I have to say I love my car and beyond happy with the experience. We ended up at Sansone after being poorly treated at another Jeep dealer. I have to say the difference was night and day. From the moment you arrive you could tell it was going to be a game changer. We were immediately greeted by Eli and explained our situation to which he was upfront of what to expect. He had us test out a car I wasn’t even thinking of and fell in love. Then we were passed to Tre to try out the exact model that I wanted. Tre was super informative and personable. I was automatically sold on the car. Then the number crunching started. Being a first time lessee I did not know what to expect. However, Tre and Eli made sure I walked out of there with the car I wanted and the price I wanted. I am beyond happy to have been in good hands. I would recommend to anyone!

If I could give ZERO stars I would. While in my local parking garage my cars battery died. The same battery I took over 5 months ago to be looked at and was told the battery was working well and was fully charged. This evening my battery dies, I check under the hood to inspect the battery and notice THERE WAS NO BOLT ON MY POSITIVE CONNECTOR. For 5 months I was driving around with my positive connector not being bolted down to anything. EXTREMELY unprofessional not to mention DANGEROUS. I’ve never been the kind to leave reviews but after taking my vehicle to get serviced twice in the last year because of battery issues, once my lease is up I am taking my business elsewhere. Completely unacceptable.

This was my first time coming to Sansone, and I have to say I had a GREAT experience. Alexandra was my advisor and she was thorough, patient and knowledgeable. She even had my car washed as courtesy. Today was even her birthday! God bless her always. I’ve always done my business in Brooklyn so this experience was comforting. Everyone was nice and courteous even one gentleman by the name of Nick who randomly heard me ask about a sushi place to eat. He came to me as I walked into my car, just to share his advice on a good spot. My car is maintenance, clean, it was not too long of a wait and everyone was truly a pleasure. This will forever be my go-to spot. Highly recommend.

Im giving a one star do to the lack of professionalism within this establishment, i have called a total of 8 yes 8 times trying to reach anyone in sales. Do to a employee promising to give me a call back at opening about a car i was yes once again WAS willing to buy. I attempted 5 times to call in i kept getting transferred and closed on my employees both attempted and the same situation… this isn’t customer services please retrain employees or staff better! ( taking my business somewhere else thank you!)

Leading a car “Jeep Cherokee” from this dealership was the biggest mistake I have ever made. First of all, the deals they have are way over priced ! After one week of having my car I had a check engine light and had to take it back to get it fixed.I can not explain how much time and money I wasted on this car! I had to take many days off work or go to work late multiple times having to deal with this car. This was the worst car I have ever drove in my life! It doesn’t drive smoothly at all. The moral of the story is that I don’t see myself leasing another car from this dealership.

Worst experience. Nobody was there at 9:15 to help. Around 9:30, salespeople started rolling out. I asked about a lease on a wrangler in my price range around $350/month with down payment and they said it was impossible and that they were around $500+ a month. Well, turns out it is possible. Went to another dealer and my monthly payment for a lease with $2500 down is $346! Would not recommend!!

We were extremely disappointed by the service provided to us. We’ve purchased one vehicle in the past and recommended family members to Sansome who ended up also purchasing a car. After being a loyal customer, we were treated poorly and shown NO customer service at all. We had to chase the staff for updates when our new vehicle was sold to us with a huge dent on the car door. We were told it would take 2-3 days to have the car fixed and it took a week to get the car in our hands after multiple calls and urging the staff for updates. I truly think if we hadn’t reached out they would have no sense of urgency to have the car fixed promptly. We requested a loaner car which was our idea and not offered by the staff. They gave us a dirty loaner that hadn’t even been cleaned and smelled like cigarettes. When we finally went to the dealership to pick up the repaired new car they gave us the car and didn’t even take the stickers off the window or the plastic off the seats. We did it all ourself even after telling the staff about it, they simply did not care. We almost drove away without our temporary registration because NO ONE gave it to us. Luckily we remembered and asked someone. I’ve purchased many vehicles but never have I felt a company did not deserve our money more than now. If you’re looking to leave a dealership with excitement, do your self a favor and do not purchase at this location.

After speaking with other jeep dealers, I decided to give sansone a shot. The original vehicle I went in to look at was sold just before I got there. Ivan B. helped me locate the same truck with all the options I wanted in his system. It was identical to the one I originally came in for. It was a lease return with low mileage. I couldnt see the vehicle right there as it had just come in and was being inspected by their mechanics. Ivan said he would stay on top of it and when it became available he would call me to come look at it. He called and I went in. It was exactly what I wanted. I bought the truck as soon as they would let me. Ivan even made sure that any small things would be repaired or replaced. I am a salesman myself. This is how a sale and experience should go.

My experience with the service department was lackluster at best (multiple visits that never seemed to resolve anything and talking to the management just made me feel like I was in a Sopranos episode), it just seems like an all around old & slow kind of place that just isnt capable of thinking outside the box... I found another Jeep dealer in Jersey who took care of my problem quickly and painlessly - I saw multiple customers with similar issues while I waited, do yourself a favor and find an agile/hungry dealership.

I own a 2015 grand Cherokee limited and this vehicle has been multiple times Sansone jeep service center and every time I get serviced other issues arise seems like the mechanic are terrible or dont know whats going.. I got my vehicle 2 weeks for stalling issues and I have still the issue and now my electronic braking system message came on and they changed my ABS module recent. they are quick to charge you and take your hard earned money but give you back your vehicle not fixed properly.. went this morning to ask to check vehicle they told I have to leave my vehicle. I ask then can i have a rental and they told me they cant do that. I ask for manager he is not in today they couldve directed me to another manger but they didnt do so...

I went for a check engine light and asked them to look at my radio because the screen freezes every once an awhile. I waited for about 3 hours for the service advisor was the girl in the middle of the floor as soon as you drive in she sends me a price of $1600 without explaining anything about what was wrong with my car. When I ask what was the problem with my car and why did they charge me for 2 diagnostics she never informed me about charging me an additional $149 just to “look” at my radio just for them to say replace it when it’s not even broken I just said it freezes sometime. Then tried to charge me $900 for 2 exhaust valves. The price of the valves are $250 a piece so you mean to tell me it costs $400 in labor for a 20 minute job? All you do is plug them in and reset it. Then she claims it wasn’t valid for a warranty when I have the max coverage which she didn’t tell me either I found that out from Dodge in Jersey City I went there and they actually checked and my part was covered by my warranty. I never had a problem here before the other 2 service advisors that are on the side are cool but that one in the middle and the older gentleman at the parts department need to drop their attitudes and get better training on customer service and explain better when ask detailed questions. I noticed their labor fees are slightly higher than others I’ve been to in NJ don’t believe me compare prices for yourself so I walked out of there after spending $300 an nothing done to my car. Very disappointed..Nice way to take care of your customers.

I wish I never leased my car from this dealer. The car paint started to deteriorate after a year of owning my car. I made claim about an year ago and this dealer has yet fixed the problem. Angela keeps giving me turnarounds. Their oil changes also take 4-6 hrs. Its beyond frustrating owning a car you cant even enjoy. Free advice if your reading this in service line they will overlook all issues until vehicles out of warranty. Ps my ram is caculated to 9.4 mpg. Unprofessional employee, he wasnt helping anyone and he knew we were waiting for someone to come and help us with a car but he didnt even ask if we need help and even when we came up to him, he wasnt trying to help us at all! My daughter had a service apptment for an oil change at 10:00am today. I made the apptment over a week ago and called yesterday to confirm. When I pulled in today I was told there was a three hour wait and told I could come back later. I live over forty minutes away. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will never drive a jeep again because of their service department.

I went to Sansone initially to look at a a vehicle at another of the dealers and when that was gone I drove around all of the lots. I was looking for something with 3 rows/the ability to seat 5 with 2 in car seats. I spotted a Pacifica in the lot and went in to check it out. Kostas was fantastic in showing me the vehicle and all the features (I am old school when it comes to cars and technology). I was trading in 2 cars and was able to hold the vehicle and return with the 2nd trade. I went looking without the intention of necessarily purchasing the same day and drove off the lot with a new to me vehicle. I absolutely love it!

They dont want to change oil on Mopar Express Line without appointment over 2 days even its nobody here. I dont see any reason why I paid 24 oil change in advance. I will make complain. I want my money back. Rude service consultant. Avoid this dealer.

I just purchased a 2020 Jeep Renegade with Patryk. I could not be happier with the purchase and the purchasing process. Horrible experience with this dealership especially Jeep service..My mom Jeep had a loose wheel after the service they performed on a Friday.. oil change and tire rotationShe dropped it offThey said it wouldn’t be looked at until Monday and Monday comes and they said there’s only one tech we have to wait..My mother needed a loaner or any vehicle to and they kept saying no vehicles for her due to Toyota massive recall.She had multiple people tell her to pull over because the wheel was very loose and tow truck driver said the wheel was bent. And all of a sudden the dealer call car is fine all wheels were tight nothings wrong with the car...Last time she Went for oil change and gave the car back to her with a puncture on the wheel made her pay for it even if was there fault

Joseph Forcella provided an exceptional service during my visit to Sansone Jeep. Joe was very professional and his likability cannot be surpassed. During my service appointment, he discussed what were the required maintenance of the vehicle up front. Joe was excellent at communication and kept me updated with the status of the vehicle via text messages. This is the type of service we expect from a service advisor. I am very pleased. Keep doing the good job Joe !!!

No body halp no pickup phone is worst place

Terrible experience servicing my Jeep GC. Spent over $1200. and my car is in the same condition as it went in. Thought bringing the car to the dealer was the right thing to do since they supposedly has the top equipment and certified techs. No Sir!! you have to pay them to push another button. Will not use them again. Upon picking up my car it was missing screws and hold down major components! Service manager said these screws will not make your car stop running! but there is a MAJOR reason why the manufacturer put them there! very unprofessional.

I cannot recommend Sansone enough! I went to them for my first ever lease and they made the process as seamless as possible. Tre and Tony helped me find the exact car I wanted and did not try to push me into leaving with a car or deal I was not happy with. I was confident in my purchase knowing that they helped me in any way they could. They were respectful, kind, and knowledgeable. Shahid was great as well, as he helped me through the finances and paperwork signing with any questions I had and thorough explanations so that everything was up front and on the table. I cant thank them enough for making this such a pleasant experience.Would give them all 10 stars if I could.

This is the 5th vehicle that I leased / purchased from Sansone, and my 3rd from Sansone Jeep. I have to admit that I am happy with my experience. And the service department made my day! I have been using the service at Sansone Jeep/Chrysler/Dodge for almost 6 years now and have never been disappointed and never had a problem making an appointment or walking in for service request. I called parts for a mirror replacement for my RAM 1500 and I asked the guy to repeat the number twice as he said it so fast. As I asked him to repeat the number again he slammed the phone and hung up while mumbling something.

Let me tell you, Ivan is the best! Carefully and slowly explained the whole leasing/financing process and got me into my first ever new vehicle. Everything was smooth like butter!!!
