Morningstar Storage on 290 West in South Austin, TX is wonderful! The staff are friendly, professional, and helpful. Very clean and bright facility! The storage units are top notch and the perimeter security is excellent!

Morningstar Storage is clean, easily accessible, and affordable. Wanda and Shannon are both friendly and helpful! The use of the their truck was a lifesaver too!

The property manager, Wanda, was so responsive and stayed beyond office hours to help us complete our reservation. Easy, supportive, and concise! If you need to secure a storage situation expediently, this is a great place to do so!

I love Morningstar Storage. The people that work there are so friendly and helpful. They have a room you can look at with the sizes of units blocked off with different colored paint on the floor which helps you visualise the right space for your needs. Prices are great and dont go up every time you turn around. Plus they give you a month free when you start, and theres a truck you can use free for first 50 miles. This place also has convenient 24 hour access. Temperature is comfortable. And if you happen to pay late, theres only one small late fee. These people were very kind when I was broke at the beginning of the shutdown and even forgave my late fee. Cant recommend them enough!

Great people, great location, great service. These guys really do everything they can to help, and with so many people shutting up offices they were a real Godsend.

Sadly were having to give up our parking spot here tomorrow as weve bought a bigger travel trailer that wont fit in our current space. I have never dealt with a storage facility that was so well managed. In two years we havent had a single issue with billing or access or anything, and when I called to let them know we needed to vacate, they took care of it over the phone. They dont have many parking spaces, so someone, this is your chance to grab ours!

We just leased a unit. Access from Austin is convenient. Premises are clean and functional. The property manager is available and helpful. All is well.
