and the repairs to my truck have always been completed in a very short time. And, importantly, the cost of the repairs at Dent Devil does are very reasonable. I can recommend Dent Devil most highly when dent repairs are needed. Truly exceptional!

I had to get my car fixed and I looked for a repair shop that was willing to do it as cheap as possible. My goal was to keep the cost at least $1000. The workers were very helpful and nice to talk to. They recommended to replace the right fender and headlight so it cost less than fixing the dent itself. They estimated the amount less than my initial goal and I was very impressed with the work they did with the new fender and headlight. I recommend trying out Dent Devil for those who are looking for repair workers that are willing to help out and give options on the repair work.

Terry at the Ballwin shop did a fantastic job of removing a large door ding. Very difficult place to get to, right above the front door handle. I dont know how he did it, but it looks absolutely perfect.Superb customer service and customer focused. Only place Ill ever go for dent removal.

This is the second time that I have been to this Dent Devil. Both times were extremely positive experiences. They went above and beyond on the work for my car and it shows. Rather, it doesnt show! I cant even tell where the dent used to be!!In my case, someone had dinged my door with such gusto that it even took the paint off. Terry and Dave were both great to work with.There is nothing cool about seeing your new truck dimpled like a golf ball. Terry quickly let me know It was no big deal. They see it multiple times per day, and it would look like new when they were done.They work with hertz and enterprise and can schedule them to pick you up, if you need a rental like I did.
