Do not use this Moving company! Very unprofessional from the moving crew, all the way up the chain to the owner. Showed up over an hour late, with a man and a women that were not capable of carrying our heavy furniture. And I ordered 3 people and got 2. Every piece they carried hit a wall and struggled to move up the stairs. The women wasn’t even listed on the website as one of the employees. And they were wearing a different moving company’s t-shirts. So I felt as if “luxury moving” had subcontracted out the job. They walked off the job and then tried to come back as if it was okay. I called 5 times to get the owner on the phone after I was tired of them hitting the walls and the owner kept interrupting me on the phone, and didn’t seem to care about the issues we had. The women cussed out my fiancé inside the house and that was the last straw. Don’t use these people if you care about your furniture and the inside of your house.

Terrible experience! Walked the job, explained every detail with the homeowner. Discussed tight schedule and the quality of care needed for my clients. Owner agreed and confirmed crew would be onsite Monday morning, literally my only day to make this move. Today is Monday and no one has arrived at our agreed time of 10am, I have tried calling owner and no answer, text is not working neither is email. Luckily I was able to get Black Tie moving company to save the day. I called explained my situation and they reacted! Do not use Luxury moving company from Austin

I am extremely disappointed and upset with how the whole move was handled. Not only were the movers extremely late and kept changing the timelines but the whole move was extremely rushed and done unprofessionally. Here are some of the issues we faced:1. after one day of delay, I was told by Adam after half day of wait that he would come tomorrow between 10am and 12pm because due to bad weather the move has to cancelled today. I finally got a call from Fernando next day at 12:30pm saying he was half an hour away, finally arrived at 3.15 pm next day. My professional cleaners had already arrived and started cleaning since they could not wait any longer.2. We asked the movers to wear masks and put on shoe covers since the house was already professionally cleaned. Neither did they wear any masks during the move, nor did they cover their shoes and on top of that they moved their trolley up and down the house dirtying and damaging floors. I had to get the house professionally cleaned again later that night.3. Since they were in such a rush they damaged stairs, walls, wooden floors and door.4. The unload process was equally unprofessional and rushed. They damaged my new fridge, my entertainment center, dumped stuff on top of each other and damaged an expensive painting, and had nicks on the walls leading to the room where they dumped stuff.5. They put the my bed in the wrong room and when I told them to move it they said they would do it and left without moving it.I am beyond words to express how upset and frustrated I am. It has taking me a day to calm down and write this review. I have been nothing but flexible and accommodative with them. My landlord is complaining about the damaged floors, stairs and doors which I need address. I have not opened any of the boxes or bags yet and am dreading to see what else is damaged.

Highly recommend this company for your move! They were so efficient and very careful with all of our items. We have moved numerous times and this was one of the best experiences! They are very diligent about protecting your furniture as well as your home. Not a single wall or door dent!I would give them 10 stars if I could!!

I hired them to move me across my apartment complex, and Ed & Tony were the best movers you could ask for. They were extremely fast, and even though I made them move up 3 flights of stairs ☹️ They were extremely efficient and helpful and if/when I move again they will be the first people I call. Thank you again guys, And thank you for working through a pandemic, I’ve got a feeling no one thanks you enough for that. Also to add they have excellent taste in music. Choosing Luxury Moving for my move was the best decision I could have made. From the minute I requested a quote all the way to the end of a complicated move, this company exuded customer service and truly puts the customer first. My movers, Josh and Ed, showed up right on time and moved everything quickly and efficiently. We had two drop off locations and they handled everything with care like it was their own stuff. Luxury Moving was the best quote I received from the many I requested. And Lori called me the minute I requested a quote online and walked me through the process as this was my first time hiring movers. I cannot recommend this company enough! 5 star service here!

Lori and Adam, the owners, in addition to the two men who helped with the move- Josh and Edward, are all very professional, timely in regard to response and keeping the customer abreast of scheduled time of arrival, and flexible in working to accommodate the customers needs. We had the best experience with Luxury Moving! We have made many moves and have had some nightmare experiences with movers. This was an amazing experience from start to finish which was a welcome change. We booked their loading/unloading service through our Uhaul reservation. The communication was quick and consistent throughout the entire move. The team was very quick, careful, polite, and receptive to our direction. We will definitely use their services again.

Isaac, Tony, and Aaron were all extremely professional, helpful, and efficient. I was so relieved to find Luxury Moving! I live out of state and due to covid was unable to travel to Austin to help my elderly grandmother move. Luxury moving was recommended to me by a good friend and they did not disappoint! My grandmother could not stop talking about how polite they were and how efficient the movers were from the moment she opened the door to the moment they left after unloading at her new home. They were so easy to work with during booking as well, there was a lot of information I didn’t have and they were patient through my many questions and concerns and their pricing was great! It was less expensive than some of the other quotes I got and they were the most understanding with my situation. I appreciate how much stress they took off me! 10/10 would recommend!

Isaac and Tyler were awesome they got the job done! They made everything fit when my husband and I and family did it it took 3 trips in a big uhaul but they made it happen in one trip. I would totally use them again if I ever have to move and I would totally recommend them to anyone moving. The price is good and reasonable moving can be expensive but with their prices and their movers its cheaper and they make sure your things are moved efficiently!

We recently had to move my son from extremely South Austin to Cedar Park area.The guys that I dealt with at Luxury Moving were extremely helpful as well as careful with all of our things. From start until finish they were very professional. Also the management I spoke with on the phone was extremely nice and courteous! I would highly recommend this company for anyone needing to move.

I don’t know how they got these reviews they are not honest they changed the price on the last minute they told me that they are coming at 3pm and they showed up at 7pm. It is a trash company they damaged our stuff and they wouldn’t want to write on the contract that they damaged it. It was the worst decision that I have chose them there prices are so high compared to the rest. If you guys really need a good company that takes care of their customers 3 men movers is the place that you want to choose.

Most professional moving company I have experienced, and extremely knowledgeable about taking care of all my household items. Very kind people and seem to enjoy what they do, they worked hard ALL DAY and still had great positive energy all the way to the end. Definitely helped the moving process less stressful. We had Fernando, Ed, and Anthony help us with our move from South Austin to the Lakeway area. All three of them were top notch, friendly, helpful, and very capable! There was never a moment in which they were not moving boxes, they were constantly on the move. We found them from just searching through Yelp and the internet. Their prices were very competitive which was what drew us to them in the first place. They definitely didn’t disappoint. Give them a try!

The “Luxury Moving” company moved me from my one bedroom apartment this last Sunday 6/28. I waited a few days to leave my review in order to get my thoughts together, and not leave a review while I was still angry. If I didn’t know any better, I would have guessed that these two guys and their Uhaul we’re just found on the side of the road and offered a job.For starters, they were almost two hours late. Two men showed up, Blake and Anthony. Neither of them were wearing a mask, and didn’t even have any with them. Blake was kind and made conversation, but Anthony made me a nervous wreck from the moment he stepped through my door. He was very loud and also had obnoxious heavy metal music playing at top volume on his phone, which made him have to talk even louder when communicating with me. He made me very uneasy when the first thing he did was shove a clipboard in my face before even introducing himself or his partner. He was all over the place and neither my fiancé or I could understand half of what he was saying.Once they started to move things, they were fast. Way too fast. They were in a constant rush from the moment they showed up. I understand that a previous customer may have put them behind schedule for the day, and that is not their fault. But it shouldn’t come at my expense. They began making trips, carrying as many items that they possibly could in one trip. Things were getting flung around, knocked into walls, and dropped. I asked them if there was another “move” they had to get to after they were done with mine. Anthony’s response was: “Maybe. Depends on how fast we can get done here.” This response makes a customer feel like you couldn’t care less about their belongings - you just want to be done.We get to the storage unit, and things quickly got worse. My unit was on the 4th floor, but there were two huge freight elevators to get furniture and boxes up and down. My fiancé and I went straight to the unit to get the door opened and ready to move the stuff in. Next thing we know, the guys started unloading every item out of the truck and leaving it in the storage unit lobby outside the elevators. Which would have been fine, except every time they made a trip inside the building with more stuff, they would throw a bunch of furniture and boxes into BOTH elevators, and just send it up. With nobody in the elevator. For over an hour, they took up BOTH elevators, sending my stuff “up” to any random floor. My fiancé and I had to to work quickly to start rounding up all the stuff that was just sitting in the elevators unattended. We got so many dirty looks from other people trying to use the elevators. Every time the elevator doors opened up to people waiting, there was my stuff.So when we realized my stuff was not being watched, but instead just being thrown random places with fingers crossed, we started taking pictures. We were finding boxes and furniture pieces sitting outside, in both elevators, in the lobbies, everywhere. Everywhere we turned was my stuff just sitting around with nobody in sight. I thought I was being pranked. Meanwhile, the things THEY actually put the storage unit (not the majority that my fiancé and I had to rescue and bring back ourselves) were still being thrown around in a rush. It was so incredibly obvious that they had somewhere else to be. Anthony was texting on his phone everywhere he went, possibly with the customer they were supposed to be seeing after me ? I don’t know.But then at the very end, while still rushing, they hit the wall with one of the dollies that was completely overloaded with stuff. Boxes and items came tumbling down. Next time, we will just move it all ourselves, since we ended up doing half of the work anyway.

Will be recommending luxury moving to all my friends and family, best moving company I’ve dealt with by far.

They change the prices make sure to sign a contact with them on advance and make sure to take there insurance information before they move anything because they damaged my staff and the owner Adam didn’t make anything he didn’t even put energy to resolve the issue I have moved with couple of companies this is the first time I deal with this terrible company those guys are new to business.
