Please note - while I rented boxes through the Green Cubes Box Rentals website, my interactions were with Elephant Moving and Storage personnel. I am unclear of the relationship between the two businesses, but because I initiated by order with Green Cubes Box Rentals, Im submitting the review here.Using the boxes themselves during my move was great. I would definitely recommend using a similar product, but would not recommend renting from this company for the following reasons:1) When my order was delivered it was incomplete. I was told part of my order was overlooked and could be delivered several days later, but this would have required taking another day off work.2) The employees who made the delivery did not know how to take my payment. It was necessary for them to call the main office for instructions, which drew the delivery process out longer than was necessary.3) The employees who made the delivery were unprofessional. Behavior included: yelling profanities so loud from the parking lot, it was possible to hear them from my 3rd floor apartment through a closed door; walking into my apartment without first knocking; and complaining about me and having to move my belongings to my new apartment the following week, even though I had not hired this company to complete my move.4) I emailed the customer service rep about items #1-3 soon after the delivery. I let her know I would be returning the boxes myself due to my poor delivery experience. I requested the address, because, at the time, the Green Cubes website was not working. It took several days and a second emails to get a response.5) Instead of providing the non-cardboard wardrobe box I had ordered, I was given a used Home Depot cardboard wardrobe box than repeatedly collapsed. I made the customer service rep aware that what was advertised and what I ordered was not what I received. I informed her I believed I was due a refund for the wardrobe for this reason. While she agreed to talk to someone about it, no refund was given.6) The address I was provided to return the boxes to was not complete and the address on the website was incorrect. When I finally did find the location, the staff were rude and got in their car before I could even discuss the potential refund mentioned in #5 with them.Any one of these issues by themselves would not warrant such a poor review. I know mistakes happen with orders. I know that some employees dont always reflect the values of a business. But, there was not a single redeeming aspect of my experience. I do not recommend doing business with them.
