This was the 2nd time that I took my vehicle in for paint and body work. they were professional, kept me updated throughout the process, paint matched and I was unable to see where the repairs were performed. Good as new! Definitely will refer to them and will use them again in the future.

I highly recommend these guys. Estimates are free, they are knowledgeable about the whole process from insurance to the actual repairs needed, and they stand by their work. I noticed an issue near the repaired area that had an uneven gap and even though we were pretty sure it wasnt part of the incident they still took it back and fixed it on the spot. They definitely feel like they have the customers back over the insurance company. They also refuse to use aftermarket parts that dont line up perfectly with where they should be. Lastly they were able to paint and perfectly blend the color into how the rest of the car looked. You will not regret going with these guys and I will definitely go back if needed.

Wonderful place! Had to get work done due to a hit and run. Adam was very friendly and always made sure to update us as needed with great explanations. When more damage was found once they got deeper into the job and thought they would not make their given deadline as a result, he was quick to call and explain what happened and how much longer they thought it could take. Even still, they completed the job by the original deadline and did a fantastic job. The repairs look great and is back to looking like new again. My wifes caravan had a pretty serious dent on the sliding side door that needed a completely new door. Carstar replaced with a new door used the flecked black factory paint, and even tinted it so it matched the rest of the cars age. Looks fantastic. Adam was very professional and helpful. This will absolutely be our go-to paint & body shop!

I did a walk in because I needed a side mirror replaced. I met Adam and he was extremely helpful. The part I brought in did not fit and he went out of his way to make sure I got the right part. He also made sure the part got put on and the job was complete within hours. During the whole time he was very polite.

From the time I walked thru the door, during the processes of repainting the front end of my car, until I walked out with a brand new looking car, everything was done in a professional manner. I took my 2014 Toyota Prius to Adam at Carstar and after handing my keys to Adam it was like all the stress was taken off me right at that moment, Adam and every one at Carstar went above and beyond on my repair. Dropped off my car due to parking lot collision damage. I was given a ride home after drop off and kept informed (daily) of the progress being made on the repairs. The Collision center handled all of the paperwork with my insurance company and the car was restored to like new condition. Had an accident needed a body shop they were recommended by insurance.they were very professional they kept me updated throughout the whole process via text and phone calls service was performed quick and sooner than promised. I went in for an estimate and I ended up just leaving my sons car it had no bumpers no paint on bumpers light was all messed up the fender was messed up bolts missing he was in an accident so I’m sure you can imagine but it was drivable and Adam gave me a free estimate which was so affordable and honest answered all my questions if your a woman and scared to get an estimate because u think they might rip you off NOT here you will be treated fairly (I say that because when I go to mechanic and car places foe some reason I get a different estimate than my husband) not all but a lot do they will be our staple autobody for our family forsure…oh and the car was done same day and super fast and looks like new new :) I’m very sayisfied with the work
