The showroom was big with lots of inventory.Salesman Mr. Shawn helped us go through the process, he explained all the details and features in the car. we did a test drive, Finance part was easy too, Mr. Anthony help us explain all the paperwork. there was no pressure, no games, quick and easy process.. The salesman shaun there seemed unsure of himself and new. which I was willing to give somebody a chance. For a 2010 Ford F-150 V8 extended cab with barely no flaws on the body and pretty clean inside. Offered me $1,000 even though in the inflated market the dealerships want to charge three times an amount of what something is worth. I had made a comment to another salesperson and very cocky he said oh its a 2010 as he walked out with a female customer making a joke at my expense. I guess this dealership makes enough money where they can give disrespectful offers and their employees make fun of other people to other customers. I wouldnt go here if theyre offering free cars. And by the way the $50,000 2017 Tahoe that I was showed had more rust than my 2010 truck that was laughed at about go figure always look underneath
Service customer beware this place is a joke car was there for almost a month with an appointment not even touch. No one answered the phone, when they do there really rude. Service manager doesn’t do right for the customer especially told him the car been there for a month he said yah were really backed up and can’t do anything for another week or two really????? Guys take your car some where else unless u don’t need you car for months. If I have a chance to give you a zero service I so would.

Awesome experience all around. They valued my time and business. Showroom was huge with lots of cars on display. I went to another dealer who was 5 minutes from my house the day before and after 4 hours of dealing I left without a car because they didnt even have it in stock! I called Sansone and they had 15 of them to choose from. It was an hour drive from my house but worth the trip. I left with the EXACT car I wanted with NO hassle. I checked KBB.COM and I paid exactly in the middle of the LOWEST prices for that car.
I went there last week to buy a truck .they were the only ones who had stock.I bought the truck I was in and out of there within 3 hours.I came back to take delivery of the truck over the weekend.Id already received one of the keys for the truckthe other key was left in the console and I picked up the truck on Sunday morning .the truck was waiting for me at the edge of the parking lot.It was clean, it was prepared and I just drove it out of the parking lot and I took it home.the service was excellent.The people there are just beautiful to work with. they are selling a lot of vehicles and they deserve it.guys I wish you a lot of luck in your future endeavors .I hope that you sell double amount of cars and trucks that you have until now and that you make a lot of money.
Almost made the mistake of buying a car from these people. Got the paperwork only to discover a $6,000+ fair market adjustment. Theyre looking to capitalize on a high demand market which I cant blame them for, but what they were trying to do was borderline abusive. They use all the classic car lot tactics. I did not buy a car from them and I wouldnt suggest that anyone does. Shopped around and found a deal elsewhere.

I got myself into a bad deal two years before going to sansone. I owed 16k on a car worth 8k with a ridiculous interest rate and 5 years left of payments. I had saved about 2500 and went to this dealer to see what my options were. Chrissell helped me big time with getting a decent deal. She got me a decent payment for what is a fully loaded K5 and managed to roll over all the negative equity that i owed. Chrissell also went a long way in giving my story to the finance manager in consideration of my situation. And In a matter of two hours i had test drove the vehicle and negotiated a monthly payment that was similar to what i was paying before. No wait, No games played at all.Just want to point out that Kia’s were rolling off the lot like water. (They were sold out of tellurides and only had about 10 K5’s in stock) So in no way did they have any reason to agree to my terms but they did anyway. Thats good customer service.Even though the payments are still relatively higher than most people would like to pay, i will have 0 debt owed at the end of the 3 year lease which is going to go a long way in reaching my goal of financial freedom. Alot more can be said for this outcome than the other 6 dealers that turned me away once they saw the negative equity was more than a few grand.Thank you Sansone, Your team and Chrissell especially have helped me reach my goal of being debt free before 30.
Best KIA dealership Ive ever been to for service of my car! Ive read about a lot of bad reviews about KIA dealerships and have experienced some bad experiences myself at 2 other dealerships. I was hesitant, but I had a recall, so I decided to go to Sansone of Woodbridge for it. I dealt with the Service Manager Jim (super nice guy), they stand by their work 100% and took care of me fabulously!!! I have no complaints here and I would highly recommend this KIA dealership service department!

My husband is looking to purchase a vehicle, so we visited yesterday based on their inventory listed online. The experience was hurtful to say the least.After sitting at a sales associates desk and my husband providing him with the stock number for the first vehicle, I informed the associate that my husband was interested in a few vehicles. He then informed me that if we want to see a few vehicles on a Saturday, wed have to go walk around- that he was too busy on a Saturday to run around getting different cars. That seemed a bit harsh to me to say to a customer, but I convinced myself that I was being sensitive and just said Ok. After all 3 of the vehicle stock numbers that my husband was interested in came back to be already sold, we agreed to go walk around the lots. While walking, he took pictures of each vehicles stock numbers so that we could text them to the associate/ be ready so not to waste his time. However, after texting them to him and not getting a response, we returned to the showroom to see that he was working with another customer. We waited 10 minutes, and after not being acknowledged verbally or through eye contact, we decided to leave and come back. We returned in a little under an hour to find the associate still working with the same customers. However, he was doing EXACTLY what he told us he couldnt do on a Saturday. He was showing this couple around to different cars. I began to feel irritated, wondering what was the difference between us and this couple- other than our age and race. My husband assured me that it wasnt personal- that they were likely buying a new car while we were buying used, so they would get priority. After waiting another 30 minutes and still not getting acknowledged, I approached a man who had a demeanor that screamed manager and asked if we could just have the stock numbers/ inventory checked on the cars that we were interested in so that we wouldnt waste our time just standing there... he immediately went and got the original sales associate that we had been working with. This associate then proceeded to get us the key for the vehicle at the top of my husbands list and asked him if he remembered where it was parked. Although I replied that we had seen a lot of cars and the lot was huge, he still motioned the keys toward my husbands hand.It is at this point that we should have walked away, but I didnt fully process what had happened until I began walking through the lot again in search of this vehicle. I thought back to the previous 2 cars that I had purchased at other dealerships... I could never remember having to go find cars on my own- they were always brought to me. I always purchased used cars, and was still always treated like I was a priority. What was the difference between us and this other couple? We were there first, yet they got personal service while we were sent to go find our own cars.We returned to the showroom, and I asked the man I previously assumed to be a manager if this was normal. He looked to be in shock and immediately went over to the associate with a furious look on his face. However, the hurt was already piercing and the damage had been done.We left. We didnt deserve to be treated this way, and we werent going to spend our money here.

These staff at Sansone Kia are amazing! I’m not from the area (Philadelphia) and they were able to make accommodations for my friends car to be looked at today. They were fully booked but still managed to fit us in. We are incredibly grateful for their amazing service. We would have been stuck with no car and 100 miles away from home if it wasn’t for Sansone Kia. So ah, theres this guy who works there, hes supposedly the Assistant Manager and his name is Spencer. I recall that much as his professionalism deserves a big ZERO. No cordial customer service and no reasoning ability to even be polite. Even after being flogged for his attitude towards me as a client, he didnt even try to assist in a better manner, but went on to tell me I can leave now. I am so very sure, others can relate to his atrocious behavior.If you must go to a KIA dealership, go anywhere else but this place or you too will be perturbed by the visit.

I am very leery of dealerships, especially the service department. This went very well, my check engine was diagnosed, and an open recall was fixed. Im at 38k miles, so Im still covered with warranty.
Purchased Kia optima 2015. Car and deal was ok.Service not so great.Left the car for remote start, took 2 days and for 500 charge they put $60 worth remote start on Amazon. So they charged me 440 for labor ?Duplicate key - sales person said its you g to take 20 min, so plan on 30 min to stay there. Took 2 hours.... Not cool to be late at work and loose additional 100 dollars....Sales person I talked to didnt know much about the cars just basic, horse power, cm3, and equipment like stereo, leather and heaters. No suspension, nothing about engine.....

I purchased a 2021 Kia Seltos in July 2020 (from DiFeo Kia which was great to work with) and have had no issues until this past Monday morning - the car was lurching and eventually cut out (on the parkway no less) and I had to have it towed to the nearest dealer, which, unfortunately for me, was Sansone Kia. To my dismay, the manager, Spencer, informed me that their service department was booked solid, there were no appointments for two weeks, and that there was no way they could give me a loaner car. Keeping in mind that this is 100% a service issue, that was all he told me and didnt offer any assistance in any way. I spent the rest of the morning (apprx 3.5 hours) pacing in front of the service department making phone call after phone call, trying to find another dealership that could help me, and was finally able to (via Consumer affairs) have my car towed *again* to another dealership that was able to look at my car sooner. (I received a call when the car was delivered that they were going to look at it that day) I am a very patient person, but it was extremely disappointing to me that the manager made absolutely no effort to help in any way. Ive been working in the service industry for many years and can confidently say that he could have, at the very least, called around to other dealers himself or at least offered to. But he couldnt be bothered to do anything at all. I can understand that they didnt have any available loaners but in my opinion (and confirmed by consumer affairs) they should have made an effort, rented a car from enterprise at their expense (my car is literally brand new, 16k miles and under their 100k mile, 10 yr warranty), but instead they watched me frantically make phone calls while I was stranded an hour from home, and now 4 hours late for work. The biggest relief for me that day was getting my keys back from Spencer and getting out of there, hopefully to never return. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else for a car.Edit: this review is in response to the CUSTOMER SERVICE (not the fact that the service department couldnt make an appointment) - the manager, Spencer, had literally zero customer service skill, seemed that he couldnt care less about the customers. Also, for an extremely busy department, I was one of 3 customers that walked through the door in over 3 hours.

Last month I had the worst experience with a New York Nissan Broker. They made the deal sound so unbelievable over the phone for a 2019 Nissan SV Sport. No money down, low monthly payment, they will deliver the vehicle to me at my Job and take my current leased vehicle to a dealer and of course I did the purchase transaction. When they delivered the vehicle to me it was damaged. It had a scratch on the driver’s side fender, over the headlight and scratches on the inside ledge when I opened the door. I decided to go to Sansone Nissan Auto Mall in Avenel NJ.I walked out with a much better High=End 2019 SV Sport, AWD, an awesome deal! Beautiful vehicle! very Satisfied and I give all the thanks to my sales person Mr. Washington Guevara. If you want a good experience in purchasing a vehicle I recommend anyone to deal with Mr. Guevara at Sansone Auto Mall Avenel NJ. And please stay away from BROKERS!!!!!!!.

The Kia service team always does a fair and complete job on my vehicle. I’ve been going for almost 4 years now. The preventive maintenance has kept my Optima is great condition. Spencer is always friendly and informs you on what is priority and explains your options. I never feel like I’m being conned. Highly recommend.
I purchased my car from Sanosone, and so far it’s ok. Brought it in for Brake repairs and a couple of other issues. BE CARFUL WITH SERVICING! Ask questions about you repairs and replacement parts. I have aftermarket chrome rims with large gaps in the rims which means you can easily see the braking mechanisms. I had the rotor replaced, pads, ..ect. After about a week, I noticed that there was major rust on the braking parts that was replaced and which was easily visible through the gaps in my rims, looked horrible. Went back to the servicing department with this issue, I was told that the brakes given to me did not have some type of coating on them to prevent rusting, I am thinking to myself, this is the year 2019, who gives you replacement parts that rust within a week! I was told I could buy new coated brakes and I would not be charged for labor, only for the parts, but truth be told, I just no longer trust them to do any work on my car. I found a body shop that was able to paint the rusted parts on my braking system.
My sales consultant was absolutely great! I had a 2013 Kia Sportage wich i thought i couldnt get out of and she made the whole process easy and stress free for me. She was extremely patient with and asked me many questions in order for her to get me exactly what i needed. Thank you MARIELA for making this a pleasant experience. I would like to point out that they sell cars like fire so they don’t HAVE to work with you they choose to because they are just amazing like that. They really go above and beyond. We had chosen a car in a matter of hours. I don’t want to write a long boring post but deff Shout out to Marlenny and Alfredo. Amazing people to work with and answered all of my questions (even the most “illiterate” ones) every single time lol. I hope they keep selling and will deff go back in the future. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

They had no customers inside and still didnt come out to assist me after 20 minutes I left. I guess the dealers think the cars sell themselves with the internet...so why does sansone need you then?
