Went here today to shop around for my first car and explore my options. I explained to the salesman I just wanted to explore my options and I have a price range. He showed me a car triple the price I was looking for and I said I wasnt interested anymore because the cars were out of my price range. I tried to leave and the salesman got very aggressive saying Im not showing him respect by leaving and not buying a car and that hes going to lose his job now because of me. I was looking for a car cheaper than any that were offered, he could have told me from the beginning that I wont find what Im looking for there instead of making a scene and trying to force me to lease a car. Way too aggressive and unprofessional.Update: a day later a representative contacted me and left her direct line to call and apologized and offered to show me cars in my price range. She offered great customer service.

I’d like to retract my previous statements about this dealership and the entire sales team. My wife and I purchased a Mazda CX5 2 months ago, and we were told to expect a check in the mail for our trade-in. As of now, our sales rep is on vacation, no manager has been able to help, no email or phone call has been replied to, and no one has been able to give us an answer. This Mazda Sansone team keeps giving us the runaround and is not keeping their end of the deal. My wife and I expect a solution as soon as possible.

We arrived to Sansone Mazda to look at the CX-3 and CX-5. It was VERY disappointing to see all the employees look at my mother and I and not assist us at all. However, when some Caucasian people arrived they IMMEDIATELY assisted them. My mother and I, Black women, were ignored. I’m very disappointed to be blatantly ignored like this and it’s impossible to see how it’s not connected to race. Do better.In addition to that, some customers who were there said this place towed their car after they purchased it. I’m unsure of the validity of this, but that’s just a note to make.As aforementioned, the lack of assistance of Black women at this place in 2021 is not just disappointing, but unsurprising given the lack of diversity I saw among the employees. They were all Caucasian men and ignored us. Do better!

It is a shame an experience is ruined by a companys culture and exploitation of the market. Our sales person was kind and personable. He took his time to show us the car and give us a test drive, being mindful of our time and needs. Nonetheless, at the time of negotiations, every went astray. Exorbitant documentation fees and dealer added accesories which where not disclosed in the ad or optional to remove. Inflating a used cars price to almost a new ones. They explained this as supply and demand. Well, from my point, they can stay with their supply.Edit: Will change me review to 4 stars thanks to the General Manager calling and taking the time to ask about my experience. He offered to be of disposition and help me ammend the negotations from yesterday.

On Saturday, September 19, my husband and I brought our cars in to Sansone to turn in our leases early and lease new cars. We still had about a year to go on our leases. But, a few months back we started to receive letters and emails about turning in our lease early to get a better deal on a new car.We arrived at 9am and there were a few distractions (there were 2 separate staff meetings while we were there) even though we had made an appointment. We left at 1pm with 2 beautiful new cars.The next day, a message popped up on my dashboard that my air bags were faulty and I should have the vehicle checked. I brought my car in and had to leave it at the dealership for 5 days so the problem could be corrected(on a brand new car).Two weeks later, I received a bill in the mall for about $1,500., for early lease termination. If I had known that I would have to pay to trade in my lease prematurely, I would have waited until my lease was up. I was under the impression that there would be no extra fees or bills.I called the dealership twice to try to speak with someone concerning this matter and left a voicemail with finance(which was not returned) and was transferred to my salesman(whose voicemail box was full).I have been happy doing business with Sansone in the past. But, this makes me feel as though I have been wrong in trusting them.
