Great Experience! I was looking for a BMW 3 Series. Justin did a good job walking me through the process. He listened to what i was looking for within my budget and willing to negotiate with NO PRESSURE. We were able to come to an agreement. Not only that but he was also able to close a sale for me before i had to be at a work meeting in 45min and i drove out of the lot with a new car and got to my meeting in a timley matter. I just recently went into the dealership to get my brand new car. Going in I knew what I wanted and Steven answered all of the questions I asked. He had all the paper work for my car, he was very honest about pricing. I highly recommend any new buyers or people buying cars in general to see him. Even after my purchase he checked to see how the car was running . He went over and beyond and for that I am greatful.

I have purchased many cars out of state before, but never have I had this bad of an experience. The lack of communication was horrendous, and they wouldnt let me speak to a sales manager until I filled out a credit application. Reluctantly, after I did fill out the credit application, the sales manager texted me the details of the deal. Didnt even pick up the phone to call me. I had to initiate every phone call to find out what was going on. The best part was finding out the $6,000 in Fees!! I have never seen that much in dealer fees, that the sales manager would not even explain to me what they are for, and break them down. All he kept saying was non-negotiable. Very unprofessional, and would highly recommend to stay away.

I had a favorable experience buying my vehicle at Prestige Auto Group. From the start, my calls were answered promptly and if I missed my sales rep, I got a call back in a timely manner. Speaking of my sales rep, Chris, I was lucky to have him. I went in guarded because I loathe salesmen but Chris was professional and personable at the same time. He was also patient, knowledgeable, informative, and what I loved most, gave me my space. He wasnt pushy at all and made me feel comfortable having time to think, and review/inspect the car. The car I seen online was the I called for and was the car I purchased; as Ive seen some reviews on other sites complain about carfishing or cars being displayed online but not there once they get there. I will be returning in a few weeks to get my wife a car from there also.

This is the most awful car buying experience I have ever had in my life the customer service was so poor, after I paid my down payment to register my car they called me back and told me I needed to pay an absurd amount. The car wasn’t even cleaned I drove all the way for CT I would never recommend buying a car from this place to anyone!!!! I wish I could return the car I bought!!

The vehicle I was looking at looked and drove great. Stephen, my sales guy was nice. But the fees that they try to charge to buy a vehicle is pretty horrible. A $29,740 car turned into $37,588 with all the fees. They tried to charge $3000 in dealer fees, $800 for a Lo Jack that I didnt ask for, $1000 in doc fees (paperwork cost them $1K to do?), and a PSI fee for $500 that I dont even know what that is. They also were forcing me to finance the vehicle with them and I force gap insurance even after telling them I had my own financing. I sense SCAM at this dealership. They could of been trying to take advantage because I was a woman. I knew from first look these fees were not right though. Be careful dealing with this business.

I purchased additional warranty for my Audi 2018 two years ago. Last summer, I sold my car and since then I have been trying to get help from Dominic or others from shop. Absolutely no support and I almost lost $800. I dont recommend this place for any car purchase.

The staff greeted us and were professional, but the dealership fees were high compared to other places. They were willing to work with us, but there werent many options in terms of inventory (which truly is the case in most places right now). However, the vehicle that my husband was interested in... when we asked for a Car Fax, we were given a report from another agency (as though we didnt know the difference)... and it still showed a major accident of disabling capacity, which wouldnt have made it worth what they were asking.

I worked with sales associate Gabriel, and he was very helpful in explaining the process, fees, and the like. The only downside was that a 15.7k car ended up being 26k in total after fees and so on. This wasnt the fault of the associate; its the nature of the beast in Jersey, I suppose. Thats why I dinged a star.

I purchased my car in July and I have yet to get my spare tire, and Im still waiting for my plates. The young lady that I purchased my car from always has an excuse when I reach out to ask for this spare tire and other issues. Lots of ridiculous fees when we were discussing prices. If you could avoid this place, please do due to the unprofessionalism and the constant runaround Ive experienced.

This is what prompted me give the rating so that others can avoid the scam. I did not have time to write a essay about episode but since you replied I wanted the users to know it is a genuine review. Massiel went above and beyond for me today, didn’t like the numbers while I was there so I walked away only to get a call back that she worked out a deal and got me the numbers I wanted and that were in my budget. Not to mention she delivered the car all the way to philadelphia for me at MIDNIGHT!!!!!!!…. On a Saturday! Overall was a great experience with her and I highly recommend her service when looking for a new vehicle.

Came to the dealership because they had a vehicle that I was very interested in and when I got to the lot I was given the keys and got to see the vehicle up close and personal, at this point I really that I was going to be making a purchase.... everything was going well until we went in to looking at the numbers and the salesperson explained that the price that had the car listed for was the price they supposedly paid and that it wasn’t any profit in that price for them so he then list about 5 grand in additional fees that would be added on for things like inspection fees a lo jack systems and dealer fees plus tax and tag fees would still be added ..... needless to say I walked at that point...I should have know better then trying to buy from one of these small bait and switch dealers

Have to give a lousy review for a couple of reasons; first, I was told that the bank would pay for the extended warranty (which I declined during the negotiation) - they made it seem as if it was free, but it wound up on the agreement anyway - no other way to say it: the sales rep was dishonest.Second, I noticed that the tire pressure was low and sure enough after a few days, I found out there was a nail in it. When I went to have it repaired, the tire shop asked me for the lug nut key - called the dealership about it, since we were not given any key on the day of the purchase. Not surprisingly, they said they did not have one either. Big hassle.

Prestige Auto group in Avenel is a great dealership, they are very friendly and helpful. Julian was AMAZING he was very informative throughout my entire purchasing experience and definitely felt trustworthy which is a big thing for me.
