State of the Art Facility, Next Generation Security, Unparalleled Customer Service, Prime Location. Stuart and his A team almost-literally rewrote the book on bending over backwards to be of service, meet any needs of mine, while providing an excellent and safe experience for me and all of his renters. The units are far more secure than I imagined and, as a whole, Security is on call 24/7 and its definitely far a superior Security and access system compared to any storage facility that Ive ever used! The entire complex is immaculate and the location is right downtown but still provides easy access to Mopac and I-35! But if you do decide to come check them out, make sure to bring your payment; because they will not let you down! 😉

Facility is fine. Only complaint is them increasing my monthly rate halfway through the year, knowing its not worth the hassle to move to a different storage unit for the second half.

The property manager... With so many natural disasters disturbing the normal operations Cheryl went above and beyond accommodating us! Covid, the Texas freeze (which really affected our building extensively!) and all the other unexpected delays Cheryl was on top of it and made sure we were happy!

Jeff, the young man that works there, is a super star when it comes to customer service. He explained everything thoroughly. The move in and move out processes were easy. Social distancing was not an issue there at all. I would definitely use this place again. Way to go, Jeff!

Jeff was the manager on duty and he was amazing! Quick, knowledgeable, and very friendly. They upgraded my space at no extra charge and the first month is free! Love the location, love the space, love the climate control!

Cube Smart off of burnet is the place to go. Decent prices,very secure and clean facility,but most of all the staff was amazing. Sheryl was awesome, very professional, very knowledgeable, and just a great person over all.

I rented a 10x10, climate controlled, drive-up unit for a single month while I looked for a place to live. The facility was very clean and easy to access. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would rent a space here again if the need arose.A couple of things to be aware of:1) the keypad for opening the gate is tricky to reach, so prepare to either climb out of your car window or leave enough space so you can open your car door to get out.2) parking can be tricky around the back of the building.

Her kindness and compassion for ultimate customer service and satisfaction were like none Ive ever experienced before. I will not go to any other storage facility than CubeSmart ever again in my life after my visit with Esther!

I gotta say it - this is a fantastic storage place and the staff is super helpful. Extremely clean. It easily accommodates an 18 wheeler moving rig so dont be afraid if you need this place for temporary storage while you look for a home in Austin! Bravo, people.

Not the best experience Ive ever had dealing with an issue, manager not very understanding or helpful.

The one month free is a bait and switch because once you pay the fees and insurance it is not really free. Why do we pay the insurance? I do not own the building- the owners should absorb the insurance risk!
