Did not care for service guys professional work ethics condescending and just blatantly Rude. That being said I like the way they care for my car!!.

They dont honor the lifetime warranty

I gave gateway auto body center a call and requested a rough estimate on body repair for two vehicles. I sent pictures and damage listing via text message and never received a response. I attempted to follow up with the company and they did not answer.

Actually I had service performed and was 100% satisfied.

I wish I could give this shop a zero star rating. My car sat for 6 weeks before they started to work on it. This bodyshop put greasy parts from my damaged corvette in the back of my trunk and got the carpet oily looking. When removing my right rear wheel for what ever reason (this is not the area of the accident) it got scratched significantly. The manager Jeremy was polite enough but the heavy set guy that works at the counter didnt get along with my claims adjuster assigned to me from the insurance company, so he took it out on me. This guy wanted the insurance company paying to repair a wheel that wasnt damaged from the accident. Anyway it never got repaired and I know the wheel didnt have this damage when the tow truck dropped it off at the dealership because i only took pictures of my damaged car after it arrived at the bodyshop and in each shot that shows the rear wheels they are in perfect condition. This is hands down the worst experiance ever. Stay away from this body shop.

Needed emergency repairs, which were done quick and well.

I arrived Friday without an appointment but I needed to have my wiper blades replaced. Victor went ahead and worked my car in and also had my car washed.I have always received excellent service at Gateway Chevrolet.

Fast and efficient. In and out in 1 hour.

They were awesome to work with and timely as well.

NEVER GOING BACK HERE AGAIN!!!

Horrible service,,, going on 3 weeks still havent got my car, now another excuse,,, supposedly to BAD WEATHER....

After a month I took my car and they did a very bad job, they damaged one piece, the paint was left with lumps and dirt trapped in the glitter layer and I took it again as they were going to fix it again and only repaired the damaged feet. painting is the same is difficult that they do not do their job well because thats what they pay for, I do not recommend it because of my experience
