I ordered a Part for my car. I was told I was guaranteed to get the part the next day but was told a different story the day I sent my husband to pick the part up. I asked for a refund for false information and the inconvenience.After leaving one star I received a missed call thinking they were able to retrieve my part... instead he called to tell me that I should not give them one star because and I quote “it isnt like we held your money.” The one star will remain due to lack of communication, and false information from a person on your team. In addition to calling me while at work to change a Review that I felt you deserve.

I broke down with my BMW and the shop was charging me a leg and an arm for a part sthat they said they had to get from the dealer. I googled salvage yards in my area and Royal Used Auto parts came up close by. I spoke with Ahmad and Rashid with ordering my parts and they even delivered to the shop for me for no additional money. Man I was so happy that they had so many of the BMW parts I need. Thanks again guys!! Now I need to come by to shop in person for all the goodies I need!!

Terrible service!! Called in the morning and was told that part is available for pick up today and they open till 12pm. Drove 40 miles to the place and was there at 9:15AM just to find out that the dog is on the property and they cannot sell the part to me untill Monday because they are afraid of their own dog!!! Salesperson offered me the same part that I can pick up from their neighbor with a slight increase of 50% in the price ($75 instead of $50). I said Thank you and left. Will never use this place and will not recommend to others to do so.

Poor service and communication. I ordered and paid for 2 parts and waited for almost a month, called them up they said they have not received the order and had to check the Paypal transaction and promised it will be shipped within 2 days. After it was confirmed, waited for another almost 2 weeks and they told me they can only give me one part and they refunded the other. My clients waited for almost 2 months to get their car fix. I should have not getting into this head ache. I would not recommend getting your parts here. They are not reliable and poor communication.
